This was our 2nd visit and like the first time everything was amazing. Amazing ..The ambiance is very friendly and intimate making it perfect for a girls night out or a date night. Our Server made sure all our needs were met and a special thank you to Chef Dante' for coming out to greet us. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and the roasted mushrooms, mash potatoes and the Cream Brulรฉ as a perfect end to an amazing dinner. Thank you to Rick as well for his perfect presentation of our wine selection. Best wishes LJ
Be the first to ReplyOur dinner was a great experience.
The service was impeccable throughout. The food was delicious. There was an issue with the temperature of my steak being slightly overdone, but at the prices charged, I had no problem bringing it to the server's attention. He quickly had a replacement made for me, during which the restaurant manager came over to apologize. Small mistakes like that occur at all restaurants. The replacement steak was perfect and delicious. I would definitely come back here again.
Be the first to ReplyWas with two colleagues after a trade show convention
Was with two colleagues after a trade show convention center. Seated immediately. Food was good not great. Medium rare bone in $90 rib eye was overcooked on 2/3 of it. Flavorful though and fine. My beef is that after we paid the bill with decent tip and we're finishing a drink ordered just before the bill came someone came over and asked us to leave to make way for someone else. There were 5 other visible tables that were empty. Ruined the experience as we wondered why a random person who was not our server was asking us to leave. Sever came back by a shortly after and I informed him that I would finish my drink and needed 5 minutes. He said he didn't know anything about it but some asked us to leave they must need our table. Service doesn't chat and once your are done spending and have paid $480 for a three person meal that will not blow your mind, you are of no use to them.

We went to this restaurant based off of an internet suggestion before coming to Vegas. We went there with family to celebrate getting married! The food and staff at The Edge were knowledgeable, friendly and professional and we will definitely eat there again in the future! Highly recommended! 5 stars!

What a great experience! Talk about rolling out of a restaurant! We were stuffed to the brim! Service first of all was amazing. Our waiter for sure went the extra mile in making sure our dining experience was its best. Double Date means double the tasting. The steak was cooked perfectly and was so simply seasoned. Sides were just as good and left us wanting more. Desserts!! We were able to sample all they had yet sorry only 1 pic was taken. This is a must try for the price. Very reasonable and you get so much of it. Would definitely recommend.
Be the first to ReplyThree stars with mixed feelings! My first visit to Edge
Three stars with mixed feelings! My first visit to Edge Steakhouse was over the Super Bowl weekend to the historic Westgate Hotel! Westgate was the former Las Vegas Hilton, and the former International, and best known as the home to Elvis while performing in their theater. This is one of the easier Vegas steakhouse's to get to for the locals as it's a block or two off-Strip, plus free parking, and not overly large by Vegas hotel standards today. The steakhouse is beautiful when walking in and passing the lounge/bar area. Seated promptly due to having reservations, the interior seating area was just as nice! The immediate disappointment started as we were seated. We sat for nearly 15 minutes without being recognized by anyone! it became awkward when servers from other tables would pass by and look and notice that menus were closed, laying on the table, and not so much as a glass of water on the table! a major faux pas for a high end steakhouse!! Our server for the evening finally appeared, made a quick 3 second apology, and proceeded to start with the order. No charisma, no small talk to smooth out the immediate rough edges, just straight to the order! The food was on point, and exquisitely great! The charred octopus is a must for the appetizer! This is simply an outstanding dish! I would also recommend the "3 course pre-fixe" add on. For $30 you can add a salad, side, and dessert to any steak on the menu. The Caesar was outstanding, my 10oz Filet cooked to a perfect medium rare, and the creamed spinach was perhaps the best version of that dish I've ever experienced! Finishing off with the fiery crรจme brรปlรฉe brought table side as if it's being "announced" was the icing on the cake! Even after spending a few hundred dollars, and tipping the server appropriately despite his lack of enthusiasm, he was status quo with barely acknowledging us as we finished the evening! At this point I was amused by the lack of a professional "Vegas steakhouse" service in such an iconic hotel. I would be hard pressed to recommend it to anyone knowing the experience they would be hoping for.
Be the first to ReplyFood and services were excellent.
. we were celebrating my husband's birthday and he said great choice. Best steak I've had in a long time. Cooked perfectly!
Be the first to ReplySteak was good.
Salad and sides were great! Service was good, but I wish the server would've refilled drinks more often. Loved the individual lighting at each table!
Be the first to ReplyFood overall ok.
Outdated steakhouse (decor, menus, chairs) but same price as high end steakhouses on the strip. If you want the best, this is not your place. If you like 90s decor and 70s music you'll love it here!
Be the first to ReplyService was charming.
I had the waygu steak. Absolutely delicious. Marty had sea scallops he loved them. We shared a great salad and baked potato. Wonderful food.
Be the first to ReplyThis was my first experience at Edge Steakhouse.
Being a huge Elvis fan I was very excited to eat here and the decor did not dissapoint. The ambiance is that of a 60's-70's fine dining complete with dark lighting, reds and golds everywhere. The scattered pictures of Elvis were a delight. The service was impeccable! As with most fine dinning, we had servreal servers coming around giving us various things. The most helpful was the beverage server. I ordered the 3course Pre fixe which came with salad/soup, steak, side, and dessert. I ordered the poached pear salad whic was very tasty, 10oz filet, medium, and loaded baked potato. The steak was cooked to perfection and truely melted in my mouth! The potato was very dry and there weren't enough toppings on it. For dessert, I got the cheesecake with lemon glaze and fresh berries. This was okay. It was an incredibly huge piece and I didn't feel as though there was enough lemon flavorFor the price point (over $100/plate) I would expect all of the food to be out of this world. Unfortunately it just wasn't on this trip.
Be the first to ReplyThe only reason I gave this place 2 stars is the waiters
The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is the waiters helper was great. First off the waiter was rude and rarely around, table next to us also. He decided to change our order, an additional $95, without our knowledge. I had asked for my steak to be a light medium rare (extra pink in the middle)it was borderline well done. When he finally cane around to ask if we wanted anything else, 10-15 minutes after getting our food, I said the steak is well done and these are the wrong sides, he told me "you ordered it that way!" He obviously brought us another tables order, I get it happens, but made no effort to correct it and said it was our fault. I do not eat brussel sprouts and did not order them. Won't be returning
Be the first to ReplyI have dined here before.
It was excellent! I ordered the wedge salad and it was very salty. I had my husband try it to make sure it wasn't me. He agreed with me. I ordered the filet with bernaise. The bernaise was inedible because of saltiness! I ordered Mac and cheese... same thing. The filet was salty but edible. Also got the baked potato which was good. The wine was excellent. The service was good but he never asked how anything was? I left without to go boxes; it was that bad. So sorry to have had this experience at Edge. Then, I'm told they discontinued the chocolate sphere dessert! Why??? I don't get it. Is it under new mgmt? Huge fail. They lost me. As a local, Plenty of other steak houses in town!!!
Be the first to ReplyThis place is AMAZING, I don't even know where to start.
Initially we were sat in the corner of the back room where all the sound filtered to. It was unbelievably loud and we debated leaving. Fortunately there was other seating available in another room that was perfect for our group of four. The staff is all amazing. Our server, Mark has quite the sense of humor. Felix is the man, we greatly enjoyed his charm and personality. Alex was polite. The team is what really helped turn the evening around. We opted to skip a starter and had the Dry Aged Prix Fixe. One had the wedge salad while two had the French onion soup. The salad was unbelievably delicious. The onion soup was a healthy serving and delicious, not too salty as onion soup can be. The melted cheese on top was amazing. We all had the 20oz ribeye. I can't believe that is possible after the amazing soup and bread. The flavor of the steak was to die for. Dry aged is something else, takes the meat to the next level. We have walked by the case for years and finally got to see what the hype was all about. This is so worth it. I can't say it enough, this place is amazing. Not sure why it took us so many years to stop in. This is now on our annual list of places to visit. Thank you, Edge for an amazing experience.
Be the first to ReplyDining at this place was a frustrating experience.
The hostess was rude when simply asked if we could get a drink in the bar while we waited for our table. We tried to find a spot in the bar but were told to leave and comeback in 30 minutes when our table would be ready! And then a manager person got involved and said he would just seat us now to get us out of the way. He gave us attitude. I asked him what we did to piss him off? Asking to have a drink at the bar while waiting for a table is not an unreasonable request. I thought the food must be amazing if people put up with this, but the food is mediocre at best. And the atmosphere is definitely nothing special. With so many amazing restaurants in Vegas this place was a waste of time and money. Go somewhere else.

Steak was good but not spectacular, the crรจme brรปlรฉe though... omg I would eat it out of a dead cows butthole if I had to. It's unbelievable
Be the first to ReplyWe stepped into this restaurant with no expectations.
We weren't able to be seated at a table b/c we had no reservations and the restaurant was an hour out from closing. So we sat at the bar were we were greeted and treated as if there was no time schedule. We drank we ate comfortably and the steak was absolutely mouth watering. We had cheesecake for dessert and honestly my expectations were exceeded. The cheesecake was sooo good even after waiting two days to eat it. It was my man's birthday and we really enjoyed our dinner from the salads to the entrees and dessert. The cheesecake.... GET IT THATS IT! Just get it!
Be the first to ReplyHad a very nice dinner at Edge Steakhouse.
Started with Fried Shrimp appetizer. Was nice with a spicy sauce on it. For a main course Filet Mignon 7 oz medium rare came out perfect. Asparagus on the side was ok but the best veggie side of anyone in our group. I had Cheesecake for dessert and that's the only thing I would have changed. The others at my table had Crรจme Burley and that was much better than the cheesecake. Nice ambiance and good waiter.
Be the first to ReplyWe've been going to Edge for several years now after we
We've been going to Edge for several years now after we found this incredible hidden gem during CES which we exhibit at every year. It's conveniently located next to the convention center @ Westgate. The prices are high but so is the quality and service received. We just returned from Vegas and had yet another incredible & memorable experience. This time started with dinner at one of the booths in the dining room. Made reservations and all went perfectly smoothly on a Saturday night. This time around my husband and I shared the 7 ounce filet, the stuffed mushrooms, shrimp cocktail & the asparagus. Everything was delicious!! The mushrooms are rich and stuffed with a creamy cheese. The cheesy/puffy bread and butter they bring out is also divine. Of course after dinner we had to stop by and see Mikey at the bar and have a cocktail before heading out to dance. Best bartender in town. 100% recommend for a classy, old-school steakhouse and cocktail experience.
Be the first to ReplyI wanna start off by saying thank you to our amazing server
I wanna start off by saying thank you to our amazing server Mark and also staff Alex for being the best during our dinner. I have to comment that the extremely rude and unprofessional host tried to force me to sit at the bar because she didn't want to assist and set up a booth table that I was requesting. Luckily the amazing manager saved the night and we had a wonderful birthday celebration. Definitely would come again, despite the hostess!

I brought my daughters here last week and was shocked to find such an upscale restaurant at the Westgate hotel. This place is stunning. Food was perfect and the service was great! Highly recommend!!
Be the first to ReplyThis restaurant was incredible .
The service was top notch. Our waiter Leiman was so nice and attentive. Felix was helping him and he was checking on us to make sure our waters were filled, plates cleared etc.We all had steaks which were all cooked as ordered.Drinks were very tasty, desert was to die for. After almost two years of not being able to fine dine this place was 10 stars. Very, very happy we went there.
Be the first to ReplyGreat experience.
Came here for my birthday. Gave the entire group free deserts. Treated us with respect and was laughing with us the entire time. Great. Experience.

Visited the casino for some live music, afterwards we thought benihanas but since we didn't have a reservation, it was a no go. We took a look around and thought the Edge looked like an awesome place to dine so we gave it a try. What a great choice. The atmosphere was awesome..the restaurant was very elegant with the infamous dim lights. We opted to dine at the bar which is the best. Mike was our bartender, he was super cool, very friendly and informative.. We started with a cocktail, the pop overs they gave us were hot, fresh and buttery. I had 3...oh boy! hubby started with the beet salad, he talked about that salad all the way home! I ordered the classic Cesar salad with fresh cracked black pepper..so so good. For dinner we decided on the roasted chicken with mashed potatoes and veggies, chicken came with au jus... Let me say it was pure heaven. The chicken was super moist, potatoes were fluffy and the veggies were grilled to perfection. It was a nice size serving as well. I ordered the grilled scallops over puree and chutney. The Scallops were amazing, All I can say is that we will definitely be back to explore even more items on the menu. The meal ended with flaming creme brulee, delish! overall our meal was pretty epic.
