Don't go and spend your money.
Horrible service, horrible food, and the bill was 800. This restaurant is stingy with the meat. The same meat came by all the time. No chicken, no ribeye, no good meats at all. Don't go here and pay this price. The waiter was horrible. He would throw the round cards on our table. He never refilled our drinks. We would ask for something and he would never bring it. For the price you pay you should have educated waiters and good food.
Job dinner
I've already reviewed the New Orleans location. The layout is the same, a starter buffet in this case decidedly more generous, the meat and wines are always excellent, the service is quicker, it often returns to serve ever-changing meat options. Bread served at the table and not just at the buffet and the dessert served in individual portions and not on a plate to share is also good, unlike in New Orleans. Here too, the place is dimly lit by choice, noisy, spaces are a bit narrow.
You need to be hungry!
This is a good place if you’re exceptionally hungry or just very very greedy! Good selection of salads and appetisers at the self-service island and meat was tasty We couldn’t eat all we’d selected and didn’t eat the side dishes, so a bit of a waste (our fault) but people seemed to be eating mountains of food. Very busy and good buzz. Amazing service from our waitress, Natalie - please convey our thanks.
Confusing at check in but over all very good
The lobby was a disaster. Too many people waiting and the staff was yelling names at people and looking overwhelmed. We had reservations with a Simple request- not to be sat near large parties. We were taken to a table next to a 20-top. We let the hostess (who was very nice) this was not going to work. She took us back to the lobby and after a few minutes we were sat at a quiet table but my dining partners head WS literally next to a register and server station. Worst table ever. The food was great. Service was very slow to begin but picked up. Rarely did anyone check on us during the meal. Found out they didn’t even check us in from the open table reservation when I got an email telling me I missed the reservation. So… all in all a good experince but not great. For the price point their process and treatment if customers should be better.
