Our server tonight was William and he was amazing! Looking forward to going back - Thank you, Will!

Dominique and Miriam were amazing! The service and food was excellent and the experience was memorable. I recommend the all you can eat experience. Comes with a tasty choice of salad and sides and all the meat you can fit.
Delicious bottom sirloin, fillet mignon and excellent salad
Delicious bottom sirloin, fillet mignon and excellent salad bar. Fantastic service by Dominique Marco Correa. Will definitely return.
We had the best dining experience and quality.
Dominique is so attentive. Zoe is very welcoming. Marco Correa is exceptional, providing the best service and meeting our requests for the meats we wanted. We are 100% coming back.
Excellent service! Dominque went above and beyond helping
Excellent service! Dominque went above and beyond helping our first time at Fogo de Chao, and Marco Correa was so friendly in explaining the different cuts of meats. The meats were top notch, and the salad bar was fully stocked with delicious sides.
The meat that we did get was pretty good.
But service was so slow. We got to try 3 meats total in the 2 hours we were there. By the time the server got to us, it was all gone. Not worth it. Dont come here. Also, the floors were greasy.
Reservations dont mean anything.
I still had to wait an hour for a table. The hostess is rude
Our waiter needs more training he gave us a water bottle
Our waiter needs more training he gave us a water bottle which I never asked for and it was8.25! He barely came to the table he was not waiting on us nor removing the plates when needed. Now the ppl going around that's another story we waited 20 min to be asked if wanted meat, then we'd have to wait another 10-20 min to be served again they weren't coming to serve the meat! it's ridiculous waste of money! I like the fogo in San Diego much better they are on top of everything. I'm not returning to this location.
My family has eaten at most Fogo de Chao restaurants.
I can't believe that this great company would open such a poor quality, cafeteria style, restaurant. And their salad buffet is nothing like their other restaurants when your comes to quality and items. And then; their service, OMG, terrible. I don't even want to start. Shame on the management at this location. Very bad service and poor food quality. Go to another Fogo and skip this waste of money location.
1st time here and I can't be happier.
The food was great but had even better service from William. He was attentive, recommended some great cocktails and was super friendly. Would recommended this place to anyone. Thanks William you're amazing.
Poor service experience spoils anniversary dinner
My wife and I went to the Pasadena location for our anniversary dinner. We used a promotion FOGO $44 (they asked us to reference that when we made the reservation). I love the concept of getting to try a selection of different meats so I was really looking forward to the meal. The $44 option is limited to the lower tier cuts of meat, and we were offered the option to upgrade to the higher tier for an additional $20, which we declined, but it felt like we were also relegated to a second tier of service. The salad bar was great but after we finished our salad we waited for about 10 minutes and none of the servers had come to our table. Servers would continually pass by and offer food to tables around us, but they ignored us. Perhaps those customers had paid for the upgrade and were getting the higher grades of meat. It was a Sunday night and the restaurant appeared moderately busy but far from packed. Eventually, our primary waiter came back to check on us and we mentioned that we had not been served yet. He sent someone to our table and we enjoyed our first cut of meat. After that, it was back to hurry up and wait for another serving. About 10 minutes later, another server did bring us a second option and we enjoyed that. I mentioned that I really was looking forward to the lamb. He told me that the lamb was only for the higher tier (when our original server told us that there was a cut of lamb included). I asked him to check and he did correct himself and finally the lamb server came to our table. Unfortunately, the whole game of "how do we get served/when are we getting served" occupied the entire focus of our meal, completely negating any enjoyment or romantic ambiance. When we got the check, it turned out the $44 option that we had to specifically mention at the time of the reservation, was actually $49 per person in Pasadena -- due to higher costs, no doubt, which I understand -- but it was a bit of sticker shock. The wine was more expensive than expected also. All in all, food was good -- when it finally arrived -- but the poor service let down the whole experience. I voiced my concerns to the corporate customer relations department about the service and was promised they would get in touch to "make it right" but no response.
Don’t go if it’s cold or rain, they’ll make you wait outside.
It was a Xmas eve dinner, we were happy and joyful. As we walked in the restaurant we was 3 Caucasian stood up from the sofa and entered the hall. THe 2 reception girls were having a fun conversation, so we waited a whole 2 min til they were finished they finally looked at us. We were right on time for our reservation, after we checked in we were told table will be ready in a min. So we sat down on the sofa. But no, unlike the Caucasians, the girls insisted we had to wait outside. With 2 senior citizens in our party we'd like to wait inside just like party in front of us. They called the manager and all 3 girls together tried to make us go outside. They even told us quiet down, ' no point arguing back and forth', and gave us serious Karen attitude. As we sat down I tried to bring this up to another manager, his response was cool and inpatient. Food was good that night and filet mignon was cooked just right. But the 3 stooges reception has serious discrimination against Asian
Loved the meats and presentation
We came here as a buffet and left with a fancy luxurious service. We payed 70$ for each of us and it included the buffet (fresh and fried veggies, fruits, bread, sausage and fish, greens, sauces, cheeses and everything to make your own salad) included 2 options for rice, mashed potatoes, cheese bread and fried bananas. And of course UNLIMITED quantities of freshly bbq meats - chicken, pork, beaf and lamb cooked in varios ways. Basically you get the cold dishes from the buffet yourself and the servers bring different cuts if meats to your table and slice them for you on the table as much as you like. The concept is great and the service was amazing! We are bringing our abroad guests next week for a dinner here♥️ can’t recommend this place enough👌👌
Great place if you like waiting an hour after your reservation time
Seated us an hour after our reservation time. 20 more minutes before the food came. Server was also non-existent
Worth visiting.
My fourth visit backed up the previous 3. I had the pleasure of being served by Martin again. I had the happy hour burger with polenta fries. So juicy and flavoursome. Living in the UK makes it difficult to visit regularly. 4 times in a year means this place is well worth visiting. I will return again before returning home. 10 out of 10.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

I have a similar question, it seems like when money is refunded it doesnt go immediately what is the process of this since its essentially a debit card and not a credit card
