We had waited years to finally try Jasmine.
It seemed like every time we had a reserve, something came up and we had to cancel. So this year, Easter dinner was a date we could keep. The decor and service is impressive. The view overlooking the bellagio fountains was a nice surprise. We asked for an Asian beer selection, but they only had one, Lucky Buddha. The potsticker appetizer was super Flavorful and the black vinegar sauce. We also ordered the vegetable fried rice which, surprisingly, lacked a lot of salt or flavor. The black pepper tenderloin was tender but once again not very flavorful. The sweet and soup pork entree , once again, needed seasoning. It was a good meal and a nice treat, but we probably will not be back.

Service was on point and excellent. My husband and I had the seasoned cucumbers and sweet and sour soup which was outstanding. We also had Mongolian beef which was the best Mongolian we have ever had and shrimp with lobster rice. Everything was very nice.

Jasmine is a high end Asian restaurant in the Bellagio hotel. We had a large group and we snag a table overlooking the fountains which was pretty cool. Great views at night. Had a funny waiter who did a great job. Served family style so waiter recommended a bunch of items that we shared, perfect amount and food was outstanding. It's Vegas so a little pricey but no surprise.

I never heard or knew this place existed until we were walking around the Bellagio, tried to get a reservation at Noodles but it was an hour wait, and then my GF mentioned she saw another Chinese restaurant around the corner. We were starving so we walked over and was seated immediately. The restaurant is very upscale and nice, definitely one of the nicer Chinese restaurants I've ever been to. I've been eating Chinese food all my life so I've been to a few. All the dishes, utensils and even the menu were super fancy. There's also a great view of the Bellagio fountains all around the restaurant through the windows. Great ambiance. There were 3 of us, so we all chose a dish. The selections were beef chow fun, lobster fried rice, and the steak cubes. We were absolutely blown away by the food. Everything was delicious! I was a little caught off guard because I wasn't expecting the food to taste this good, especially in Vegas, on the strip. Every dish was cooked perfectly, and was cooked in a very hot wok. You can taste of the hot wok flavor, which is exactly what I look for in great Chinese food. The steak cubes were fantastic, very tender and juicy, and the vegatables gave it a good balance. The beef chow fun is a classic. The lobster fried rice was amazing. We devoured all 3 plates and contemplated on ordering more, but we decided to call it and try other places since there's so many other options. The staff was very nice and attentive. The man was answering our questions and suggesting what's good on the menu. Thank you! Now, I gave 5 stars for the food/service. If it was possible, I would give 4.5. The portions were a little small, and the prices were pretty steep for Chinese food. But, I remind myself that's it's Vegas, on the strip, at the Bellagio. So it's expected.. Overall, EXCELLENT! I can't wait to come back and try more.

We've been doing Jasmine for a few years as our Valentine's night date. We always get the Peking duck. By far the BEST in Las Vegas. Staff is friendly and attentive. Atmosphere is lovely. Upscale. Not loud. You get a great view of the fountains. We love being locals and able to come any time.
Be the first to ReplyFood was above average but limited menu.
Hostess leaves something to be desired and don't bother asking for a seat by the window as they'd rather leave them empty..."everyone asks for them." I requested and was told they'd get me as close as they could. Most of the tables in front sat empty throughout our dining experience. I would have ordered more but in the end I'd say this place is underwhelming for the price point!
Be the first to ReplyWe've been twice.
The first time we were pretty impressed. This most recent time was not good. First meal, we had potstickers, Mongolian beef and my favorite, mapo tofu (I don't see that on the current menu). Everything was good and we loved the views of course. Our last visit, we again had the potsickers (good) and the Mongolian beef (good), but we did the lobster, which you can get prepared two ways. Our waiter immediately recommended the fried preparation. That was a mistake. What arrived was a pile of deep fried whole lobster parts - at least, I believe that's what it was. Very hard to eat because you couldn't see from the breading where the meat was. Our server brought over a lobster cracker but we weren't sure how that would help. Maybe we just didn't know how to eat it? But we ended up just leaving it alone. And it was $198. Absolutely not worth it. We also had the walnut prawns, which were very standard - you can get this exact same dish in any strip mall in America. The service is good but they hover. At any given moment we had at least one and usually two servers staring at us intently just out of arms reach from our table. It's weird and it was like that both times. If you like that sort of thing, you're in luck here. This isn't awful food, but our meal was $400 and we didn't finish anything except the potstickers. We won't be coming back.

You can never go wrong with their buffet, specially their Dimsum brunch buffet which only happened twice a year (new year and lunar new year). It's pricey, but definitely worth it. I wish I'm a big eater, however, I have a small stomach. I only had half the lobster and a few dim sum. I highly recommend this place, but make sure you make your reservation two weeks ahead of time. Their customer service phenomenal-very professional. I also love the ambience. You'll be able to see the dancing water fountain right on your seat.

I don't give 5 stars very often; I do not inflate my numbers. Jasmine stands alone at the top when one speaks about Strip restaurants. The view is breathtaking; the linens, plates, etc. are enough to humble me. The service is impeccable. Then there is the food! Perfectly cooked food is hard to find, yet Jasmine does it spot on each and every time. Clay pot, rice, Spring rolls, Fish, even the cocktails, WOW! And the price is reasonable. I have been going to Vegas for almost 50 years, and this restaurant is truly an iconic part of what the Strip what it is. Can't wait to go back, was at Table 47 on Thursday; still smacking my lips! Wifey is speechless from the simple quality and yet complex combination of what they do there.
Be the first to ReplySuperb setting amidst the fountains of Bellagio.
Food was top notch and hit the spot. But it is weird to call this a Cantonese restaurant since about half the dishes are spicy. Waited for a Chinese New Years surprise but it never came. Still left satiated.

Excellent serviceVery good foodI would repeat for sure Enjoyed the entire experience
Be the first to ReplyDespite a great location, the room is tired.
Is this 1998?Food is not bad but for the price, if you're gonna do the Strip, eat at Wing Lei or go off-Strip where Chinatown has a dozen better places. Service is consistently good.

My husband and I visited Jasmine in December 2022 for the first time and we will definitely be back! We had a fantastic time ! We loved the elegant setting, the phenomenal service and attention to detail and the absolutely amazing and delicious food and drinks- both wine and cocktails. We had a perfect view of the fountain show from our table. Expect to be totally pampered by everyone at Jasmine. Eddie the general manager came by our table right after we were seated to welcome us to Jasmine, make a few recommendations and came back a few more times to check in on us and say Hi. Lisa, our server was superb. She was friendly, and answered any question we had. She made sure we always had everything we wanted- often even before we knew we wanted it!! Sarah, the sommelier was great- she was attentive and knowledgeable and made sure we had the perfect wine for each course. She was very happy to answer any questions we had about any of the wines or cocktails at Jasmine and we never felt rushed. She even made the time to stop by our table to see how we liked each of the wines she had recommended. I can't forget to talk about our wonderful meal. We followed Eddie, Lisa and Sarah's suggestions on what to order. The Peking duck was fabulous and a surprise hit was the Crunchy Jelly Fish with Soya dipping sauce. The Crispy Honey Chile Sea Bass was my all time favorite followed by the Tenderloin with asparagus and a wonderful strawberry dessert that was almost too pretty to eat- but I did! We highly recommend Jasmine for a wonderful and memorable evening! - [ ]

Came here for my parent's 40th anniversary and was presented a surprise at the end of the meal with a platter of desserts. Crème brûlée, chocolate covered strawberries, custard and layered pineapple cake. All were really good! For our actual meal, we ordered the garlic XO green beans, steamed sea bass, beef tenderloin, seafood and tofu, and beef chow fun. There was 5 of us and we were absolutely stuffed at the end of the meal. There was plenty of food. The ambiance was decadent with lavish chandeliers hanging from the tall ceilings and the restaurant is right next to the Bellagio fountains so you get a really nice view of the fountain show as a back drop. Service was friendly and dependable.
Be the first to ReplyGreat service and food was good.
Great food selections for those who like different types of items. the cold spinach salad was really good & chicken wings were great also.
Be the first to ReplyIn the era of Social Media and Public Relations it is rare
In the era of Social Media and Public Relations it is rare to see any sort of dining event kept "secret," but for two weeks each year Jasmine at The Bellagio quietly opens its doors during daylight hours for a Dim Sum Brunch celebrating the New Year, first in a global sense and then to commemorate the Chinese version.Unadvertised save for a colorful board outside the Restaurant, this year spanning January 22nd to the 29th from 11:00am until 2:30pm, it is approximately fifteen minutes prior to opening etched doors that guests begin queuing, never mind the fact that most have reservations but rather for the chance to sit with an unobstructed view of Bellagio's famous fountains.Attended for the first time since 2020, a cost of $88.88 per diner and just $20.00 for children far lower than Jasmine's equally splendid dinner, it was after seating by familiar staff that most guests stood to begin perusing some ninety choices spread across a variety of Buffet and Live Stations.Truly a grand display, traditional Dim Sum and Chinese Barbeque lined up alongside items decorated in everything from Foie Gras to Abalone, it would not be long before most early arrivals returned to their table with plates full, fresh Oysters and Crab Legs a popular choice amongst the largely Asian crowd though many also gravitated towards a display of baked and fried Dim Sum that this year included Steam Bunny Dumplings, Coconut Rice Cakes and decorative Gelatin.Moving slowly and eyeing variety, Shellfish and Sushi tasted alongside items less commonly experienced in such a setting, it was as a young woman played the guzheng that additional plates were enjoyed, Puff Pastry Custard, Turnip Cakes and Squid Ink Custard Steamed Bun all highlights necessitating repeat tastes.Sipping Coffee, Jasmine Tea and Fiji throughout a ninety minute stay, The Fountains at Bellagio dancing outside floor-to-ceiling windows, cold items including Spring Rolls and Duck Liver Terrine were both exquisite while Peking Duck and Char Siu with traditional condiments remains a must.Focusing next on silver steam trays lining the center, left and right mirrored to create a seamless flow of traffic, it was as the fountains again danced outside that steamed and baked Buns competed for stomach space with Noodles and Beef, the bold flavors only rivaled this year by luxurious Congee featuring Century Eggs.Always evolving Dessert, the aforementioned Puddings and Custards aside, Egg Custard Tarts rival any in Sin City while Sesame Cookies, Chocolates and Mochi this year found themselves served alongside Chai Tea Mousse and Mango Sticky Rice.

Delicious food that tastes exactly like the food I grew up with. The view was stunning. The beef chow fun had that Smokey flavor and the sweet and sour pork was my favorite!
Be the first to ReplyAmbiance and decor is excellent on par with other Bellagio
Ambiance and decor is excellent on par with other Bellagio restaurants. Ordered the Garlic Shrimp Fried Rice and Szechuan Spicy Shrimp. Food was great, better than a typical Chinese restaurant with decent portions and very tasty flavors, but not so spectacular that I'd make it a regular thing at this price point. Amazing view of the Bellagio fountains, so if possible ask to be seated near the window side.
Be the first to Replyi love this restaurant ! the food is delicious.
I have tried many dishes and each one is as good as the previous. the employees are so nice and accommodating. Laura at the bar is so nice , she is very experienced at her craft. Be sure and ask for her for a great cocktail. Sara the sommelier is very knowledgeable about the wines available. the General Manager will greet you as you walk in. I recommend the garlic prawns (one of my faves) you can't go wrong at Jasmine! Chinese food at reasonable prices...and huge portions.oh, and did I mention the crème brûlée in a coconut shell ?
Be the first to ReplyKind of disappointed for Chinese Lunar New Year's brunch.
We made reservations for 2 people at 1pm and arrived early 25 minutes and host would not sit us and told us to come back exactly 1pm. We just checked out our hotel and have to drive back San Diego and the hostess wouldn't accommodate us. Kind of sad and she told us to come back at 1pm as our reservation made. We were like okay, so came back at 12:55pm and still have us waited. Kind of disappointed!!!This was a high end dining, but their service was not that high ended. Our bill came out was around $234 plus tip $274 for 2 people at a buffet. The food was good and not that great as expected!!! Our server was not attentive. She gave more attention to the table next to us which was 2 white guys. However, when we made the reservation the lady told my husband to give his reward card so we can get discount, but somehow the waitress didn't honor it and she said that will give us credits next time. Don't know if this is true. We normally got discount at MGM buffet when they asked for his reward card. I kind of regretted for giving 18% tip for doing nothing. We decided not coming back next year !!!

Did you know the number 8 is considered the luckiest of numbers in China and they believe the more 8's the better? The Cantonese word for eight, which is pronounced "baat", sounds similar to the word which means "prosper" or "wealth."Happy Lunar New Year! 恭喜發財! 新年快樂!May the Year of the Rabbit bring you good health, a surplus of wealth, all the happiness, much prosperity, and abundance! May all your wishes and dreams come true! Now back to the regular broadcast:Once a year for three-days only, Jasmine hosts a Holiday Brunch with reservations required. It's $88.88 per person and during this 2022 holiday season, it was during December 24-26th: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day!What a feast! They had oxtails, dim sum, a sushi/sashimi station, a carving station of succulent Peking duck, lamb chops, and prime rib, and a nice display of desserts. It felt very exclusive and with the grand windows facing the Bellagio Fountains, it's easy to be swept up in the atmosphere and elegance. While I'll be honest and say that I don't think it was worth $88.88, I'm glad I got to experience this once-a-year brunch buffet.

We were sat semi close to the windows so we could see the fountain show that was every 15mins. It was a beautiful show and it played the music that went with it low so it could be heard but not so loud that it interrupted dinner. Service was phenomenal and it just couldn't get any better. What ever we needed, we had. Whatever we asked was answered with a smile. The food was delicious. We were surprised when they gave us the sweet vinegar to accompany the fried zucchini, but it worked. It tasted great together. My only complaint was the name and food presentation of the "mayo shrimp". First if all, it doesn't sound good at all. I only ordered it because I was pretty sure I knew what it was since I've had it at another restaurant. When it came to the table I was a bit shocked at its presentation. It looks as if mayo was just squirted over the top. Not a great appearance for a restaurant of this quality.
Be the first to ReplyThis is a nice fancy Chinese restaurant.
Foods are good. This restaurant has the best view of the fountain outside of Bellagio.
Be the first to ReplyWe enjoyed everything about Jasmine.
The service was exceptional including a recommendation for a honey basil sea bass dish, that is not on the menu, offered by our server, Zhimin Situ. We had the pot stickers for an appetizer and the corn and crab and wonton soups. Our entrees were the sea bass and the sweet and sour pork. Everything was timed perfectly and delicious.
