Ribs were good , a slab about $55 Sides I didn't like Broccolini was cold and too spicey . Can't remember the price I think it was $22 Regular mac and cheese nasty and it cost $18 I wasn't sold on the sides .... most of the wait staff check on us .. Our own waiter was a bit dry and didn't seem to care much ... I do think if they seen a whole side of mac and cheese he should have ask was it okay again he didn't care

First time here, service was great people kind and place was clean. The wait was not bad, bartender was knowledgeable made good drinks. Food came out quick. Ribs were bomb! Steak wasn't bad I felt needed more salt but cooked on point. I recommend trying this spot out if you haven't.

Overall: A flavorful dining experience, with dazzling highs and a couple of surprising lows. However, fast service and an attentive staff made for a holistically good night out. Appetizers: Tokyo Fried Chicken ($19) - One of the highs, without a doubt. The breading was flavorful with a welcome and intense kick. The siracha aioli dipping sauce was a perfect accompaniment. Chicharrones & Dip ($15) - The creamy onion dip was a perfect contrast to the saltiness of the chicharrones here, and was a NEARLY perfect appetizer, though some of the pieces were harder to bite into than others, and the seasoning was inconsistent across the different bites. Entrees: 16 Oz Smoked Prime Rib ($85) - This was the one BIG dud of the night, and it was all in the meat. For a smoked prime rib served medium rare, I expected something that was going to cut like butter, like so many prime ribs, but this one was tough and lacked tenderness. However, on the other hand, the jus was one of the best I've ever had with a prime rib, and the flavor on the meat was delicious. On the flip side, the baked potato was completely caked in horseradish cream, and it blocked out all of the natural taste of the potato. Very up and down, all within the same dish. Full Rack of Ribs - Korean Gochuchang Flavor ($55) - These ribs were FALL OFF THE BONE fork tender, and while a little on the sweet side, delicious and decadent. Big win. Sides: Pork Belly Fried Rice ($20) - This was decent. Nothing to write home about, but had good flavor and was fine.
Be the first to ReplyStopped in for a quick dinner which was delicious.
We sat at the bar my husband got a old fashion he got the Korean short rib which it was very flavorful and the kimchi was very tasty, I got the Chilean sea bass with bok choy and mushrooms the flavors it was giving with the sauce was out of this world i literally wanted to order side rice just to get all that sauce if your at the MGM Grand you must stop on in and get a taste of there dish. Our bartender took care of us and very helpful with drinks and dishes. It was a very chill vibe just a layback kind of setting we really had a great time.

This place is fantastic! From the food, the service, and the vibe of it, it's absolutely worth it! The price is high, but you get what you pay for! And I can't wait to bring my wife here when we come up here!
Be the first to ReplyIt was too expensive for the quality.
We ordered the oxtail and it wasn't flavorful, as well as the pork belly fried rice. The macaroni with bbq was too sweet.
Be the first to ReplySo far we've had salad and cornbread.
An hour later still waiting for the next course. Server said the chef was behind. I work in the industry. I'm not buying it. I'll update once the next course comes out but it's not looking good. Second course chicken and ribs did not disappoint. The chicken was definitely the star of that course. Getting better. We'll back to one stars. After another excuse about the delay the filet came out room temp if not cold. I imagine it had been sitting a while. The Mac n cheese might've been good but if it sat that would explain the dryness and clumpy cheese. I don't care about the dessert round. My mind is already made up. Horrible experience and I cannot in good faith give more than one star.

The steak and mashed potatoes were amazing! Miguel and Team provided exceptional service on a very busy night.

Mac was perfectly cheesy, yams were edible . Glad I tried it but never again.

Inventive menu, friendly service, busy open kitchen/sports bar atmosphere. My husband *loves* the Tokyo fried chicken. Wedge salad is good. Grilled broccolini is ridiculous! So much flavor packed into broccoli. Maitake mushrooms are good, wish they were served with more of their marinade. Had the jalapeño poppers, meh! A ball of ricotta cheese with some jalapeño. Drinks are good too! It's an open kitchen with wood fire, you will leave a little smoky.

We were staying at the MGM for a basketball tournament. We wanted something easy, casual and tasty. This is a collaboration between Ayesha Curry and Michael Mina. Will was our server. He was very good. Friendly, attentive and helpful. We shared the Wedge salad...with excellent homemade ranch dressing. I mean seriously, the dressing was the bomb. We then shared a full rack of ribs with the American barbecue sauce, and a side of the Asian style mushrooms. They were very good. The ribs were perfectly cooked. My husband and I found the bbq sauce a tiny bit spicy, but we are wimps. The menu had American and Korean/Asian bbq dishes. Seafood, chicken, steak and Mac and cheese. Give it a try. We enjoyed it very much.

First off let me say that Chef Justin Williams and all the staff were very professional and proficient. We had a party of four. We shared the shellfish platter which was amazing, and the Chilean sea bass was to die for. I don't eat pork but everyone else in our party said the ribs were mouthwatering. I love that the service wasn't slow and the staff were very attentive. It was a great night with great food and next time I'm in Las Vegas I'll be back for more.
Be the first to ReplyThis was an expensive dinner but worth every penny.
Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. We had ribs, steak, shrimp, asparagus and Mac and cheese. The lemon cheesecake was divine. Will definitely be back when we are back in town.
Be the first to ReplyInternational Smoke exceeded my expectations in every way.
We had a reservation, but showed up with a few extra people (15 in total) and our group was accommodated with no hassle. Between all of us, we probably ordered just about everything on the menu, and there was not one thing I tasted that I didn't love. The cornbread and their special butter is awesome, I loved the asparagus and mac & cheese, the cocktails were adorable and delicious, and the rib sampler was simply amazing! I don't often repeat restaurants in Vegas simply because there are so many options and I love to try new spots, but I definitely plan to eat at International Smoke again!

We had dinner here 3/15/23 and the food and service was outstanding! My husband and I shared the Caesar Salad (huge portion), we both had filet mignon and shared the garlic parmesan fries. We both agreed the filets were cooked perfectly and were the best we'd ever tasted! Very tender. Our son had the salmon and caesar, his friend had the chicken. They both said the dishes were great. Our drinks were tasty, too. Dessert was the spiced apple financier w/creme fraiche, which was very yummy! If I have any quibble, it's that I ordered coffee w/Bailey's with dessert, and it didn't come until later and was lukewarm, like it was sitting at the bar and forgotten. I still drank it though, after all...Bailey's! I highly recommend International Smoke and would definitely eat here our next trip to Vegas! Wonderful experience!

Thank you Tony, Dianne, and Miguel for making this birthday party so special. The food was amazing, the service was fantastic, the overall atmosphere was spectacular. I am still dining and will post more pictures later. haha~~
Be the first to ReplyThis is my new spot during my visit at the MGM.
The service and food were awesome. They have a vast menu. The selection on beer is huge and you should have an issue finding something new. Ask for a sample. My visit was on Saturday evening and there was a crowd, but the bar was open and comfortable. Make sure you stop by and give them a try. Enjoy!

First time here Located at the MGM near the Grand Arena We were told there would be a 10 minute wait for a table or no wait if we wanted to eat at the bar ..... so we sat at the bar Gregory was the bartender/server He was friendly and attentive Decor inside is nice Venue is clean There are several TVs throughout the restaurant and bar So you can catch a game We ordered half a rack of baby back ribs, corn bread, garlic noodles and rib tip mac n cheese Food is good I especially liked the garlic noodles and the Mac n cheese Both items are really good Full of flavor Ribs are good also Meat literally fell off the bone Corn bread is good Kinda sweet I would definitely come back and try other items on the menu
Be the first to ReplySome of the best fall of the bone ribs I've had.
But the star was the pork belly Bao bun appetizer

Dope place and food was so good! It's was very pricey tho but good! I would recommend this place
Be the first to ReplyI struggled between a three and four.
Ultimately it came down to if I came back could I assemble a superior meal. The answer is yes. was everything good? Not really. We started with the cornbread. I get it as a signature dish. The curry butter is unique and tasty. Moist with enough sweetness but room for the slightly sweet butter to shine. Little steep in price but I get it. It was good but didn't really justify. I got the fried chicken as a meal. I had overdone it a little at a buffet for lunch. I was not a fan. It was way too salty. I hate an under seasoned chicken but this was over the top. I didn't finish it. My brother got the ny strip. He doesn't make good food decisions in general. So ordering steak at a bbq place, I'm not sure what his problem is. We agreed it was ok. The ribs were amazing. Not only falling off the bone but those little cartilage things at the other end of the rib could almost be eaten. It lived up to the bbq standard. The sides were super weak. The fries were meh. They did no harm. The potatoes though were way under seasoned and just boring. I would probably have chosen different sides. But the thing about eating in Vegas is you rarely get second chances.
Be the first to ReplyWe had reservations so there was no wait for us.
We started the evening with a few drinks and roasted bone marrow as an appetizer and ordered Korean short ribs, Salmon, and fried rice to share. While Bone Marrow looked awesome, there wasn't much quantity. I couldn't even scoop up even the tiniest bit with my fork or with the bread. Fortunately, the rest of the meal was simply divine. We absolutely loved the Korean short ribs, crispy salmon, and pork belly fried rice. The short ribs was flavorfully paired with kimchi and white rice. Mrs. loved the crispy salmon, and we shared the rice. Service was also exceptional. They made sure to keep our table clean and water filled. We highly recommend the place.

We got the chowder, the wedge, and the 3 types of ribs and the lillikoi maitai. The american bbq was way to mustardy for my taste, the lemongrass was pretty good the Korean was the best. The chowder and the wedge were AMAZING. The maitai was decent. Its served in a Spam can which is kinda gimmicky. Think about the size of a can of Spam. Its super small. It was way over priced for the size and flavor. Overall 3 stars some parts were amazing some parts were mediocre. The service was ok. Not included in the rating: while we were waiting to be seated a drunk lady walking by stumbled into the corner puked all over the place then walked away. The restaurant staff called housekeeping right away and they were there within a few minutes to clean up the mess.
