Incredible service, view and great food! We were so happy about this decision after getting our meals. The ribs were great. We shared a few things including the butterfish of course! I had the coconut Maui tai which was the best one I've had. They did a gluten free fish and chips for us and it was great. Our waitress took great care of us and we will be back.
So our concierge at the hotel recommended this place.
When we drove up and I was a bit disappointed because it looked like your typical cliche hibachi place in a small town. I didn't have energy to research other places so we went with it... well it was not anything glamorous but it was very clean and the food was the bomb!!! We come from.a place that has tons of Vietnamese, thai, Chinese, and Japanese restaurants, but this place was one of the best we had. My husband had a pork chow fun. It was a delicious al dente noodle with a smokey flavor of pork and delicious vegetables and mushrooms. Not too sweet or too smokey. Just perfect. I ordered the two dragon rolls. White dragon roll was my favorite. It tasted like Peruvian sushi. It has a delicious Cilantro sauce on top with a local pink fish and crab and fried shrimp in the middle. It was super filling and refreshing. The red dragon was a more familiar flavor with the sweet soy sauce and sesame seeds, but it was very fresh and tasty. The drinks were great and reasonably priced, only $12-14 each. Servers and hosts were friendly and accommodating. Excellent place to eat. Delicious classic dishes as well as unique options.

Best. Sushi. Ever. We went on our wedding/elopement night and went back the next day for my hubbys birthday. Yummmm. Caterpillar roll, and others. They gave him free green tea ice cream for his bday!!
This has to be the best sushi I've ever had.
CA/HI included. Service is always top notch as well. You literally cannot go wrong with anything in this menu. The crispy rice with ahi is my favorite. Nice, dim lighting here. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for high grade sushi. Always a go to for us when we're in Maui.

I love the layout and vibe of this place.
The sushi bar is big and open, the main bar has plenty of seating and there a tables for both big and small parties throughout. The sushi is what I go for, but there's a ton of other options on the menu that don't involve fish-- a little something for everyone. They have a great happy hour too. Make reservations! The parking situation can be difficult if it's a busy night.
I went there to have a birthday dinner with my husband.
Not knowing I dropped a special hundred dollar bill that I've carried for 10 years + and the busser names Chrystal came and returned it to me! I was shocked as it had so much meaning to me! Her honesty goes beyond and i am forever grateful to her! Yes!!! There's still good people in our world! Praise God!!!

They have the freshest sushi and it is delicious.
The service is great and the restaurant has a great atmosphere. Definitely one of our top spots for sushi. Their happy hour is great!

For spring break, my mom paid for our trip to Kihei, Maui.
We arrived late in the afternoon plus delayed in our luggage's due to Hawaiian Airlines loading to the wrong plane but was also heading to Maui [I'll do a separate review on them ]. Our first night in Kihei, Maui, we decided to have our dinner at Isana. We were told that there would be a 30-35 minutes of waiting so we have agreed to do a takeout instead. To our surprise, Lita and Chad said there was cancellation as we were placing our orders so we definitely decided to stay to get the full experience We are very happy and pleased to the service we received from Lita and Chad, who greeted us when we walked in providing us with a warm welcome and friendly smile . Then to Andy, who was our server, who shared some of her favorites and also some places to visit in Maui. The food!!! It's definitely a must try place to add to your bucket list, if you haven't yet. We had the White Dragon , Firecracker , Fresh Oysters , Spicy Tuna , Crunchy Tiger , Maui fish 'n Chips, Garlic Prawns Noodles and Burger Sliders with Fries . Opted out for dessert because they ran out of the ube crème brûlée Everything we ate was mouth watering! The fish melted in your mouth. Totally broke da' mouth The dining experience was amazing from the service with the staffs to the delicious food and the setting of the restaurant! I would love to come back and hopefully have a chance to sit on the rock side area with the blue lights

The crab rangoons are fabulous! The service is friendly and fast. They don't rush you out either. You can't miss. Give it a try
The waitstaff were friendly and knowledgeable.
They had so many great tips and suggestions. The crab cakes with the mango vinegrette and the jalapeño aioli were beyond imagination. So dang good. The cakes had so much crab I couldn't see the binder. It was so good to have a quality item. The California roll was fresh and yummy. The fried chicken could have been better, the thighs were small but tasty so didn't hurt the star rating. Over all we love this place and recommend with our hearts!!!

This is a 6 STAR review.
Busy place but we got a place at the bar as we walked in, just in time for the sunset. Man, talking about service. Between Chaz & Kapuni they like kept reading our mind. Their situational awareness is absolutely exceptional. As my wife and I are discussing appetizers they just locked in and ordered, I mean, like magic. Then the main dish was just absolutely awesome. Some catch of the day with crab sauce? Simply delicious. And then Chaz recommended some white wine, his pick, can't remember the name, I took a picture, but it was awesome. It was so good that we ordered a glass for the nice lady siting next to, local Maui lady. Overall, what and EXCEPTIONAL experience and thanks Chaz & Kapuni, you guys rock, and that is what good service looks like. Tell your managers, free lunch on me :)

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
