We stopped here for dinner after Hamilton, it was PERFECTION! Such a fun spot...the music and drinks were I had the braised short ribs and ordered a side of mashed potatoes which was huge (definitely share) and absolutely delicious!! Our daughter had the vegetable lo mein which was so good. My husband had the duck tacos...they were ehhh the shell took away from the duck which on its own was very good. My lemon drop martini was perfect! I'd return though it's certainly more a spot to go with friends...it's definitely not a romantic spot and I don't recommend it with kids...though we went at 10pm So vibe may be different earlier in the evening.
Omg the food was amazing service was kind of slow but great

Food was excellent.
Great service and ambience was amazing. Great place for a birthday dinner.

Tina's take: 5/10 Went for my friends birthday and we were disappointed. We ordered appetizers and mains, where the waitress said that's alot of food, which you really should not say to a group of girls. She was pretty rude and forgetful. She took our second round of drink orders and I believe she forgot because after 20 minutes she asked if we wanted another round... she tried to cover it up saying the bar was backed up but we knew she was lying. The food was Luke warm and was bland as well. The only thing that was really good was the chicken and the shrimp appetizer. The Lou mein was really greasy. This time square location put the original to shame. If you want to check out better food go to the original. I will not be coming back
I've wanted to try this place for about 2/3yrs now.
It's a fancy steak/Asian fusion restaurant. ( I think it's Asian, lol). So this was the 1st place I requested to try in NY, and they didn't disappoint. They offer an extensive menu, and it's kind of pricey, but for the experience, it's definitely worth it. So, when we came, we were seated in a nice booth. The place is beautiful and everyone was friendly upon us entering. We ordered a ribeye steak and a beef short ribs dish plus the shrimp fried rice and the Brooklyn tree drink tower, which is 12 drinks. Everything was good, hot, & fresh. I enjoyed it. Our servers and other workers in the establishment were very nice and accommodating. They're also not too pricey. For 2 we spent $300. $125 was the drink tower. So it wasn't bad at all. I'd definitely recommend this place and I'd go back.
After seeing my Tik Tok timeline flood of this restaurant
After seeing my Tik Tok timeline flood of this restaurant in NYC. We decided to give it a try! The restaurant is nicely decorated and romantic. The service is top notch! The hostess greeted and seated us after reviewing our reservation. reservations are a must here!! Our waitress was knowledgable in advising the best drinks paired with what we had in mind for our meals. We ordered way too much food! Cheeseburger dumplings (my fav), 16 oz filet, salmon, mushrooms and shrimp. Please review the menu and map out your meal before going and know your budget because it's pricey.
Great food Great Service !! Will definitely go back to this
Great food Great Service !! Will definitely go back to this restaurant next time I'm back in New York from Los Angeles.
Amazing atmosphere, food and drink.
It is a great place for hanging with your friends or date night. I would recommend. They need to really have a better system in place for booking, our reservation was confirmed but they did not have it in their system. The receptionist did her best to get us seated; we waited 15 minutes while others were seated.

I visit location in February 24 u make reservation and still getting seated like u walked in and doesn't matter we was seated in 1.5 hour. The food is overrated and ambiance is just ok, Our order was completely messed up and drinks wasn't the best.
Had a great time here on several occasions.
Service was outstanding and the food was great. As an appetizer, the crab soup dumplings were my favorite. I was able to sample the lamb chops and soft shell crab, both winners! The shrimp fried rice and duck tacos were nothing to sneeze at either. Definitely will be returning to try more menu items.
Time square matched the vibes and quality of the original
Time square matched the vibes and quality of the original location. The ambiance in here gives both romantic and chill. It's dimly lit and there's really good music going in the background. They also have a rooftop. We arrived around 7:30pm Friday night and was a party of 5 and the service was still good and pretty quick. Drinks: we decided to try out their treehouse, which allows you to choose 3 different drink options and you get 4 of each. I don't remember the exact cost and didn't take a printed receipt but it was like $120 I think. We opted for the margarita, tropical froze, and sour diesel. Froze was bomb! Sour diesel was good and margarita just okay. The froze was the only one that came with the glass full, the other 2 was just half. Food: everyone besides me at the table had the lamb chops (how boring lol). I'm not eating meat for lent so I went with the seafood Pac-Man dumplings, Shanghai salmon, shrimp fried rice, and garlic broccoli. Everything came out nice and fresh and the taste/flavors were great! I was fully satisfied and leftovers for 2 days. The price point is not bad for times square at all and not that much of a difference between the original location. Definitely recommend for date nights, dinner with friends, and birthdays or any other occasion.
100/10.
The place is beyond beautiful and cozy! The food hot all the right spots in all the right places. The waitress was very pleasant. The lychee martini which is a fave of mine was excellent. We had a feast, the chicken fried rice, rock shrimp tempura, glazed spare ribs. I preferred the lobster dumplings to the lamb dumplings. The lamb dumplings were the only thing we didn't especially like which is a personal preference.

Food was good, service was HORRIBLE! I ordered an entree (fried rice w/crab) and ordered an extra side of lobster to be added to the entree. Check came, I was charged for an additional entree (which was more than the crab fried rice). The waitress rudely said she would send the manager to discuss the bill. Instead of the manager listening to our complaint, he kept asking what we wanted to pay as if we were trying to get over on the bill. I requested a box to take my food home...while I was reviewing the bill, the bus boy took my food before I could even notice he was taking it. Told the waitress, she nonchalantly asked what she should do about it...POOR customer service. No matter how good the food is, if service is bad, I will not support. Beware and mindful should you decide to support this business. Very disgruntled, dissatisfied and disappointed customer...

Stopped by here after walking around most of the day, and checking out the Brooklyn Bridge. Needed to have a seat at the bar and have a quick drink. Ambiance was nice, would probably eat here to have a nice meal. Bartender was good for my short time there.

Brooklyn chop house-Times Square I visited the BCF, Saturday, February 24, 2024 after taking in a Broadway show. Prior to deciding to eat at this restaurant I reserved for 2 at 1030 pm. on yelp. Upon arrival at 1030 the hostess at the reception area stated that we can wait on side and they will notify us when we can be seated. Thirty minutes later we decided maybe we should sit at bar and place an order there. The bartender there was gracious but the order came out cold no sauces and when asked for what should have accompanied order this took just as long. Upon completion of our dining I was packing my to go items, the busboy that was operating by the bar picked up my sauces before I had an opportunity to pack them. When I asked him what he did with my sauce he stated I'll go and get some more. He forgot to bring my Tzatziki sauce. Hence I left cause I'm not gonna wait all night for something so minor!! This visit was not very pleasant!! I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed in the level of service and the small details!! If I had a reservation the hostess should have checked in or apologized. But this did not happen... I will not be recommending a restaurant that does not cater to their clientele!! I am an African American middle aged professional and I did not feel like this mattered! Hence I will spend my hard earned money where these things etiquette and the little details are considered!!! Not a great experience!!!
Midtown theater district location .
Need reservations I believe unless going to the bar which is upstairs to eat. Service was good . We are at the bar . Ambiance is chic and the place is loud . Seems lots of birthdays were being celebrated . I ordered BBQ pork spareribs and fried rice . My friend ordered dumplings and duck tacos. I had 2 glasses of Prosecco and my friend some fruit drink . The ribs were ok . They were extremely thick and meaty could have used some more sauce and by no means were they fall off the bone . They were not touch though . They could have been cooked a bit longer . Apparently the waitress never heard I ordered the fried rice - me even asking was I waiting on something else - and they said no .. so I let it go because I was pretty full after the ribs anyway . The thing I thought surprising is no where on the menu does it say your duck taco is a darn rice crisp . It's NOT a taco at all . It was ok but again manage your expectations because it was quite crunchy . Food was served fast and hot . Overall this place is expensive. And no my fried rice was not on the bill so it was ok that it wasn't heard . Overall I might come back . Been before and I thought the food was better then .

Drinks - very nice and you taste the right amount of alcohol Service - very good. Attentive and friendly Ambiance- loud, fun, enjoyable, dim lighting Food - mediocre, my short rib was dry, the salad was ok. Very good portions! I wish the food tasted better There was a lot to choose from on the menu. Can be a bit overwhelming I think its most popular for the potential celebrity sitings
It was nice place.
Maybe it was the day and time of night (middle of the But it was very low key. Not bad but a chill atmosphere. Celebrating a friend's birthday! All in all. I'd go back on a more lively night!

The food and drinks were amazing and the service was great! The vibe was both chill and romantic which catered to all in the restaurant.
DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! RESERVATIONS ARE USELESS; TERRIBLE SERVICE!
Don't bother going to this "restaurant." My boyfriend and I decided to spend our 2 year anniversary dinner here at Brooklyn Chop House Times Square. BIG mistake! We had a 9:30 reservation, arrived on time, and were told that it would be at least 30 minutes before we could get a table. We sat down in the extremely crowded waiting area for over 30 minutes. Everyone around us had the same 9:30 reservation, and no one was ever seated. But the icing on the cake was when a security guard walked past us and knocked over a glass candle on my legs without acknowledging me. The glass candle broke, I was burned with hot wax, and my shoes & clothes were ruined (see images). When I said that I was hurt, I was brushed off and ignored. No one on the staff came to my aid, and we never got our table. Our anniversary night was RUINED! If I could give this restaurant a 0, I would. Never going back!
The rice was dry, the chicken Satay had no flavor, drinks were terrible, wine list was poor. We will not be back
The food was underwhelming, little flavor, drinks were terrible, we didnāt drink them, and the wine list was poor. Waited forever for our check.
Excellent Food
We had dinner here last week. Shout out to the hostesses who sat our party and made concessions for our party of 9. Really appreciate that. The food was delicious. We had the Beijing chicken, calamari, filet mignon, sweet-and-sour chicken, vegetable fried rice, chicken fried rice, grilled sea bass, bao buns, eggplant and sangria! The only complaint I have is that we had to track down our waiter whenever we needed something.
A Culinary Delight with Sanya's Exceptional Service!
I had the pleasure of being served by Sanya yet again at Brooklyn Chophouse Times Square, and it was an unforgettable experience. This time around it was a business dinner and I am very glad it was nothing short of success. Sanya's recommendations for the food were spot-on, showcasing her in-depth knowledge of the menu. Her attentiveness and joyful energy added a delightful touch to the evening, making it truly exceptional. A big shoutout to Sanya for making my dining experience at the Brooklyn Chophouse Times Square a fantastic one! Will be returning again!
Donāt waste your money
Over priced and terrible service. Food was eh ok. Waitress got Orders wrong. Very long wait. It wasnāt crowded people must know not to go there.
great food
We really enjoyed our dinner, lamb chops for me and veal chop for my spouse. The service was great an all around lovely evening.
Top tier
I had a top tier experience from start to finish! I was scrambling to put together a 50th birthday dinner for a group of 10. I was fortunate to deal with a manager by the name of Chad who went above and beyond to assist me from start to finish from modifying our guest count last minute as well as putting together a customized pre fixe menu taking close consideration and attention to detail in regards to food allergies and substitutions. He ensured that the menus were personalized and efficient. His customer service was impeccable and he was an absolute pleasure to speak with every time. He was prompt and professional with answering any and all my questions all the way up until arriving. The ambiance of the restaurant was perfect and the food was a five star experience! This location is a must for anyone looking for supber service and a delicious dining experience. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend! Thank you Chad and the staff at Brooklyn Chop House Times Square for making it a very memorable experience for all who attended.
A Trendy and Upscale Steakhouse

No Better Place to "Chop it Up" it NYC!!!!
First things first, I have to say how ABSOLUTYLEY IMPRESSED I was with this establishment and so glad that we chaise to celebrate a birthday here! As soon as you enter the front doors from the hustle and bustle of the block, you warp into a swanky, upscale, soulful dining atmosphere. The hostess were professional, welcoming and running a tight ship. We went to the bar to have drinks while we waited for the rest of our party and I am so glad we did as the bartender was so nice, had great conversation and the drinks were on point. We had such a great experience that a few people from our group went back the next day to have drinks. We were comfortably seated in a large booth towards the front of the dining room. Our server was Ragenio and he was super attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. We started with the lobster spring rolls, chicken satay, soft shell crab and the house salad and it was all tasty. For dinner we had Grilled Sea Bass, Filet Mignon Beef & Broccoli, Shrimp Crispy Rice, Colorado Lamb Chops, Crispy Sweet & Sour Eggplant, Salt & Pepper Shrimp, 16oz Filet Mignon Grilled, Broccoli & Garlic and Bok Choy and the lobster salad. Dang, that was almost the entire restaurant. LOL. Everything looked so good on the menu and we couldnāt decide so we just ordered family style and shared. My, my, myyyyyyy, my, my my,my! The food was SLAMMING! The sea bass was cooked to perfection and had a different spin on it than the typical āmisoā that everyone does and it was cooked to perfection. The lamb chops were also cooked perfectly and the flavor went through and through. The steaks were of excellent quality and tendeeeer! The sides were all fresh and tasty and the shrimp was fire! The service and food were 15 out of 10 stars seriously! To top it all off, they had a great music selection playing at the PERFECT volume. We were able to have conversations over dinner and not strain to hear or yell to be heard. The owners were walking the floor and even stopped by the table to say hello! I was even more proud and happy to support a Black Owned Business in TIME SQUARE!!!! Phenomenal, dining experience and I highly suggest visiting.
Girls Night Out Vibe
The vibe was top tier. Our server did not hesitate to go above and beyond to provide us with what we needed. I was very appreciative for everyone that stopped by our table that made sure my party was good. When in New York please stop by the Brooklyn Chop Houseā¦ you will not be disappointed.

Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue? |
It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!
