Amazing Sushi, bit choice of music killed the experience
high end Sushi restaurant. perfect rolls, with the perfect sushi grade fish that melts in tour mouth. One downfall that made us leave: THE MUSIC. terrible choice of music for a restaurant of this caliber. Stopped ordering drinks and food and left. we love music, bit the type of music they chose, (3/8 7:00 pm) was simply bad.

We come here every month to celebrate on the 4th. To go into detail of how bad this experience was this time around. From the entrance of The National, Christmas trees everywhere Jan.4 rude host at front entry, once we arrive to the Speakeasy we meet the sweetest host (no complaints there) she politely escorted us to the bar (we were the only 2 people in the restaurant) where staff was mingling in the corner and the Bartender on her phone for about 1 minute with no acknowledgement. Finally gives us menus and walks away and says she needs to find menus (there was a large stack behind the bar) for 5 minutes. We left without service when we realized we were a bother. May be a while before we return.

This was my second time to eat here. I really really enjoy this place. The ambiance is amazing and so is the view. It does tend to get very loud though. I highly recommend offering the spicy tuna roll. It is delicious. The kind crab roll and sashimi are also awesome!

Amazing views and love the atmosphere. Small but very delicious menu! We absolutely enjoyed it and look forward to coming back.

The lounge is really nice. It's on the 50th floor. These are the best views of Dallas in my opinion. The hallway where you take in the views makes a complete circle. We didn't eat here, just had drinks. It's a great vibe, with a really eclectic mix of music. The crowd is mixed as well, but it stayed lively the whole time we were in there. I could see it being a great date spot, whether you eat there or end your night there. Not many tables for seating, but enough room to stand around & drink if you wanted to.

Staff was super polite and professional. Wonderufl sushi and sake. $$$ but worth it. Fun, lively atmosphere with cool walk around observation deck. The drawn butter with the Crab Roll was divine. Plum sake is incredible.

INCREDIBLE. One of the best sushi and cocktail experiences I've had in Dallas. Kessaku has it all - artfully created sushi dishes, unique cocktails, flawless service, and the best view that the city has to offer. It's clear that the Kessaku team knows what they're doing, everything was perfect from start to finish. We sat at the bar and was instantly greeted and handed a beautiful glass of sake to kick off our evening. Our gorgeous server Arriss suggested some fabulous cocktails - the 50 Shades and the Desert Flower to start and the Fromage Noir and Unfiltered Aviation to finish. Rye, the bartender, made them to perfection! We had to indulge ourselves in the incredible sushi selection - the tuna tartare, the king crab roll (with the drawn butter, OMG I will have dreams about this roll), miyazaki nigiri, spicy tuna roll, and hamachi ponzu. All the fish tasted so fresh and the creative flavors really shown through on each dish that we ordered. This will, without a doubt, be the top sushi spot in Dallas, if not already. I can't wait to return soon!!
