Break time
We had an amazing lunch here after a long walk of shopping spree. First time I've tasted HA (Heart Attack) fried rice sure is different. It was a good break to relax our feet.

Stay away
We had tried booking a table for 9 a day in advance and we were told that they donโt take reservations. We walked in few hours earlier on the day we wanted to have dinner and the staff said they are fully booked. When we told them that we were informed that they donโt take reservations and how come they are full. The staff started being rude to us when we formed them that we will write a review.
Stay away from this place unless you want to deal with rude staff.
Nice food with polite staffs!
We had our dinner in Eighteen Chef for the first time, were surprised with their politeness! Itโs rare to have such politeness nowadays in restaurants. We accidentally poured water on the table, waiter came immediately to clean with a smile, what a hospitality!
The food were all freshly cooked, we have wonderful steak and egg yolk chicken chop!
Unfortunately they didnโt sell alcohol, hehe.
Really good and value for money
Located at the fourth flour of Bugis Junction. This place is really a good place to eat if you are a huge fan of western cusine. The cheese-baked rice is what I would recommend you to try. You can choose which toppings and sauces you want to add into your self created dish. The price of the food sold here is very reasonable as the portion of the food is quite large. For the the drinks, I ordered ice-lemon tea and for desserts I chose vanilla Ice cream. It is really worth it and besides that, eighteen chef also have other outlets in Singapore as well. They have one at Vista-point which is often visited by the university students.

Be your own chef-choose your own base-either rice or pasta with cheese or double cheese. Mini Double Bypass come with half spring chicken n slices beef. Aglio Olio Mushroom Chicken, spaghetti not a big portion $13.80.
Rated average was for food, service need improvement because need to call many times then can get to ask them questions.
Nice food
My friends and I had dinner at Bugis Junction outlet after work. I ordered the Baked Spaghetti with black pepper sauce with sausages and mushrooms whereas my friends ordered Fried Rice and some pasta I forgot opps. It was well seasoned and cooked! The staffs were friendly and had good service. We will come back again.

This restaurant is always noisy and busy. If you need a quiet place for dinner, this is not the place to be. Food portion was big. We each tried different dish and all of them is yummy. The ending dessert was nice especially the chocolate cake, goes well with the ice cream.

This is my 2nd time dining at Eighteen Chefs, 1st one was many many years ago. They still maintain their standard, and many new dishes come out, taste of the food still not bad.
My hubby ordered the crispy chicken with wedges and I have tried their salted egg prawn pasta, which is interesting. The pasta taste not bad, you ate like eating salted egg crabs just without crab instead is pasta. Quite a good combination in fact. The crispy chicken is tender yet on the outside remains crispy.
Price wise is quite reasonable although the prices has seen some increase over the years, but understandable as cost are increasing, and the price stated on the menu has already included GST.
Service wise, staffs walked passed you will pay attention to customers and make sure they take away those things that you don't need so that you can have more space. Is good but sometimes feel that we are frequently interrupted. But at least you can feel that they really pay attention to customers instead of ignoring them.
Overall quite a nice experience dining at this restaurant, will be back again.
Double cheese baked spaghetti!!
I'm a hardcore cheese lover! First thing in this restaurant attracted me was the double cheese baked rice or spaghetti! I ordered the double cheese baked spaghetti with spicy tomato sauce and seafood option. It tastes AWESOME!!! The layer of savoury cheese and nachos cheese goes perfectly with the spicy tomato sauce. It comes with 2 pieces of mussels, prawns and also squids. Had the double cheese baked spaghetti with the soup of the day (carrot soup) and homemade iced lemon tea. The carrot soup was way too buttery. Overall the food served and service was good!
