Bambini Paris Reviews
TO FLEE
Table reserved for our daughter's graduation: we arrived on time, we waited 45 minutes, they obviously don't take reservations into account!!! Finally we sit down: tasteless cocktails, good dishes but in quantity for a sparrow Above all specify a carafe of water otherwise the waiter will serve you a bottle No bread at the table, the waiter tells us that there is bruschetta as an antipasto so... We had told reception that we were coming for our daughter's graduation if they could put a candle on the dessert: NOTHING we had to ask them In addition, my husband put down his phone to pay the hefty bill: 253 euros for 5 (2 cocktails 2 cokes 5 courses 3 desserts and a gourmet coffee) Well the debit was 290 euros because we had a 15% tip, they reimbursed us: a shame!!!!’ Stupid restaurant we were surrounded by tourists who obviously paid without flinching Just the eating frame next to the effil tower French Parisian: TO FLEE
Awful
It was awful we booked a table in advance they sat us at the bar expecting us to eat dinner there. Didn’t get waited on for ages hour. Asked to move as a medical condition I can’t sit on those chairs and they didn’t. They said they would move us as soon as a table was free, but still failed too. They took our order and came back 30 mins later and lost it took it again and gave us the wrong started and main. Food was worth 5 pounds max! Over priced and awful. Don’t listen to all the TikTok and instagram stuff. In the end left without them even caring
Overpriced
Nice place. Originally we were placed at the bar area to eat, right where the pizza guys were making them, not what we expected after booking a table 5 days prior. Luckily our waiter Enzo was very helpful and got us a table after 10 mins. Food was great but very overpriced. Atmosphere was nice, only downside was the price.
A name that does not define the establishment
Located in the Palais Tokyo, the large dining room is bright and tastefully furnished. The choice of dishes is limited, but the food is good and the presentation careful. The welcome is given with a certain coldness. The service is friendly, and the servers are warm. The establishment has a beautiful terrace with a view of the Eiffel Tower.
Overrated
We had reserved a table and were stuck in a taxi in a traffic jam. We called that we would be 15 minutes late. Yes, then we will give up the table but we can still come, they said. Arrogantly greeted by 3 receptionists, they banished us to the bar, where there was no room, where we then waited for an hour for the table. This was in a completely desolate condition. The waiter was very friendly, but had to serve too many tables, which meant we had to keep refilling the wine ourselves. The food was ok. For pasta lovers who like it aldente, it's not good because it's completely overcooked. The portion of fish was very manageable. Why the restaurant is always fully booked, despite the countless bad reviews, is a mystery to me.
Bamboozled at the Bambini
Our experience left us feeling taken advantage of and discriminated against because we are Americans. I was there with my wife, 16-year old and 11-year old daughters. We ordered two pizzas which we felt like was plenty of food for the four of us and three glasses of wine. Minutes later the server came back and said we had to order one entree per person. We complied because we thought rules were rules and ordered two pasta entrees in addition to the pizzas. The food was good and the ambiance was nice but it was upsetting to see the table next to us with four adults have only three pizzas and a bottle of sparkling water. We had half of a pizza left and couldn't take it with us and the server asked if we wanted dessert. We did want dessert when we arrived which is why we initially ordered what we could eat. We told the server no that we were full. We left there feeling taken advantage of will not return the next time we are in Paris. We will go where service is equally great if you are American or a local.
A very beautiful and good restaurant
Perfect welcome both at the entrance and in the dining room, the Italian dishes are of good quality, tasty and in sufficient quantity (pasta, pizza, ravioli, risotto, etc.), the tables sufficiently spaced to respect everyone's privacy. The decoration of the room is original and quite successful. The only negative point is that the sound volume is sometimes too high which interferes with conversation.
Lovely food and brilliant service
We had such a lovely meal at Bambini, food came out quickly and was delicious. Our server was lovely and so attentive, we could not fault him! It’s quite expensive… for example a cola was €8 but you are paying for the good atmosphere and location. Not sure why the reviews are so bad, we had a great visit!
Disappointing
Dined at this restaurant last week. Unfortunately we did not have the best experience. At first they sat us as a group of 5 people in a very tight space with little room for one person to eat. On complaining numerous times they eventually moved us to somewhere more comfortable but this was only after speaking to a few members of management - not a great start. Decor is pretty and food very good however the service is very poor. Our poor waitress appeared to be covering lots of tables and was very sweet and apologetic. However due to being so busy it took ages to take our order for drinks and then food. Staff appeared to be occupied more with setting/clearing tables for new guests rather than dealing with current diners. When the food did come it was very tasty. I wouldn’t recommend - for the price you pay there are plenty more lovely restaurants in Paris.
To test
Trendy restaurant with very nice decor. Very friendly waiters and welcome. Very decent Italian dishes, Parisian addition. We were surprised to see our dinner accompanied by a guitarist and a singer, perfect atmosphere.
Attentive staff
Some of these reviews for bambini seem harsh but here is mine! 3 friends and i visited on a cold Sunday in March and we would all visit again if we ever visited Paris again! We all had pasta dishes… maybe a tad overpriced but they were still delicious! Our waiter was lovely and made our dining experience even better! Decor is lovely and bathrooms were clean!
Birthday Meal
Really enjoyed our meal at bambini’s, we went for a birthday night out and they made it really special. Special shout out to Ludo for a great night! 😊
Service Ruined by rude staff member
I am a regular customer at bambini and I was devastated last night (Tuesday February 27th 2023) at the extremely rude service by the girl greeting us at the door (with the ponytail). Although their restaurant was full at the time, she was extremely dismissive and aggressive with her response. I hope to never encounter her again.
Inedible good and unhelpful nonattentive staff
Went here for lunch with my family. Starters were ok, nothing amazing, and I’m not one to usually complain but the main food was cold on arrival and also didn't taste nice. Im not a fussy person food wise, and this is the first meal I’ve never eaten at a restaurant. We couldn’t get the attention of any staff, our waitress disappeared for good until clearing our plates too so we couldn’t send it back. We told her why we hadn’t eaten it and didn’t even get so much as an apology. When we questioned paying full price for inedible food the waitress lied to the manager in front of us saying she’d offered to take it back and get us fresh etc, and they said it was our fault for not having got their attention sooner to sort it out. They claimed we should’ve been more persistent in getting help, but this wasn’t possible, even the couple next to us had to wait 20mins then ask again for cheese as no one was about. Overall a very unsatisfying experience which was a shame as we had looked forward to going. Having read other reviews now this clearly isn’t an isolated event and so I’d recommended go elsewhere especially given the lack of service, poor food and the ridiculous cost. You do not get what you pay for.
Lovely restaurant with scary prices
Very cute and aesthetic place. I would come here for a romantic date. The food was ok, prices are scary. I only recommend this place for cute dates or if you like eating in beautiful restaurants

* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* BraveCloth47, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* BraveCloth47 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to BraveCloth47 for any questions Peter may have as BraveCloth47 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
