WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT STAY HERE! I booked a prepaid, nonrefundable room for this property for the evening of March 9th with checkout on March 10th. Due to multiple weather events and flight delays, I did not arrive at the property until around 6 am. I called the property much earlier in the evening to let them know, I would not be arriving until very late/early morning and whoever answered the phone said that wasn't a problem. When I went to check-in, the man behind the desk told me that my reservation had been canceled because of my late arrival. I explained that I already called to confirm the later check in would be ok so please give me a room as I'm here now. This man who was not wearing a nametag and refused to tell me his name, had GIVEN AWAY MY PREPAID ROOM TO SOMEONE ELSE and told me they were full and there was nothing he could. I told him I prepaid for a room a this property and I wasn't leaving until I either got that room or he made arrangements for me to stay somewhere else. So here I am, exhausted, temporarily homeless (I left on a cruise later that day), and beyond frustrated standing in a hotel lobby at 6 am, he told me he was going to call the police if I didn't leave. I told him to go a right ahead. So, this rude, horrible man, CALLED THE POLICE ON ME. Two officers arrived a little bit later and I explained the situation. They kind of scolded the man asking how he could give away a room that I, a visitor to their city, had already paid for and then had the audacity to call them as if I was a criminal and the one in the wrong. So while this horrible man, who again wouldn't give me his name or the name of the person I might have spoken to when I called earlier did absolutely nothing to help me, the 2 officers started calling around to properties to find me some place to stay. Very long story short, I eventually found someone else to stay and slept a few hours before I had to check out, no thanks to the person who caused the problem in the first place. Even as I'm typing this I still cannot believe this happened to me at all. To be treated so horribly, not even attempt to fix the problem, and then calling the police on ME?! Reliving that morning is making me upset all over again.
Good affordable stay in Miami
Mathias & Louis at the Front Desk were very professional and helpful. We reported a problem with the shower and it was fixed promptly. The room was clean, smelled fresh and quiet for a good night's rest. It was reasonably priced for Miami area and would definitely stay here again.
Very renovated and tidy
No problems with everything you need for a comfortable and long-lasting stay, at least I didn't lack anything and I was very satisfied with the attention. Free parking and coffee in the mornings to share with some donuts. Or nearby we have the Publix at 4860.-
What a shame!
We stayed 3 nights. Room 10 is very tiny if you have 2 large suitcases. Good for a short stay. The staff was polite and good. The room was cleaning 1 time during our stay. No breakfast. No hot water, we had some chance to not complaining because of the warm and beautiful forecast. We also had a problem to park our car, it was not secure : someone thrown some fruits salad (very sticky) all around the left side of the car. Fortunately, our car was not vandalizedā¦ The same night, a fight between 2 persons around 3-4AM startsā¦ they woke us upā¦ Our upstairs neighbors woke us up a second time around 7-8AMā¦ Conclusion, the area and disctrict is not totally secure. If you can find better, go 4 it.
Bad experience
It offers services that it does not provide, the beds are in poor condition, the pillows are hard, the mattresses too. They take a long time at check out to verify the rooms and process the return of the deposit.
Excellent for one night
Decide for a quick pass that you need a place to rest. The staff is friendly and the town is central and accessible. For more than one night, consider another place. The beds are very small, the room has a strong musty smell and there is no hot water.
Horrid
They are overpriced for the quality of stay. The staff is stuck up and rude and they require a $153 deposit on top of your stay!!! I was not refunded my deposit for checking out 20 minutes late!!! This place is a rip off and complete scam!!! Its seriously a run down piece of junk with no elevators (nothing like the pictures). Good luck staying here.
Do not stay here
I was charged a smoking fee for them finding my girlfriend's makeup on the sheets. I've heard from several people that similar things have happened to them. I looked at the reviews and numerous people complained about the same thing. I have the pictures that clearly show it was make up, so why charge a smoking fee. Honestly not worth the stay. No customer service. They lie to take your money. They never informed me about it. I had to call and see what was happening. I will make sure I inform everyone to stay away. Don't waste your time.
Quaint, Charming, Older Motel that was VERY clean!
I paid approximately $140/night which I felt was reasonable. VERY clean; NICE, HELPFUL Staff. Within walking distance to Burger King, Dunkin' Donuts, and a drug store. Uber drivers were able to find the motel without any problem. Felt very safe when coming back to room later in evening.
Spurious charges
First the good news. All the staff we encountered were a credit to the business. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed. Wi-Fi was good and the room had a fridge. Ample parking. The number 3 bus runs downtown every 30 minutes. There's a communal microwave. Supermarket nearby. So, other points. The free breakfast is just coffee. My biggest issue was with billing. Booked everything online and had confirmation of the full price we were to pay. The desk clerk added $4 per night to that total. Why? Scroll down your confirmation email and it shows an extra $2 a night, but that's "the old version". Apparently the $4 charge is for, "use of the hotel facilities". Eh? The amount maybe small, but that's not on, and leaves a legacy of disappointment with brand. There's a great part of the service where you get clean towels and sheets daily. That only happened on 1 of the 2 nights that it should have. I should ask for a refund, no? Perhaps $4?

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
Payouts
Anyone can help with payouts, support hasnāt been helpful at all. My funds cleared and I can only retrieve $50 usd a day with a $5 fee and a % per transaction. It would take so long and so much in fees. Thanks!

I am having a tough time contacting and elucidating a response from AT Support. I had a listing at 6pm, which was a mistake as the actual listing reservation was at 11pm. This got somehow approved by AT, and a customer bought this from me for 6pm. I want to cancel this listing and refund customer , but there is no way of doing this ! This is so frustrating and making me lose hope on AT. Can someone help me please?

Banned from Resy for selling reservations- Do we have a rat on our hands???
I am new to this app and started off by selling a polo bar reservation and then quickly sold one more reservation. Not long after I received emails from Resy saying all my reservations are cancelled and I am being banned from Resy for life. How could this have possibly happened without a rat telling Resy that I sold the reservation. I need some advice on this situation and letās catch the rat!

You can only deposit $50 at a time until you earn the āSales and Low Refund Medalā I believe. Im new to this as well but the ability to deposit more money at once and increase your amount of listings comes with that medal.
