Went to this place for the first time this past weekend.
It is a great local dive. I had zero expectations. I prefer local dives versus big national chains. Just wanted clean tables and bathrooms. The food was good, drinks are cheap (get well liquor, it will save you a good $2+ per drink). Bartenders and cooks were friendly. They appeared like they enjoyed being there and that is big. Even the customers sitting around us treated us like we had been going there for years. No judgment and everybody gets treated the same. We will be back! Looking forward to all you can eat tacos on Tuesday! Woo!

You'll find friendly service and good food at very reasonable prices. I must say, when I first walked in, I wasn't expecting much. Silly me, it's one of my favorite places now.

Upon entry I had hopes of another small place earning another 5 star review. Like another yelper said, no pretenses here and I'm fine with that. I like it being close to my house and locally owned. Besides a well rounded menu, they had a daily few specials. We got there really early on a Friday night so while the seats at the bar were full, there were still tables available. I told our server we YELPED and read they had a mean long long island ice tea. Sounded perfect so we both ordered "mean long island iced teas". It's actually our favorite mixed drink and what we usually order so didn't really think about asking the price. My boyfriend ordered his favorite steak, a ribeye, and I stuck with my usual filet mignon. At $24.99 and $20.99, the meals included a salad and baked potato. For bacon, cheese and chives on the potato, add $2,75. The bleu cheese, chipolte and BBQ dressing are an additional .50 cents. The food was good. Both steaks were cooked as ordered and delivered hot. Salads and potatoes were standard. I mean, some places can make a potato spectacular (thank you Jess and Jim's) but for the most part as long as they're cooked, everyone's happy. When we got the bill, the itemized side added up to $57.00 but the back of the ticket said $75.00. I told our server it looked like maybe someone had transposed the numbers. She said it was right - the LIT was listed at $13. She said they were $13.00 each. Wow. I recalled ordering a 'mean' LIT and thought maybe they'd added extra alcohol and charged more. Wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt, I asked our server if this was the 'normal' price for long island teas. She confirmed it was their regular price. Wow again. We have paid $13.00 or close to it for a top shelf long island tea in upscale, quiet and comfortable restaurants. But that isn't this place. $10.00 is the probably the average for a 'real' LIT with shots of the 5 clears, a little sweet and sour and a squirt of coke. The juke box music playing over the regular music makes it loud. The tables were crammed so close together people had to move to allow others to pass by. The meals are good but not really a 'bargain'. But if the LIT's are representative of their alcohol pricing, I'm not sure how they're still in business. The meal was fine, but for $75.00,there are lots of other more quiet and comfortable places (both upscale and not) to enjoy a good steak and LIT.

It's a local place for local peeps. But the food is delicious and the service is attentive without being intrusive. I had the pork tenderloin sandwich and my husband had the double-stacked cheeseburger. Both were perfectly cooked and served hot. Good cold beer and a mean Long Island Iced Tea. We will definitely be back!

I moved to Raymore not long ago and was looking for a watering hole close by the house. I came in on a random Friday night and had such a great time that I came back again and again and again. I LOVE this place. I felt right at home and the bartenders and "regulars" are simply the best. Fun and inviting! The food is also amazing. For a little neighborhood bar, their food is unexpectedly great and they always have top quality ingredients and preparation. Bottom line, you're going to want to go to Bobbie's!

This is my favorite bar in Raymore, it's a tucked away neighborhood watering hole that offers great food, drinks, and has some of the best bartenders. Becky is the owner and she really puts her touch on everything. On some nights they have live music. Always a good time at Bobbie's!

Great food and drinks! Steak and Lobster right down to homemade dishes. Ask for the special of the day. Non smoking now and cleaned up. It gets packed on some nights but always delicious and worth the wait. They got everything from Seafood to Bar food and home style meatloaf and soups too!
