What a bomb Italian grocery shop! Our friends told us about this place so we drove a good chunk to come here and it was definitely worth it. Delicious Italian cheeses brought us back home and also certain prepackaged cookies and snacks totally warmed our hearts. It's a rather large grocery store where you'll find all kinds of Italian things from cheese to pasta, everything is imported from Italy. We loved the semi stagionato cheese and took home a lot of delicious black pepper cheese. Loved finding many different things I normally don't while bringing back some nostalgic things we love. If I'm in the area again I'll for sure make a quick stop here, totally worth it.

Your store is a treasure and I love the product and shopping with you. But for the love of God , please enforce mask wearing. A lot of masks under the nose , or mask off to talk on the phone within close distance of other people. This store is too small without controlling a crowd. Really? I get it , but it's selfish as an owner not to enforce your customers to wear masks to protect the public. Please do the right thing by your clients.

It's the to go spot for real imported pasta, sweets and goods from Italy. I have been shopping here for years and I am happy to see the same cordial people working there. Prices are the best in NYCThis morning I got helped for the first time by a young dude behind the cheese and meat counter, and he was extremely polite, cordial and friendly. The cashier ladies are always smiling and their positive vibe makes the shopping experience better. Thank you so much for offering a great service especially during this pandemic.

This place is a like a time capsule; you walk through the door and you are immediately teleported to a different place and a different time. The neighborhood has changed so much but this place has stayed the same. Grocery shopping is rarely a unique and enjoyable experience but it is here. Come here and explore all the great options. They have amazing dry pasta, great olive oils and balsamics, awesome cheeses and strong Italian espresso. The whole place is filled with delicious impulse buys; I always get more stuff than I intended to (and no buyers remorse). These guys have been in business for over 50 years and I wish them many more. I love it and will continue coming back.

This is a fabulous Italian market in the heart of what was Little Italy in Brooklyn. There is an excellent selection of Italian cheeses, salame and other antipasti. Traditional favorites like baccala (dried cod fish) are readily available. There are shelves of pasta, panettone, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and other imported Italian goods. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Street parking only. Definitely a must visit in Brooklyn!

I've been going there for over 35 years, with my mom and family. I've moved out of Brooklyn 20 years ago but I still go back. I always find what I need and it's that old world charm of the store that's great. There's not many places where I am that have all my Italian favorites and cheeses. It brings me back to my grandmother and my Italian heritage, she would drive those poor guys behind the counter crazy! This store is definitely my favorite.

The kind of store your grandmother would approve of. The people are friendly and the selection is top of the line. Smells like Sunday dinner!
Be the first to ReplyPerfect place to get interesting Italian products.
Black spaghetti with squid ink. Squid ink. Nut flours. Italian cookies and pastas including gluten free cookies made with nut flours not useless ingredients. Cheeses, olives and salamis. Yummy stuff.

This place is such a throwback to old school Brooklyn, and I mean that in a good way! Italian delicacies abound here in this warehouse style structure. You'll find any and all ingredients for even the most obscure Italian dish. They've got pastas and ravioli galore. Need a hunk of prosciutto or Parmesan or burrata. No problem and you will get it at wholesale prices. They have an impressive selection of olive oils and olives. Their sun-dried tomatoes and peppers are to die for and you can sample as much as you want before buying. They also have a surprisingly large gluten free selection. Including pastas and bread and cookies.Initially I also had my eye on some Nutella but found a healthier organic version from Italy, made with sesame oil instead of palm oil. One of the owners was there and he was super helpful and nice. I will definitely be back as soon as I possibly can!
