Poorly trained waiter
We generally have no complaints with Flemings however we decided to go for a Saturday lunch and everything went wrong from start to finish. First thing our waiter brought an incorrect drink order. We ordered a salad which we were going to have before our meal but the salad never came until we asked for it. My husband's meal was overcooked and dry. He did not eat it and when we told the waiter the issue he did not so much as even apologize. I ordered the small filet medium and when I got it it was cooked medium however they cut it all the way through to see if it was properly cooked. This is not reflective of a skilled chef. I'm not a pro but by pressing a fork on the meat I can tell whether it is medium or not. I did not mention this to the waiter as in reality it was not a problem just not the norm at Fleming's or any upscale Steakhouse. The big issue for my husband and me was the lack of skill of the waiter. I hope this is not what we can expect in the future.

WOW, the food was incredible! We had the best seafood and steak. Our steaks could have been cut with a butter knife. The crab and lobster was so fresh. Loved the sides and deserts!

I was very disappointed when trying to celebrate my brother's wedding. There were four of us and we all felt the steak had no flavor (70$) each. The asparagus was tuff. The Fleming potatoes had about 1 tablespoon, brussels sprout were ok. The waiter was the worst , never once came and asked us how our meal was. We will never return and we live in NV
Be the first to ReplyWhy ruin a great dinner with a reheated baked potato?
We had a mostly delicious dinner on Christmas Eve. Steaks and lobster were very good and the service was great. But the baked potatoes were reheated and burned on the outside. They charge $14 for a potato, that is not even freshly baked. I can taste a reheated potato and it is not a good flavor. I guess they think they are fooling people, but they are wrong. We should have complained but we had already waited longer than expected for our dinners.
Be the first to ReplyWas average to me.
We went on a Tuesday night and did their couples special. The Caesar salad was great. Our filet was cooked medium perfectly but our Ribeye was cooked Well even though we asked for medium. The scalloped potatoes were great. And I recommend the cheesecake. Service was very slow though. But if I’m paying $140 for a meal I expect my steak to be perfect and great service.
Be the first to ReplyDecent steak, GREAT service.
We had an early reservation (5:30) to have a nice long dinner and still make our show. And there was a line to get seated! Very busy place. We were greeted kindly, and asked if it was a special occasion. Nice touch. Seated promptly, and at a decent table. The water was Fantastic! Knew his wine and food. I ordered the dry aged prime rib-eye, and mom ordered the 11 oz filet mignon, both medium rare. I was happy that mine came out just shy of medium rare (which I like), and hers was perfectly cooked. HUGE portions, and we took home leftovers. Sides were a very shareable creamed spinach, which was delish, and the roasted asparagus, which looked a little overdone, but wasn’t. Very tasty, and nicely seasoned. The bread. The bread is an excuse for the champagne-Brie and the smoked cheddar butters. They brought a second loaf and more butter, AND the young man who boxed up our leftovers boxed up another fresh loaf and more butter. The waiter (forgot his name) brought Mom and I a little box of chocolate truffles to finish with our very nice bottle of red wine. No charge. The only reason I dropped a star….was my dry aged steak. It didn’t wow me. The meat itself was very good, and had the real “gamy” beef flavor of a dry-aged beef. BUT, you gotta be careful with it…or the fat will turn a little rancid. I got a couple of sour bites in my fatty parts off the steak, and it wasn’t as tender as I had expected. Still, I just cut off the fat parts, and all was well. Seared the leftover piece, and ate it with the bread and butter and leftover spinach, and I’m happy. Would I go back? Likely not, but only because there are so many other steak places to explore. Now, I WOULD go back to Gordon Ramsey’s Steakhouse, but only after I save a few more $$. All in all, a nice time, nice ambiance, wonderful staff, and decent food.

Worst meal ever Seating: They ignored our preferences and sat us in the bar. It was so loud with the bar tender tossing dishes around instead of placing them in to the container. Bisque: Tomato base, tasted nothing like Bisque. we have had this many times , It was noting more then tomato soup watered down with a piece of lobster, the temperature was not even hot., The manager insulted our inelegance and said this has always been our lobster bisque. We have eaten there many times in the past 15 plus years we know what the bisque is. I ask him how long he has worked there he said well almost 10 weeks. We were there weeks prior and the bisque was not tomato. Bread, Rolls, Crackers No silverware Fraudulent Turkey 3 of us ordered the special turkey breast dinner mixed with dark meat. when it came i looked at my plate and said oh i did not order this- I ordered the turkey dinner. The server said mam i can take it back but this is the turkey breast and the dark meat. I explained that this was not real turkey that turkey is not brown. and the dark meat was almost a rubber black in color. I do not eat beef so i had no dinner . the manager said that that was real turkey breast. I ask to see the carcass . As he said it was . He then said well i will have to go look. They were passing off turkey as the cheapest compressed turkey roll possible. It did not look anything like their advertising for Thanksgiving dinner . 3 of us sent the meals back not edible. Replacement steak was inedible No Chocolate or Carrot cake Actually passed off turkey roll as turkey for $60.00 pp

We ordered 3 times per week. Today, the Manager told me nobody had that nobody has complained about the Bread issue. If one has complained… then at least 5 or more have. If you Like Bread, you’ll only get a Tiny Loaf ( a roll for one) for an order of 4 Entrees. So, each person gets a slice of a Tiny Roll. Unbelievably CHEAP!
Be the first to ReplyFleming's - Fine Dining at its Best
We have enjoyed dinner at Fleming's Las Vegas on several occasions - consistently excellent is how we would describe our experiences there. Our most recent dinner was no exception. The wait staff are all professional. The pace of the evening was spot-on. The food is and has been consistently first-rate. And they have a way of making the evening memorable. This evening out was for our anniversary. A Happy Anniversary card awaited us at our table, as did a basket of freshly baked bread and two delicious cream cheese spreads. We ordered a bottle of Hall Cabernet; shrimp cocktail (five huge shrimp on ice with a delicious red dipping sauce and fresh horseradish); blue cheese wedge salad; a grilled to perfection 28 oz bone-in New York steak to share, with a side of brussels sprouts and diced bacon. The salad came on a chilled plate with a chilled fork; the steak on a hot plate with an extra (and hot) plate for sharing. Our server, Arick, surprised us with a complimentary Fleming's Olive Oil Cake - a delicious and light cake infused with citrus and served with a tasty sauce and fresh fruit. And we enjoyed two glasses of Prosecco to top off the evening. Each and every thing we enjoyed could not have been any better. A shout-out to our server, Arick, and to General Manager, Jenyce, who were both attentive to us throughout, and made sure our evening was perfect. We will be back!!
Be the first to ReplyExpensive and worth it
The steaks are over the top. Every side was huge in proportions and flavor. The drinks are superb and the service is some of the best I have experienced. Be prepared…..it is super pricey
Be the first to ReplyDisappointed with the steak :(
We visited Flemmings for dinner looking forward to a great steak and great service. The staff was really freindly and the service was efficient. We had 5 guys and were really hungry after golfing all afternoon. 4 of us had a filet mignon and one had the ribeye. The ribeye was done perfectly. 2 of The filets were ordered medium rare and came out well done and dry. I had to wash the steak down with water it was so dry. The price was high but expected. The dessert was excellent! We were very disappointed because we were looking forward to a great steak and it was BAD. For this we won't be back. Plenty of places to get a good steak.
Be the first to ReplyGood value away from the main strip
Flemings is slightly out of town but is on the Deuce bus route that serves the strip and is well worth the effort. In fact it was so good we went a couple of times. Pretty much nowhere in Vegas is cheap, but Flemings felt like good value for money when so many places have high prices that aren't justified by the food and/or service. The bone-in ribeye was amazing and the creamed spinach side was just as good, but be aware that portions are massive and would make a full three courses feel like an eating challenge. I normally avoid American wines, but a couple of the reds on the wide-ranging wine list made me realise I might have been missing out.
Be the first to ReplyVery good, not great
First off, service and atmosphere A+. Solo business traveler looking for a nice dinner out and honestly tried Bonefish next door first and it was a nightmare so wandered over to Flemings hoping they could fit me in…Which they did with a smile. I sat at a table in the bar and the 4 young ladies (3 bartenders and an assistant) took excellent tag team care of me. I was hoping to make a movie and they got me in and out in time. Thank you! Bread started me off. Honestly, I wasn’t a huge fan of the accompanying spreads, but it was a fine start. I got the main filet mignon with Diablo shrimp and a side of onion rings. I will say that the filet was so tender you could almost cut it with a fork. It was a little under seasoned for my tastes but the cut and preparation was outstanding. The shrimp were good but the ‘Diablo’ part left a lot to be desired. It really didn’t have much flavor, much less any spice which is what I thought I was getting. The onion rings were huge and as good as onion rings can be. My cost was $95 before tip which I feel was a little expensive for the meal, but it was very good. It just lacked that little ‘extra’ to get it to excellent…but it was darn close.
Be the first to ReplyOverall nice Birthday dinner!
The only thing I would change is maybe a little softer music, one song that played during dinner was a rock tune and we couldn’t hear others at the table, after that it was ok, maybe someone else said something?. Also it IS COLD at the entrance tables, might want to fix that, I was freezing.Dinner was good for my husbands 60th birthday, the chocolates were a nice surprise (even though he can’t eat chocolates). Food was hot and cooked to perfection. I wish you had lamb chops though, something to think about & Escargot! The waiter was great & attentive. Staff was friendly, prices were about average. Great night!

Everything was great except the price!! Was way overpriced. I got the salmon which was excellent, but way overpriced.

Be the first to ReplyBlame it on Covid
I have eaten at this location several times, but I have also been to other Fleming's locations. The Steaks have always been very good quality and great taste...I don't do any sauces on my steaks. This is a relatively expensive dinner location and everything is ala cart. Everyone in my party, five of us, had Steaks and one Barbecue Scottish Salmon Fillet. There was two Ribeye's, one New York, and I choose the Filet Mignon. Each steak was cooked to perfection on the night. A couple of us had glasses of wine. I had a Riesling pre dinner and a Merlot with dinner...I know most wine connoisseurs cringe at that mix. I am posting an image of the filet but truly the image of the Salmon dish is a nice piece of artwork. As a group we all choose the Fleming Potatoes, Chipotle Cheddar Mac & Cheese, and the Roasted Asparagus. Everything with the food was exquisite and served beautifully. The staff service was lacking a little bit compared to other visits at this same location...they didn't say it out loud, but I feel like everything is blamed on covid these days!! This wasn't the best visit but it was not a horrible visit. This location can do better and I will be back!!
Be the first to ReplyGreat meal. But a bit of difficulty using our gift card
Just had an issue using a gift card at the end of the meal but Cory, the manager, got it sorted in the end so all good. Great meal!! Awesome service.

This was our first time and it was beyond our expectations! The service, food, desert, and wine selection was amazing. We didn't think about food till the next day and that's how i can describe how full filling every thing was. We look forward to returning!

Had a really great experience with Jesse on our trip to Vegas. The food and wine were exceptional, as well as the entire atmosphere. Will definitely go back on our next Vegas trip.
Be the first to ReplyFantastic steak meal!
Went here over the weekend for my birthday. Very nice atmosphere and my margarita was delish! Ordered the Rib Eye and mashed potatoes. The steak was PERFECT! I was too full for desert but when they learned it was my birthday they packed one up for me to take with me. I will certainly eat at Flemings again!
Be the first to ReplyExceptional!
We enjoyed exceptional service during our wine pairing steak dinner. Jumbo Shrimp and Carpaccio starter was a delicious way to set expectations. Washington wines were on the menu and joyfully explained starting with a StoneCap Chardonnay followed by a 2016 Drumheller Cab. An excellent, perfectly dressed garden salad, then a hot, medium rare, filet mignon and rib eye. The entrees were paired with Charles & Charles Post #35. Carrot cake for dessert... all that was missing was the port to complete the meal. Well done! Highly Recommend.
