4/5 Fantastic Udon - Osaka is a foodie's paradise
Osaka is called "the cuisine of Japan". When you see the density of restaurants with Michelin stars or the Bib Gourmand mark, you will be shocked. For me, Osaka was Japan's best food option because the variety of cuisines, fantastic restaurants and low prices make it a foodie's paradise. To be clear, in a Bib Gourmand restaurant in Osaka you pay PLN 40-150 for dinner per person. In Poland, the cost in such a restaurant is PLN 200-400 per head. It must be said, however, that in some restaurants the insert is cheaper than in Polish ones with the marking, but this distinguishes Japan and Osaka. Here, people prepare food with such passion that even simple dishes prompt Michelin jurors to award them marks. However, one thing is certain. In Japan, no one demands extra money for the Bib Gourmand label. It's different in Poland. This was also the case in this restaurant, which has the Bib Gourmand designation and focuses on two things: udon (there are two pastas to choose from) and Tempura dishes. The pasta itself is handmade on site and tastes fantastic. This is a completely different story than the industrial versions available here. There are also various serving combinations, cold and warm with broths and additions. I liked the warm version with grilled duck (medium rare) and a very rich broth. Everything perfectly fitted and tasty. I only expected more from the other 2 broths. The tempura additions are amazing (the best shrimp and chicken). Plus beer stuffed with nitrogen or good sake and what more could you expect. I also recommend this area for a hotel, because it is a place where locals come and during the day, due to the large number of offices, the area has a great lunch offer. You need to make a reservation at this restaurant. We pay about PLN 70 per person, so show me such a place in Poland. BofG RECOMMENDATION/RETURN FACTOR (0-100%): 85% - I came back myself and highly recommend it.

I found this place because of the Michelin guide. It was well worth the visit. I went with the special udon noodles and tempura. The noodles were really good and the tempura was fantastic. Some of the best tempura I've ever had.

Have english menu with wonderful service. The restaurant is beautifully and modern! Best is children is allowed to this restaurant. Baby friendly.
All udon and soda is house made. I had cold udon with wheat and assorted tempura which is their specialty. Tempura is beautifully fried amd wheat udon is absolutely amazing with soft yet crunchy texture.
Their appetizers is also very good especially the butabara and the egg tomago !
Overall we got a very good lunch in summer japan !!
