Bazaar Meat Chicago Reviews
Steaks from Spain, Argentina and Brazil
Bazaar Meat is a special place. Proof that there always is room for another steakhouse in Chicago is Michelin-starred chef Jose Andres' industrial chic creation with an extensive menu of steaks from Spain, Argentina and Brazil. Andres was named
Amazing meal!
One thing to know going in (and it is like this at the other Bazzar Meats as well), your meal is going to take a while. This is not a hurried experience. They take their time, don’t rush any courses and expect you to enjoy your evening. I see co
Excellent
Wonderful experience! We went here after becoming discouraged by the menu changes at Bar Mar, which has devolved from a Jose Andres mainstay to a glorified Gibson's. Bizarre Meats retains a number of the original Spanish dishes Andres presented
Outstanding Restaurant Week Experience!
Incredible experience from the top notch service to the excellent, creative food. Restaurant week is a great opportunity to experience this wonderful restaurant from renowned chef & philanthropist Jose Andres. The coffee rub hanger steak was abso
I wish it was a better experience.
For others it might have been a better experience. We were there with a large group. It was a business dinner and there were 23 of us. We had a reservation on the main floor that wasn't met. Our server was good but they had her maintaining too m
Go. Now. Best meal and service.
Go as soon as you can! A friend suggested and I went last night. More delicious than I could imagine. Brought my bestie back tonight and as amazing. Service is impeccable. Susie (hostess) couldn’t be friendlier and remembered ny name 2nd night. Edw
Not What I Expected
I had heard a lot about this place, so gave it a try. The restaurant itself is on the second floor, so you go through another establishment to get to the elevators. Extensive wine list. We tried some appetizers, but they mere pricey for being less

The food tasted delicious. But a $200 ribeye was half fat. That was disgusting. Potatoes straws were so hard they were inedible . Then we were all just starting our dessert when the waitress whispered to our host that they needed the table after wait
Didn't even get to eat
Extremely frustrating experience. Made a reservation to celebrate my wife's 30th birthday. We waited 45 minutes past our reservation time and eventually had to cancel and go somewhere else so we could still make the show we had planned for later
Very good, but some issues
Went on a Thursday night with a 7:45 reservation. I had been to the Las Vegas location and really enjoyed it so wanted to try the Chicago location. Different vibe, LV is interior, darker, a higher level of class. This location was bright, a lot of

Each posting on AppointmentTrader shows you which user submitted it and along with that provides a trackrecord of that user which indicates how much experience

Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Bazaar Meat Chicago at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the Bazaar Meat Chicago page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* EternalAnt36, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's $200 bid.
* EternalAnt36 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to EternalAnt36 for any questions Peter may have as EternalAnt36 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* EternalAnt36 now uses their connections at Bazaar Meat Chicago to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If EternalAnt36 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, EternalAnt36 receives the $200 reward which is credited to EternalAnt36's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Bazaar Meat Chicago!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
