DAMNFiNE pizza San Francisco Reviews
Outdated, old hotel without clean rooms.
Not what I expected — The rooms are very outdated and not clean. The furniture was scratched and broken, even the door of the closet didn’t close and several power outlets didn’t work. It also felt a bit cheap to be handed two water bottles at
I discovered this restaurant through Blackbird.
I don't really like their name and don't think it's family friendly/children appropriate name, but the pizza was yummy. It was really hard to pick up though because there is no meter parking on that block of Judah. There are also 2 out
Beware of hidden charges
I would have given a rating of 5 if the hotel resort policy was clear. If you book from a third party app the hotel charges a 35 resort fee that isn’t included or mentioned while booking . Why keep customers in the dark ?
Great 3 night stay
The maritime decor is most unusual. Great location for Pier 39 and the sites that San Francisco has to offer are within walking distance.
Perfect Stay
Excellent location! Very friendly staff and artsy quirky decor. Also loved the common area courtyard. Very clean rooms.

We had a fantastic stay in San Francisco, made possible by the fantastic staff. Prince in particular was extremely kind and helpful, and he had solutions to all our questions and asks. Thanks again, Prince!

The food Damn fine itself was fine but the staff looked unorganized and forgot to bring napkins until I asked twice.

Beware of hidden fees. I stayed at the Zephyr a few years back so I know the Hotel. I booked another stay in August 2025 through Expedia. I got an email from Hotel night before informing me of an extra $75 per day and $ 30 per day. I tried calling Ho

Really nice room. Nice staff. Helpfull. Great location. Cool game room with ping pong and pool tables. The fire pits were awsome.

Really loved our meal here! We arrived at 3:30pm on a Friday and waited about 5 mins to be sat. Be prepared to wait and don't arrive starving like we did haha. We waited about 20 mins for our pasta and 30 min for the pizza. Everything was worth
A great night out in the Sunset.
Enjoyed their freshly crafted tomato & burrata panzanella, thin crust pizzas, clam linguine topped off with a delicious olive oil cake & pistachio gelato. Every dish was a unique taste sensation that was fresh & satisfying. Five star

I recommend making a reservation because if you don't, you may end up at the community table which may not be for everyone (or the bar which is fine!). The restaurant is very nice. Super spacious and I like the outdoor seating on a nice day (w

They messed up my order and I didn't realize until I got home. They didn't answer the phone at all throughout the day for me to discuss the issue.

My family come here every now and then since they live close and love the pizza. However, last night (8/15/25) they were unfortunately treated very unfairly. There were about two tables, they were told they did not have a table for them. My aunt ask
Went with a group and split four pizzas at Damn Fine Pizza.
The Dad Jokes pizza was the clear standout, really unique and very rich. The rest were solid, but that one's worth coming back for. The crust is nicely balanced crispy outside and a bit chewy inside. Pizzas are a fair size for the price, I think
The pizza was absolutely phenomenal.
Highly recommend branching out and trying different flavors than you're used to! Their cherry burrata salad was also great. I definitely think they need to give more crostini with it, but still fire. And MUST get their cauliflower fritti!

The area was in a nice neighborhood in outer sunset, outdoors dining as well as indoors. The pizzas were absolutely amazing. My go to place with friends or family.
How random to be one of three restaurants on this block.
Yes I took a one hour muni from the other side of the city to eat here and yes it was worth it! I shared the alotta burrata pizza and fried calamari with a friend and it was more than enough. I liked that the pizza wasn't too greasy and if we're bein
Completely agree with Clarissa.
Our service also sucked, it felt like our group was purposely ignored while others got serviced right away. It wasn't even busy and yet they forgot an entire pizza, dips, and drinks. It took so long for any food to come out and it didn't live up to t
Service was great, staff were super friendly and kind.
I had a toy wrestler with me and staff acknowledged him which was funny. The pizza was the best I've had, I got the classic pepperoni and one with nectarines on it and I am still thinking about it. Would totally go back and get the nectarine pizza
One of my favorite restaurants in the city.
Rotating menu, creative dishes, trendy interior design. Love that it's underrated and in a neighborhood that has easy street parking.

I'm honestly really surprised at the amount of high reviews this place has. There are a ton of pizza places in the city that are way better. Waiter about 30 minutes on a Friday night at around 7. The food was just okay. We ordered the zucchini, muss

Service - super friendly staff, especially the bartenders! One day it was pretty cold out, and a staff member saw me outside waiting for a friend, and insisted I come inside and sit by bar despite me mentioning I didn't have plans to dine there that
I found this place through social media.
I liked the sausage and sage more than the pepperoni but my boyfriend liked the pepperoni more. Their ranch is interesting, it's a bit weird at first but I grew to like it a few dips in. The hot honey is exactly as described, hot. It was yummy! I

Been coming here for just under 2 years and always a great experience either dining in or for takeout. Celebrated July 4th with take out when they opened at High Noon ordering sausage and sage and pigs in the woods. Located on Judah in the Outer Suns

Ok. We've tried, really tried. 3x we tried. Pizza is good, that's why we keep trying but the many times mentioned attitude is rough. Side eyes and aloof at best. I guess the "neighborhood" spot is only for a few neighbors. And how hard is

Average tasting pizza but they shouldn't advertise enoki pizza and use shimeji mushrooms instead.
Pizza was good.
Had sausage and sage, and the burrata. After all, this is a pizzeria, a good one. Also had the fennel citrus salad - fresh and just enough zing to tickle your palate for the pizza. Whatever you do, don't order the wood-fired carrots, unless you have
Love the neighborhood.
We were very hopeful given the solid recommendation by two friends that live in the neighborhood. The pasta bucatini with meatballs was ok. Lots of thick sauce but very little flavor. The meatballs were small and dry--not much flavor at all. The mu

We ventured to a decent pizza restaurant in the Outer Sunset on a bustling Friday night, greeted with the news of a wait exceeding an hour. Fortunately, they kindly offered us seats at the bar so we got seated right away. While the staff was friendly
Love, love, love everything about this restaurant.
They have a great drink menu (cocktails, beers, plenty of wines), and their food menu is just as extensive. Highly recommend making a reservation in advance, especially if the weather is going to be nice. Even on a busy day, our serves were great. T
Ohhh damn you fine baby.
Sorry, I was just talking to this pizza real quick. Oh yeah it's funny because this place is called damn fine. Let's be honest, this is a top pizza place in the city. Where it ranks is entirely dependent on the style of pizza you like. This is a sour
Damn fine damn sucked last night.
