Impressive menu that they delighted us with yesterday Friday at les moles. All dishes of 10. Very nice and quiet room. Spectacular service from the entire team. Without a doubt we will repeat. It is a consolidated Michelin star and one of the real ones.
Overall, it was definitely an experience - we had 25 courses
The "gourmet restaurant", top cuisine, some of which is prepared and explained by the owner himself at the table. The wine list is also of a high standard. We had a young, unmotivated service employee - he had no idea about hospitality and service. The surroundings and ambience were top notch.
Disappointing
Very basic and simple menu. Flavors either very strong or very flat. Presentation of the tasting menus from the 90's. No surprise to the palate or any other sense. Some of the crockery plates with breaks.
Simply first class
A real gourmet restaurant where everything fits. The service from the greeting by name at the parking lot to the small, sweet gift to take away with your coffee; the tasteful ambience from the room to the dishes and table decorations; the original and down-to-earth menu and the 42-page wine list; the dishes as an outstanding taste experience of the best quality. Of course not cheap by Spanish standards, but quite reasonable for what is on offer and, from an international perspective, fairly inexpensive.
Exceptional meals and welcome, in a neat and authentic setting.
Flavors, originality, presentation of dishes, quality of table service, personalized welcome from the owners: a real pleasure.
Disappointing
Good restaurant in my opinion, the Michelin star is enough, the food is not up to par with the Michelin guide. Unbalanced quality-price ratio

A place to return to. The traditional menu was extraordinary. Next time we will choose the tasting menu.

Deserves 3 Michelin stars
Since the rightfully awarded first Michelin star, Jeroni Castell and his team have made the impossible and progressed to a new dimension in quality, design and style. Our 2023 experience was simply divine. The sensational food is now accompanied by an incredible customer experience. It starts with a personal welcome at arrival, and continues with the personal tour to Jeroni's fascinating Research and Development Laboratory. His food defies any expectation, rather he turns it into a succession of artful stimulation of all human senses. It is a perfect array of the essence of local sustainable flavors, like the incredible millenial olive oil. One such dish was dish 11, ""Mollera amb la flama a oli d'oliva farga", an out of this world experience of fresh crisp local fish prepared at the table with alioli and lemons from the restaurant's garden. Each dish and its personal presentation is a harmonious fireworks for eyes and taste buds. We were overwhelmed and became speechless by the perfectionism and innovativeness of the creations, the imaginative wine "mariage" and the professional, non-intrusive service. We are well-travelled Michelin gourmets and we have never experienced such impressive performance anywhere else. Only thinking of Les Moles gets us lifted off. To sum it up, they deserve the 3rd Michelin star.

Your bid has been βmatchedβ with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.
