Ganesh Indian Cuisine caught our eye as we were on the search for a filling and flavorful Indian buffet. Sadly, we left slightly disappointed... the buffet is $20, and the chicken tikka masala tasted similar to tomato soup with added chicken. The rice was good, and so was the naan, but I would not recommend this location, as there are too many better Indian options!

Quiet and comfortable restaurant with great food, especially for the price. Portions were a tiny bit small, but not enough to consider lowering a star.
Be the first to ReplyI love this place.
The food is amazing. The staff is really nice. It's not crazy expensive but it's not cheap either. When we get to go orders we order two meals and it'll feed up to four people. I haven't eaten at the new place, but it looks beautiful.

.. excellent South Indian food, highly recommended everything was fresh with reasonable price
Be the first to Reply"Delicious, but disappointing.
" Maybe we should have eaten in the restaurant instead of ordering through their website for pickup. I'm wondering if the positive reviews are from folks who dined in. Right at the start of dinner we ordered 5 dishes to share with 6 people. The cost with a small discount for ordering online and picking up came to $107. For the price the portion sizes should have been larger. Usually I can split a dish between 3 people with each person getting a decent amount of food. The 2 paneer dishes we ordered contained 9 small cubes of paneer in each. The chicken dish had very little meat. The vegetable dish was mostly sauce. 5 orders of naan should have been enough for 5 people to have two each, at least in my experience. There are so many cheaper options that are just as delicious that give larger portion sizes.

Authentic flavorful dishes and easy parking. We are return customers

scupper spicy, bad tasting buffet with a price point that is offensively high.Low quality, every meat dish mostly bones To be fair their breads were good but main dishes tasted bad.

I think the main thing you come here for us the food, which was really delicious. We shared some garlic Naan and tempura veggies. The Naan was perfect. In the veggies, I had a hard time discerning what veggies I was eating. Would have preferred bigger pieces. I loved the chicken Tikka Masala! I was trying to save some to take home, but keep eating until there was nothing left to take. The ambiance is really lacking decor but it was clean and well lit. The service was hit and miss. I kept asking for a tea I'd ordered, but it was forgotten for quite awhile. It came around mid-meal. Then we wanted some things as appetizers but everything came together. She was very kind though! There were 2 other groups in the restaurant, so it wasn't busy.

In addition to great food and service, this restaurant sets itself apart with a quiet and intimate dining experience. Tired of restaurants with terrible acoustics and unable to hear the conversation at your table? Then I recommend Ganesh as your next destination!

WOW! THIS FOOD IS SO AMAZING AND YUMMY!! I have been to a few Indian restaurants and never tasted as great as this place! My husband and I ordered Channa Masala (vegetarian) with Naan bread (no butter) and it was soooo good! They also have a few more vegetarian options but I am already in love with the Channa Masala. We also ordered Assorted Vegetable Pakora and that was also very good. Definitely recommend this place! Place was very clean and had great customer service. Our waitress was really sweet and helpful. The price was SOOO good and we received so much food.. couldn't even finish it all, had to bring it home lol.

was a miss for us - butter chicken tasted like they just put a carton of tomato soup in it and had the smallest amount of chicken in it. spice level was all wrong. plus they chinced us on the rice . i would give this one a miss. Lamb korma was ok , but again too watery . If your looking for a creamy curry, don't go here,
Be the first to ReplyFood was OK.
Was hoping for buffet lunch which is advertised on their web site AND menu. Server pretends he doesn't speak English when asked why there's no buffet. He speaks English well when he brings the bill. Food is OK but quite pricey for tiny portions. I expected butter chicken curry to be spicier. Onion Nan was good. Won't be back & wouldn't suggest to others.
Be the first to ReplyGreat flavors and a pretty good variety of menu items.
We order take out frequently and it's always hot when we finally get to dig in at home. The naan is tender and they offer different flavors to choose from. The saag paneer and butter chicken are our go to choices.

Service and food were excellent! My wife had the chicken tikka masala and I had the coconut chicken korma.
Be the first to ReplyThis is my first time eating Indian cuisine.
The menu was very descriptive of the various dishes served. My husband and I were joining friends who had eaten there before. First off, I must say that the food was absolutely delicious! The prices were a little high, but not unreasonable. My reason for giving only 3 stars out of 5 is because I really did not feel welcome there. The wait staff was not helpful at all helping me to understand the menu. I picked something that sounded good, trying to sound like I knew what I was ordering... while not sure at all. After we all ate, I tried to comment on how good the food was, be polite, and agreeable. But I could not help but get the feeling that we all were being given the bums rush! They were in a hurry to clear our dishes away. When It came time to make the payment, our waiter stood there until my husband produced his credit card. There was no "Thank You", or "Please come back again!" from them. Only silence. They watched us leave! There is a little connecting spice store next door to the restaurant. I really wanted to stop in there at first. But after our dining experience today, I thought better of it. Not sure if I will return as a customer again. If I want the "cold treatment" I will wait for snow.

Ordered a to-go at the end of the night, have been craving buttered chicken for weeks, this place did not disappoint! I got buttered chicken, garlic naan and chicken samosas! Usually places at the end of the night their food isn't so good but everything I got was still fresh and hot! Will be coming here again especially because it's right around the corner
Be the first to ReplyWhat a beautiful restaurant.
Marble top tables and white cloth napkins? Was not expecting that. The samosas were tasty, the naan with the cashews and fruit was good, and the service was prompt and efficient. Would've been nice if there was music playing though. It was very quiet.
Be the first to ReplyGanesh really missed the mark for me.
The food was ok-ish, but the price point was WAY too high for the amount of food received. Unfortunately, I won't order from here again. The paneer tikka masala contained exactly 9 small cubes of paneer. 9! For $14! My husband and I split this dish, leaving us 4.5 small cubes of substance in what was more like a soup. I can understand the cost of meat being higher and maybe needing to go a bit less in that area, but i found this vegetarian dish to be completely unacceptable. If I wanted to have tomato soup, I could have gotten this much cheaper elsewhere. The masala dosa was not good either. The potato filling was hardly flavored at all, and the dosa itself was burned. Also, unacceptable. The lamb korma did have an ok amount meat, and the flavor was pretty good. It was way too spicy for me, but my husband enjoyed it. It was the only redeeming part of the meal.Overall, such a big disappointment, and a waste of money.

BEST SAMOSAS! I used to live near a small Indian grocery store in California and the owner sold homemade samosas. When I tried Ganesh Indian Cuisine, it was like I was I was back at that market. The samosas was freshly cooked and crispy! The red sauce on top of it **chef's kiss ** we haven't tried the rest of the food but we've gotten the samosas a few times. The service was a bit slow for being empty but maybe they're making it from scratch? It was worth the wait! The interior is really nice and clean. I'll update when we try the rest of the menu.

I definitely recommend this place! It is my first time ever entering an Indian restaurant and it was a wonderful experience. The place is very clean and organized. The indoor designer did an amazing job at making the place visually appealing. Everything is extremely clean and well-maintained. More importantly, the cuisine is outstanding! It was fresh off the stove and was so fragrant and delicious. My husband chose lamb korma and I got the chicken korma along with garlic naan bread. It was amazing! Very filling, fresh and delicious. We wanted to order some more but we were too full. This place is a definite go-to.
Be the first to ReplyPrices were too high for the lack of flavor and spice.
On a scale of 1 (spaghettio sauce taste-alike) to 10 (Bombay House) the Chicken Tikka Masala was a solid 2.

Love that we have Indian food as an option on Sundays! The butter chicken was fantastic and we enjoyed the unique flavor of the chicken noodles. Lunch portions were a good serving size to share a couple entrees and some naan :)
