Superb Villa Suites with privacy and breathtaking views
Our communication with Le Toiny staff prior to our arrival was charmingly French and their welcome once we were there was very friendly and engaging. Our Signature Villa was gorgeous. The layout, design, furnishings were elegant and fit in perfectly with our surroundings. The view of the bay was stupendous. We also enjoyed the terrace and pool area. Le Toiny is located in an unspoiled part of the island which makes it stunning and fairly secluded. There is a walking trail by the hotel to savor magnificent views. With the excellent Le Toiny restaurant and Beach Club we had no reason to venture much outside the hotel as we were looking for rest, great cuisine, and privacy in one of the most beautiful places in the world.
Be the first to ReplyBeautiful, relaxing location, great service, delicious food
We recently spent a week at the wonderful hotel. St Barth is a fantastic island with beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants, and friendly, welcoming people. Hotel Le Toiny has beautiful rooms and common spaces, a relaxing beach club, delicious food, and excellent staff who work very hard to welcome guests and to make sure visitors have the best possible experience. We look forward to returning to this wonderful place and would gladly recommend the hotel to anybody considering a visit to St Barth. Thank you!

The hotel facilities and location are spectacular but what really makes Le Toiny so special is the people who work there. I recently had my wedding at Le Toiny and the hotel and the amazing people that work there are the best in the world. The staff went above and beyond to make our guests feel welcome and our wedding day very special. Every guest that stayed at Le Toiny during the wedding festivities loved everything about the hotel, their room, the food, the guest services and their overall experience. I can't express in words how truly grateful I am and how wonderful this hotel is.

I’m not even sure where to begin. Le Toiny was perfect. The rooms are beyond spacious, the pool was great after a hike (but maybe could’ve been heated for evening dips?) and the breakfast was yummy. We will definitely be back. My one complaint is that the bathroom doesn’t have its own AC. But otherwise, it’s really fabulous. Note, the hotel is not beachfront. You have to take a “shuttle” (open air defender) down to the Beach Club.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing site and great service made our wedding a memorable success
We had our daughter's wedding at Le Toiny. Not only the site is absolutely beautiful, the service top-notch, but the staff was unbelievably helpful. Kudos especially to the General Manager, Luc, who knows how to run a tight ship, and who insured that our wedding was the most memorable event for everyone involved. So many things can go wrong in a wedding but with Luc and his team you can be assured they'll find solutions to all. Thank you to Luc and the Toiny staff!

In a word, disappointing. We came to the Beach House at the hotel before Covid and desperately wanted to come back to enjoy a proper dinner. Our family owns an Airbnb walking distance from the hotel so we thought that tonight would be a nice night for us all to try it. We ordered the veal ribeye - excellent; the bavette with Roquefort butter - excellent; the pork cutlet - awful - it was almost all fat and very little meat but we let it go because we were determined to have a nice evening; and finally, an appetizer portion of the truffle risotto on the menu - excellent. The problem arrived when the bill came. We didn’t recognize some of the items so we asked. One server thought the charges we questioned were for ice cream from the kids menu; another said it was the extra Roquefort butter we ordered. It took 2 people to figure this out. Fine. So the bill came back and I asked about a 64 euro charge I didn’t recognize. I was told that it was the special truffle risotto I ordered. Problem was, the risotto I ordered off the menu was the appetizer portion for €36; I was charged for the special truffle in the larger portion. Clearly, mistakes happen and they are usually easily cleared up. Not this time. It took 20 minutes of discussions between the wait staff and the manager, only to have the bill returned claiming that this is what we ordered. It was not. At this point, fed up with two tired babies, I got up from the table and approached the manager, who had not had the courtesy to come to the table at all, knowing that there was a problem. It was finally, belatedly fixed. We did not expect this experience from the dining room of a fine hotel. There were not many people dining on a Tuesday. At this moment, we regret cannot recommend this restaurant.
Be the first to ReplyPhotos do not do it justice
This is one of the most beautiful hotels and hotel rooms, I have ever stayed in. I've stayed at a few Relais & Châteaux properties in Europe and this is definitely up there with the best of them. Also with some of the best hotels in the Caribbean. The photos do not do the property nor the rooms justice. The setting is postcard perfect. The room and the terrace with the pool are wonderful. This is not some small dipping pool but a pool large enough to do some short laps and actually have a swim. (We stayed in the Spirit Suite.) The service is also top notch. My husband is already asking to come back next year.
Be the first to ReplySo fabulous you do not want to leave your suite!
This is my fav hotel on the island! It is so relaxing and amazing, the pictures do not do it justice. Everything from the vibes, smells, people, food, sunsets etc are perfect! The beach is amazing along with a great restaurant.

Everything at Le Toiny is perfect. The suite, the pool, the food (although a touch expensive), the staff, the view, the airport pickup, ... all perfect! Stayed for three nights but felt relaxed as if I had stayed a week.
Be the first to ReplyGreat stay
Had such a great stay at Le TOINY. Beautiful private getaway with lots of things to do. Snorkeling, hiking and a gorgeous sunset catamaran excursion ( with St. Barth Excursions) were top of the list. Renaud made our catamaran trip so special with many details and his experience and fun character made this experience unforgettable☀️
Be the first to ReplyPerfect New Year Relaxation
We spent 2 weeks here for New Year ( in 2 x signature suites with pool - my husband and I in one and our 3 daughters in another next door ) and it was the perfect balance of tranquility and privacy in our gorgeous suite but with a wealth of distractions when we wanted them. Breakfast on the verandah overlooking our private pool (often visited by the herds of local mountain goats !) followed by a slightly reluctant hour in the gym set us up for afternoons lazing and lunching on the beach. Evenings commenced with cocktails at the hotel before a short trip to a fabulous restaurant - the perfect day. I am very fussy when it comes to decor and ambience and Le Toiny did not disappoint. We did have a few issues ordering a particular cocktail at the bar (every night the same misunderstandings !) and were let down with taxi bookings a few times , but this was the Caribbean at New Year ..... We have visited many other luxury resorts in the Caribbean at New Year (Four Seasons Anguilla, Jumby Bay, Mandarin Oriental Canoun ....) and St Barts & Le Toiny are at the top of our list to return to
