Amazing service and meal here! The golden beets salad is outstanding and also the bass too!
Just wow! Amazing service and food at this mid town restaurant. I am doing the dry January. The Ever Fall was outstanding. The pear, lime and ginger combination was fantastic! I also liked Le Jardin too. The cucumber and mint were good. Exquisite bass with green pea or olive purée on the bottom. The cheese brioche rolls are delicious. The golden beet and citrus vinaigrette salad was amazing! I will bring my friends here the next time I dine here! Thank you to the staff for welcoming me here too.
Be the first to ReplyA little disappointed
Honestly, I was a little disappointed. It said vegetable driven, but there weren't many meat free options and what I could eat kinda tasted like food I could make at home. I dunno if your vegitarian or vegan I'd say skip it. The bread was good.
Be the first to ReplyA epicurean respite in midtown Manhattan
The food was exceptional, the wine sommelier well informed and the wait service was well delivered without pretense. We enjoyed the tasting which provided a creatively presented views into this Michelin starred interpretation of new french cuisine.
Be the first to ReplyGood Food and Service
This Michelin one star restaurant was a bit of a mixed bad. The bib lettuce and watermelon & tomatoes were nothing special. On the other hand the chicken and wagyu beef were very good, though the beef cut, could have been better. Service was good and helpful. The sommelier could have been more knowledgeable and helpful about the wines. The list itself is strong on American and French wines but weak with other countries. The restaurant is relatively simply designed but tasteful. Prices are on the high side
Be the first to ReplyReally good restaurant - food and service
Visited this place for dinner during March. The service was very good. They started with a Palate Cleanser, fresh house bread, and then the rest. Entree options for vegetarians were very limited. But, food was tasty and I will highly recommend this place.
Be the first to ReplyDying there Saturday night before theater. Beautiful interior, but,,
But the tables are bare, lack of white tablecloths seem off kilter with the interior. I also noted that the customer dress code is non existent; does not match the projected interior. It almost appears that they're not sure whether this is an elegant French restaurant or a bistro which is sad as it could be on a higher level. Furthermore the waiters match the busboys wearing black mini collar shirts again and not matching interior. The outside and interior scene project a higher level French restaurant but lack of other features dropped the ball. The food is very good and reasonably priced. The chocolate dessert with Carmel foam was outstanding!
Be the first to ReplyDelicious food but more vegetable would have made the experience better
The food was undeniably delicious but I was expecting something more extraordinary with more vegetables. Also hoping for a more garden atmosphere. Service and decor were beautiful!
Be the first to ReplyWorth their Michelin star
Beautiful restaurant, excellent service. The soups were ok but the salmon and chicken dishes were excellent Their Black Forest cake is one of the best I have ever had and the yuzu meringue tart was beautiful and delicious. The breads were house made and very good.

I was treated to a museum experience inside a restaurant. Every plate, moving anywhere within eyesight of this pristine environment, can takes away one's breath. It is a stunning, impeccable culinary visual feast. The generous couple who continues to collect my work insisted I participate as their guest. List me , please, as PARTICIPATES FULLY. It is the inventive synthesis of Asian and French ingredients that provided an astonishing variety of flavors. Le Jardinier deserves the respect and attention it magnetizes.
Be the first to ReplyGood dinner in a rather anodyne room and ambiance
This is a large room with tables and chairs mainly in serried ranks and a fairly characterless decor which had a general beige or sandy tone to it. Very efficient service and high quality food. We were surprised given that we were early pre-theatre diners and so the room was one-third full at the most when we left that we were placed in one of the least attractive tables in the centre of the room. One other couple were more alert than us and after being seated next to us spotted the potential and got themselves moved - but why not give us good tables in the first place when there are plenty?

What a fabulous meal. We went there for a relaxed lunch after and they completely exceeded any expectations. No rush, great food, excellent service. Very unique menu - The salmon we absolute perfection.

Saturday evening dinner with family in a beautiful space. The food was inventive and delicious and beautifully presented. The breads were out of this world and gluten free which I would not have guessed. Desserts were fabulous and also a visual feast. The staff was informative while still maintaining a very friendly style. Would most certainly go again.

Disappointing
Flavors were average, no creativity but price tag very high!
As an example, their chestnut Mont Blanc did not taste any chest nut!
Very expensive not worth it.
I m not sure how they got a Michelin star.
I have been to so many Michelin, but this one disappointed us....
Excellent!
This restaurant was an unexpected find during the busy Christmas season. The staff are personable and lovely, food and drinks came out quickly, and the food is delicious. I'm not a person who is conscious of "plant-based" dishes, but it was so good. I had the beets, and the beef tenderloin which was a melt-in-your-mouth cut. We had nice conversations with our chippy waitress and the sommelier, the service is excellent. Since I love the midtown area and always scoping out places that are not overly trendy, I will definitely be back !
