located inside the Fountain bleu Hotel & It is a nice walk up. Dont forget to grab gelato on the way in or out. Great atmosphere and dark lighting. The fire alarm went off but the strob lights effect added to the fun. We liked them The food was over hyped compared to La Tao but still good and the drinks were yummy. We had the meat dim sum platter (8 total) and spicy chicken +shrimp fried rice. Very filling and taste good. Attentive staff and it feels luxury

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing! Hakkasan has it all, the restaurant is beautiful, the staff amazing, serving superior, & simple delicious food & beverages. This meal was one of the best, the Sesame Prawn Toast has me dreaming about it! I would return to Miami just to eat here again!
Be the first to ReplyFood was good for the most part and service was nice.
Ambiance also nice. Prices very high and sizes of food very small.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing meal, great service from Steven.
Not Chinese, more Chinese inspired food. Very expensive but also very memorable.

I've been vacationing alone here at the FB for the past 12 years and have eaten at Hakkasan. I've never had an issue making a reservation for myself. It would not allow me to make a reservation now unless there were 2 or more people in the party. How absurd!!! Many people travel alone and for them to deny me making a reservation is just plain PISS POOR business. I stopped at the concierge's desk and the guy looked at me like I had 2 heads when I told him that was crazy they wouldn't take a single reservation. To say the least, I will never eat at the place again, and if you're a single traveler there are far too many options as far as restaurants around here. Shame on you people.

I was a little bummed I couldn't take advantage of the happy hour mini dim sum special, since I was seated at a table, but the food and drink I ordered was very good. The prices were what I would expect for the location but $21 for a cocktail will never not be outrageous. The duck noodles were very good. My server was very nice, and the place itself is beautiful. I wish I had gone in a group so I could have tried more.
Be the first to ReplyStir fried Chilean sea bass off the hook delicious.
Value proposition is absent. Would go again for ambiance and food
Be the first to ReplyWent to dinner here and our table chose to do Omakase.
From the beginning the whole experience was subpar. It seemed as the whole staff was confused but high at the same time. Our meal took 3.5 hours, food was forgotten, and the waiter sprayed us with water. It was an absolute mess. If we had ordered something different and had a different waiter it would've been a better experience. I personally wouldn't recommend nor would I go back.
Be the first to ReplyThe service was superb.
The ambiance was gorgeous. The food quality however was very disappointing. I tried the Hot and Sour Soup and thought it was average and the main course a chicken dish was virtually uneatable, dry and overcooked. It was an easy dish to make juicy and delicious. The only dish I liked was the baby bok-choy stir fried in garlic. Even this miserable cook couldn't screw that up. The menu is very expensive and bar prices are not justified by the quality I experienced on this first visit. Did I choose the wrong dish? Maybe but I'm not going back to find out. I'm a Chinese food foodie who has enjoyed an amazing abundance of amazing Chinese food in my 64 years. See my other reviews.

Everything we had was delicious and fresh. But the Peking Duck was out of this world. Great atmosphere and wonderful staff.
Be the first to ReplyGreat food extremely wonderful service and great vibe.
A little pricey or it would be 5s

Extremely underwhelming, especially for the price -- very "Miami" experience. I don't know how this restaurant survived in NYC with so many amazing culinary options and oftentimes for much less. I got the crunchy shrimp appetizer (or something along those lines). It was fine and the shrimp were quite large, but it was just battered shrimp smothered in that sushi sauce (I don't know what it's called but it's often drizzled on top of rolls). Very basic food that you could get at a YardHouse and of course for over $20.Then I had the chicken vermicelli noodles. The portion was generous, but only flavor I could taste was soy sauce. Completely one note and thrown together like a neighborhood Chinese joint. The drinks were also super simple and basic. I got a mezcal cocktail that was basically mango juice with a pepper in it. It was tasty, but again absolutely no innovation or effort put in. Overall spent about $100 for a meal that I could get anywhere for about half the price. The restaurant itself is nice, but absolutely not worth it food wise.
Be the first to ReplyI have to say dinner at Hakkasan was great.
Our server was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu. This place has great ambience. Food was great loved the dim sum platter. The black pepper tenderloin was cooked perfectly and had great flavor. Orange chicken was great as well. The reason for only four stars was the fried rice which had shrimp and and beef but if you look at the pic good luck finding beef and the flavor was just okay. And to finish off the s'mores molten cake was delicious. Overall I would go back.

The food was good, but the service was not so great our server Alina R was not competent, she took the order then disappear completely, later, after we had been served by another staff, member we mentioned to her that we still have not received our 2 orders of Xiao long bao, she tried to argue that we had them, and that she couldn't check to see if we had received them or not because that server who had brought the food is no longer there. It was only $24 but it was just a very disappointing experience. You'll see this is one of the only negative reviews that we've ever posted and it was a very disappointing experience we ever had at the Fontainebleau.

Be the first to ReplyPros: great location for dinner to hit LIV afterwards.
Plenty of options to suit all palates. Cons: service wasn't what we were expecting with the standard of food. Timing of courses was off. Overall, Hakkasan has a fun vibe but with all the different corners and areas of the restaurant it is hard for the servers and runners to see which I think lead to the timing of food being off. We ordered some items to come with our first round of drinks and they came well before the drinks did to the table. It's a great spot to grab dinner if you want to hit bleu bar or LIV after, but wouldn't come just for the food or experience.

At the Hakkasan bar last night my wife and I ordered a small sampling of food and two Glenlivet 12 years old. The price is listed for $17 each. When the bill came the charge was for $23 each! Upon inquiry, the gentleman said, $17 is for 1.5oz and I poured 2oz. Perhaps a reasonable explanation but I was not asked if I wanted the extra 0.5oz for $6!? The bill also does not distinguish the addition of 0.5 oz, only Glenlivet 12 years for $23! I recommend to the management to either change their price menu or to disclose, prior to pouring, the additional option and price increase.

It was my first visit to a Hakkasan and the location in Miami exceeded my expectations. The restaurant is situated within the Fontainebleau and boasts sleek and fashionable interiors. The restaurant is divided into various sections, and the area in which I was seated had approximately six booths tended to by a single server, creating an ambiance reminiscent of a private lounge. The service was efficient and attentive, the beverages were superb, and the cuisine was absolutely outstanding. The dim sum platter was particularly noteworthy, as it featured the finest dim sum I have ever had. Additionally, I sample the Smoky Negroni and Lychee Martini, both of which were highly enjoyable. The portion sizes of entrees were generous and satisfying. Overall, the experience was exceptional and I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Be the first to ReplyAbsolutely fantastic meal of Wednesday evening at Hakkasan.
The vibe of the restaurant was great and the food was delicious. My wife and I don't eat shell fish and she is Gluten-free. Hakkasan was incredibly accommodating across the board. Our waiter was knowledgeable, friendly and really enhanced the experience. I recommend the Stir-Fry Chilean sea bass with sanpei sauce, the Tofu clay pot in black bean sauce, and the Warm chocolate fondant dessert.

Great ambiance and on the strip so there is easy access to nightlife and other hotels. Food is nicely prepared, but unfortunately lacking in flavour and authenticity. Considering the price point, I would go elsewhere. Staff was very friendly and service prompt. Nice to try once, but probably not again.
