Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar Nashville Reviews from The Last Year

My boyfriend and I had been wanting to try this place for a while now but there wasn't one local to us so we had to be patient! Luckily we're in Nashville and they have one, so we decided to stop by for dinner. It was perfection. The service was impeccable from start to finish. The inside is a bit dark but I can appreciate some mood lighting and it is a beautiful place. He started with an old fashioned and I got a blueberry lemon drop. Both were okay, nothing crazy. I also got a scarlet clover though and that was worlds better! Moving onto food, we both agreed that these were the best steaks we ever had. I got a filet and he got a rib eye and both were perfect. We also got mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. The mashed potatoes were to die for. I liked the brussel sprouts, didn't love them, but my boyfriend was obsessed so maybe it was just me! We finished off with some chocolate lava cake for dessert, which was pretty good, not the best I've ever had though. The bill was certainly pricy and I might recommend others to skip drinks or dessert, but the main entrees and the mashed potatoes were phenomenal!

Cooked to perfection 11oz filet, Lobster Tail, Fleming's Potatoes, Caesar Salad. A piece of Carrot Cake to go! Service was impeccable! Kelly are Bartender/Waitress was outstanding. Jimmy a waiter who knew us from a prior celebration, chatted with us. Steven the operating partner also visited with us. We are members of Flemings family. We also received 4 bonbons as a birthday gift. The Bar area, dinning area and private dining room offer city views. Oh, they also have complimentary Valet Parking. Believe me, if you want to be treated like a Royal. Try it you will love it, RonyX

Dined here tonight, celebrating my retirement with my wife and close friends. We were seated within minutes of our reservation and received excellent service; the type that one would expect from a fine dining restaurant. Our table was secluded in a private area section and provided us with a great relaxing setting. Did I already say that we had superb service with great attention to detail. Our advertisers were delivered timely. I give an A+ to my wedge salad ( complimentary bread and champagne butter tasted good also). I had the 14 oz ribeye steak cooked medium and sides of mushrooms, crispy Brussel sprouts, and Flemings scallop potato. Everything was seasoned well, and the steak was cooked to perfection. Well worth the price!
The food here is perfect.
Our steaks were cooked perfectly and the sides were delectable. We enjoyed some Duckhorn Napa Valley wine which was awesome. The servers were friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!
Going in you know you're gonna drop a dime, but that aside
Going in you know you're gonna drop a dime, but that aside it is a fine dining experience. Tomahawk Tuesday is a great deal you get a choice of salad, entree, 2 sides and a dessert for two people. I got the Caesar Salad very good , my entree was the NY Strip well done (I did that because they said that they tend to undercook it, however medium well would've been perfect) the sides we chose was the chipotle mac n cheese and the Fleming's potatoes both of which were delicious. This was a ton of food so we had the dessert to go and I ate it the next day. It was NY cheesecake with a strawberry sauce so so good . The ambiance was quiet and clean, love how the view is a McDonald's sign . Service was extremely slow though the one drawback. I am not blaming the waiter here, he was on point, think it was the kitchen. Oh yeah and the old fashioned sucked. Otherwise great experience, will return.

We called ahead to see what the wait was for 2 people on a Friday night. They said there was no wait so we came in. Once we arrived, we noticed that the restaurant had only a few guests. We thought this was strange for a Friday night in Nashville but it was a beautiful restaurant with dimly lit tables and had a nice atmosphere. We ordered waters and a blueberry lemon drop martini. The martini was fantastic, however, my boyfriend's water glass had lipstick marks on it. They got us a new one and we continued our meal. We ordered the lobster bisque and calamari for appetizers. The lobster bisque was fantastic, lots of lobster. The calamari was mostly tentacles so we wouldn't order that again. It had a great flavor and breading and was cooked perfectly, we just prefer the rings and there weren't many. The bread and butter that they bring you to start was also wonderful. The bread came to the table and was hot and freshly made. The butter was creamy and it was a great duo. For our main dish my boyfriend ordered the bone in ribeye. He ordered it medium and it was cooked perfectly. It was moist and tender. I ordered the main filet. I asked for medium as well, however, our server told us that the kitchen undercooks steaks so I should order it medium well to get it the way I want. I took his advice and my steak came out over cooked. There was hardly any pink and it was dried out. The manager took care of it and comped the steak and gave me a new one to go. We shared the lobster Mac and cheese which was fantastic and the brussel sprouts. So yummy! For dessert we had the crème brûlée which was spot on. It had a nice and thick sugar top. We frequent steakhouses often and this was our first time visiting Flemmings. While we were disappointed with the calamari and my steak being over cooked, the manager did take care of us and everything else was delicious. We will be back!
The foods was delicious and the staff is very friendly.
Good place for anniversary, birthday and valentines celebration.

Jimmy was our server the crabcakes were delightful the wine was awesome the Panna water was great the seared filet Mignon was easy to eat the lobster with mashed potatoes was awesomeness the chocolate butter cake was delicious
Unbelievably low value for your dollar.
Tiny chocolate cake desert was the size of a brownie and cost $17. We were gifted a gift certificate for $100 and could only get a few sides and two tiny deserts! Terrible value, mediocre quality, tiny portions.
As always, Fleming's is a culinary joy.
The quality of the food is excellent, superbly prepared and presented. The service is consistently stellar. A delight, from start to finish.
Absolutely perfect evening
We found our newest best steakhouse! Joined friends for a birthday and found wonderful atmosphere, service and excellent fare. T- ROY, was a one of the mist attentive server's we’ve had in a long time. All service, coat check, wine and beverage selections were prefect. The tables are placed in a manner that our 4person table never had trouble hearing each other. Other tables seemed to enjoying their evening too. I highly recommend Fleming’s in Nashville. We will certainly be back.
