We chose this restaurant because it was headlined by Wynn as having vegan options available. We also liked their dress code and “no children under five” policy. We found it lacking on all three counts in that there was no vegan entree available (just one appetizer, one side, and a dessert,) there were at least 2 children under 5 in the restaurant, and there was no enforcement of the dress code. The vegan in our party ordered a salad without cheese as his entree. The other in our party enjoyed the Bronzino fish entree. The evening was enjoyable albeit somewhat marred by an adjacent party that were poorly dressed with foul language to match, and who let their toddler wander when he was bored. In normal times, the evening would have scored a 3, but we recognize that Las Vegas is still going through tough times due to covid and is having to comp a lot of rooms to fill up the town. The result is a lot of bad behavior that is difficult for everyone to manage.
