Element 47 Aspen Reviews
Excellent
We ate at the bar before a concert at Belly Up. Food was excellent and the service was amazing. This is a great option for a casual dinner in Aspen.
Really went downhill
I used to love this place. When I would get the Kobe steak, they would slice it so beautifully and there be so many different flavors on the plate. It really looks like a Michelin star place. And I’ve been eating here for many many years by the way
Worst thanksgiving experience ever
We had made reservations 30 days before. We were waiting for 48 minutes to be seated. The food had no taste. Waste of time and money. If you appreciate your money, please do not waste them. This is not a fine restaurant as they allege.
Not impressed.
Very disappointed that a restaurant claiming Michelin Star would allow not one but two dogs (not service dogs) to be in the restaurant… the first dog was a very large sheepdog that pulled away from the owner and ran through to jump on another guest
Disappointing
We were celebrating my fiancés 50th birthday with family. We decided to order the Chefs Inspiration Menu. Described below : An eclectic, multi-course, en-bloc style menu inspired by our local purveyors *full table participation is required* 165 Pe
Fantastic experience with myself, and my two poodles
I visited Element for the first time with my two poodles, and I was greeted with warm smiles, and excellent service! Element has a dog menu!!! And it is incredibly delicious and excellent quality judging by the way my girls enjoyed their dinner. I h
Very underwhelming dinner
Do not recommend Prixe fixe was definitely not worth $350 per person. It was barely edible go elsewhere! Service was also poor. Lag between courses was unacceptable.
Michelin star indeed!
We just had a perfect meal! The setting is beautiful in the Little Nell - great cocktails as well. Our server La Count was exceptional- knowledgeable, friendly and so funny! The entire staff went out of their way to make sure you have a great experie
Beautiful setting, wonderful food, great service
We went to celebrate an anniversary. We were delighted with our experience here. As a vegetarian, I had choices! My husband, who is not a veggie loved the short rib and the wagu beef. We both loved our salads, Ricotta and burrata and the Stone fruit
Well … still some room of improvement
We had dinner here for the first time while staying at the hotel. Great place, beautiful patio to sit outside. Very romantic. Fantastic, almost exceptional wine list and a sommelier who knows what he is talking about. Those are the positives. The sta
Once was enough.
Two friends and I had dinner at Element 47 after trying out various creative, delicious restaurants in Aspen. Our experience here fell flat. The restaurant feels like the formal dining room on a cruise ship. We all felt a little disappointed wit
The vibe here is classy and chill.
A wonderful place for whatever you are in the mood for. Delicious food, tasty drinks, or relax by the fireplace with some snacks. I wish I asked our waiter's name as she provided excellent service and we really enjoyed our time. The gnocchi with oxta
We had Valentine's day dinner.
We could not order anything from the regular menu, which would have been fine if the options were good. When we finished our three-course dinner, we were still hungry. At $125 per person, at least would have wanted to feel somewhat full. Wine paring
Love this place! The food was delicious.
We got wagyu burgers and they were perfect! Also friendly and helpful staff!
I defy you to get a buzz from any cocktail.
Ordered 2 different cocktails and both were stunningly weak. Never again. If you really want to go here order wine. Or just go anywhere else
Went there the other night and had the best time.
The food and service is amazing! Definitely get the steak it's phenomenal
Loved this restaurant! Such an upscale experience.
Beautiful ambience, and the service was great. They were very helpful with my allergies and communicated very nicely. The octopus was probably my favorite dish. Our server had brown braids, and she was very nice.

NOT worthy of 5 Star/Forbes 5 Diamond Property.
Husband & I have visited three times for brunch this summer. We've given it 3 chances because of the location hoping for a better experience after 1st two terrible experiences.Very low-quality food for obscene price. While we are the opposite of
Worst Veggie Burger Ever
The veggie burger at Element 47 on the Bar menu was the worst I’ve had in my 30 years of being a vegetarian. It was so dry, card board like. No amount of condiments could help me choke it down. If any of the Chefs there think that is edible the
My husband and I came in for our wedding anniversary.
The service was AMAZING and the server had great recommendations based on what we liked. The food was so good my husband and I left very happy.
The most elegant dining room in town
Yes, it is expensive. But what do you expect? This is Aspen, Colorado. And this is the Little Nell, the most luxurious hotel in town. You pay for what you get, even if you don't ski and it is summertime. The Element 47 is the Little Nell's elegant di
EXPENSIVE, AVERAGE FOOD
My wife and I ate lunch here when we took a break from watching the film festival. The food was average. The prices were excessive.

Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Element 47 Aspen at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the Element 47 Aspen page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* FamousStation67, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* FamousStation67 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to FamousStation67 for any questions Peter may have as FamousStation67 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* FamousStation67 now uses their connections at Element 47 Aspen to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If FamousStation67 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, FamousStation67 receives the $200 reward which is credited to FamousStation67's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Element 47 Aspen!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
