So, yesterday two friends of mine and me decided to go for a dinner at this restaurant. First of all, absolutely freezing in the dining room. Second of all, we were not introduced to the menu at all. We had servers changing on us as they choose to. We ordered an shareable appetizer, 1/2 pound shrimp. I have ordered the tuna entree as well as one of my friends, the other one ordered Alaskan Halibut. We have received the whine we order after about 15min waiting. Than about 10 minutes later, the entrees arrived, without the appetizer coming first. After addressing it to one of the servers, they just brought the appetizer on the table regardless, literally just shoved it on the table, without serving any side plates. The appetizer shrimp was shocking. Straight out of freezer, we were not advised we are getting raw shrimp! The main course okay on cooked side, a bit bland, and the side was a lot on the sour side. For a Michelin star restaurant I expected alot more! Than the most unimaginable situation happened. Again, we had a change of server, which way i think the restaurant leader/manager. Before getting the desert, the server decided to take the napkin from my friend, to wipe the drips that were on table. I have never ever seen this disgusting practice in my life. I used to work in hospitality industry and this is an absolute NO. Continuing, we received the desert, key lime pie. It looked gorgeous, but only looked. It was WAY over sweet, so sweet that you couldn't even feel the citrus flavor of the lime. At NO time during the dinner, we were asked if any of the food was good, until we received the bill. Upon receiving it, we were asked if the food was ok. At which point my friend frowned, and was completely out of words. There was no offer of trying to compensate/ or make apologies for bad service/not satisfactory food. Only a comment of: " I hope your next experience with us is gonna be better." Seriously, instead of calling a manager and trying to manage anything, the comment is finishing for second visit? I do not know one person that is sane in the head that would want to visit it again after this horrific experience. Absolutely would NOT recommend! Complete waste of over 200$
