Went on a Monday and tried their 25$ dinner special.
Greens, farro risotto, pistachio cake for dessert. The wait was long so I'll definitely get a reservation next time. Service was slow, not sure if that was a kitchen issue or if our server had too many tables. Greens were really oily but had a refreshing zest. Risotto was bland but got better with some extra Parm, salt + pepper. I understand why places under salt their food but you gotta leave me some at the table at least the dessert was the star of the show, light and flavorful but not overly sweet. Over all not bad for 25$. The pizza at the table next to us looked great so there's a chance I'd come back again.

It's Little Dom's! Just go. I need to write more to get this posted I thought what I said was quite positive. Haha. Just go. It's great. Great vibe. Nice servers. Food is solid.
Be the first to ReplyLittle Dom's has become our go-to for a post-hike brunch.
Despite the number of options on their menu, I always find myself gravitating towards my two favorite items -- 1. Eggs Fungi - The oyster and shitake mushrooms are cooked to perfection with just the amount of bite without being too mushy. With two poached eggs and a creamy hollandaise over toasted sour dough, this is definitely a favorite amongst our group. If you're feeling like you need a bit more protein after your hike, go for the Hanger Steak & Eggs which is pretty much the same dish but with the mushrooms replaced by steak! 2. Ricotta Cheese & Fresh Blueberry Pancakes -- Just get it...you'll thank me later. Super fluffy and light pancakes. In our last trip here, everyone at the table got an order of pancakes for themselves. Oh yeah, they have outdoor seating so your pup is invited too! Just don't forget to get him a side of bacon ;)
Be the first to ReplyAmazing food!!! Absolutely would come here again.
Ordered the rice balls (arancini), calamari, & beef carpaccio for apps & vegan crab cake for an entree. All super amazing. Great wine & espresso martinis! Service was incredible
Be the first to ReplyOverall a very mediocre experience.
The service was terrible but I suppose that's to be expected. The food was decent but arrived barely warm. The location is probably the best thing it has going for it. There are many other local options that are far better for the cost. Four people and the cheapest bottle of wine was $350

I don't know why it's taken me this long to write a review. We had the Wood Oven Roasted Eggs, their incredible House-made Grilled Italian Sausage, Farmers Market Fruit Plate, and Pablo, who gave us great service, recommended the House-made Strozzapreti Pasta with Mushroom Bolognese (which can be ordered Vegan with Nutritional Yeast instead of the Grana Padano) and it was out of this world. We all had the Ricotta Cheese & Fresh Blueberry Pancakes, some of the best I've ever had anywhere. We sat outside which is lovely, it was cool out, but they had ample heating, and the outside chairs are extremely comfortable, not like those terribly uncomfortable metal chairs and stools that you see almost everywhere around the country, including and especially, LA. I love the old-world feel of the inside as well, but it was so beautiful outside today. I cannot wait to come back here.

The server seemingly couldn't just be "normal". Everything he said was with a wink and a nod. He was simultaneously overbearing but also making a weird performance of his job. Maybe just be nice and normal, dude. But the food is really awful. The pizza specifically is a complete joke. It's paper thin, low on flavor, and a cracker-like crust that breaks into a million pieces when you attempt to take a bite. It was also served to us cold. It was maybe the saddest pizza I've ever eaten in my life, and at this price point, it's a total rip-off! The vibe here isn't even welcoming or cozy anymore. But it's a "hip" place to continues to stay in business. Crazy.
Be the first to ReplyThe food was good but it's getting 3.
5 or went down half a star for the very burnt and flat souffle. How is this burnt acceptable to serve? It also did not rise at all if it ever did. We had to scrape out the burnt part. The Italian sausages were really tasty and flavorful. The Gibraltar 2 shots expression with steamed oat milk was really good and addictive. The potatoes were good but could use a little bit more salt. The spinach was good but I could use a half a portion for half the price.
Be the first to ReplySome of my favorite pancakes in LA.
delicious little pockets of ricotta cheese. I've also had the weekend French toast skillet but it was a bit disappointing so I stick to the pancakes and side of garlicky potatoes. Amazing. Brunch pizza also not great. More like a cracker? Dough isn't good. Cute weekend brunch vibes. Haven't had dinner here yet but excited to try their pastas.

5 stars for Little Dom's! Friends and I went here on a Saturday night. This place has been around for a long time, and a number of celebrities are known to go here. We even saw a celebrity during our dinner. We started with the rice balls as an appetizer, which were yummy. We then ordered the strozzapreti, pappardelle, and lion's mane mushroom "crab cakes" and were all very happy with our meals. They were flavorful and the portions were just right. You feel full after but not overstuffed. I can't wait to bring other back here.

Great place and great food! I would come back because of that however the server seemed like he hated his life at times.

A great local restaurant that has a touch of old Los Feliz glamour. A perfect meeting spot.
Be the first to ReplyLet's get into it.
The calamari is really "meaty" like, in the best way ever! I feel like I'm used to calamari being really inconsistent and sometimes even chewy due to being overcooked or old (ew) but Little Dom's calamari is perfectly breaded and is accompanied with an aioli and cocktail sauce. Just needed some lemon! The fried potatoes - oh, absolutely yes. A must order :) crispy, gooey, garlicky, savory, and a hint of salty! This also needed some lemon for the ultimate chef's kiss. Also had to order a side of ketchup. The jambalaya balls were a special for Fat Tuesday/Mardigras and were pretty good! All in all, cute and quaint Italian spot in Los Feliz that is worth a try.
Be the first to ReplyGreat food and fabulous atmosphere.
The staff is friendly and accomodating - we walked in on a weekday (when it was nevertheless packed) and they put us on a wait list for any reservations that fell through. Before we could even snag a spot at the bar we got a nice 4 top. The red sauce is to die for so anything with that is amazing.
Be the first to ReplyThe food.
The ambiance. What's not to love? Great flavors and menu. Street parking is a little tough but if you're willing to walk a bit you'll be fine. Also recommend making a reservation.

Caught up with an old friend here a few months ago and sat on the outdoor patio. Enjoyed the fresh air and having space since the place is crowded more often than not.Ordered the Pork Osso Buco and devoured it, especially appreciated the risotto. Have picked up food from here before but hadn't eaten at the actual restaurant, definitely recommend!

Went on a Saturday night and didn't see a lot for the restaurant so we parked on the street about a block away. It's a pretty cute, casual atmosphere, though our tables outside were seated quite close to each other you keep hearing other people's conversations RIGHT there. I got the "arugula salad with fried oyster sandwich on the side" (that's how you order it) and it was good! Portions are pretty large.

HOkay, so I've been meaning to write this review for a little while but...you know..life. Anywho, let me first start off by shouting out the hosts Dylan and the head host(?). My family was in town and they are not adventurous eaters like us so Italian is always a safe choice. If you're on the east side and you want Italian you HAVE to come here (SO good but I'll get into that later). I made a resi for five at 7:00. Well, we arrive and my father is late as always. I go and check in. Fifteen minutes later my father arrives with two rando's he's calling friends. We are now late for our resi and with two more than we told. I go back in and talk to the older host and apologize profusely. He calms me, and says they'll work it out. Dylan comes out at times to assure us he knows we're there and they are working. The amazing hosts find a nice booth and we settle in. The wine is delish, everyone orders the lasagna special and my salad was great. Our server (big guy. tattoo's.) was very friendly and professional . The service and the host stand and everyone at Little Dots saved what had quickly become a stressful dinner and allowed me to relax and enjoy myself. so THANK YOU! NThe martinis are strong and the burgers good. AGD! Always. Get. Dessert. ( I think I saw the guy who played Tim Riggins in FNL)
Be the first to Replygreat food and lovely ambience at night.
very friendly staff and delicious wine at the bar!
Be the first to ReplySpecial intimate place.
Delicious food. Fun ambience. We always order the rice balls.
Be the first to ReplyI love little doms.
I come here all the time and have been for as long as I've lived in LA. The food is excellent; vibe is great.Only reason I'm writing this is because I saw another review about the man who runs the deli. I've had nothing but terrible experiences with this guy.I suppose the worst offense happened when my mom visited me from out of town. I took her here (she's a darker-skinned immigrant, but has no accent) and he refused to listen to her when she was ordering, which I found really kind of gross. Basically she was trying to order something, and then he told me to "translate". She tried to respond again and he snapped at her "stay out of this," gesturing towards me. At the worst it was racist, at the least it was sexist and rude. Again, I love Little Dom's and will be back on weekends when I can go to the restaurant and not have to deal with this guy. All the waitresses are so nice! It's just really this one guy who sucks and he SUUUCCCKKKKSS

Delicious!Sat at the packed cozy bar and enjoyed full service from the bartenders! Hadn't been here since the heart of the pandemic which I have to say wasn't the best atmospheric experience but I'm glad things are a bit back to normal!! Can't wait to be back!

Holy F!!! I am blown away by what i just had for dinner! I wonderful host greeted us and quickly got us an outside table. Our lovely waitress helped me decide between the special and the fried oyster sandwich, choosing the sandwich i could not be more impressed with the flavors! Also included a perfectly dressed arugula salad with a ton of Parmesan cheese. Absolutely perfect.
Be the first to ReplyI am writing this review hoping the owner will see.
Food is excellent. It really is always great. However the straight up abusive behavior of the staff is unacceptable. The large guy who works the register literally laughed when I asked if they had a restroom. He was so incredibly rude. I asked for a cup of water, he said NO! He straight up wouldn't give me one! I keep coming back because the food is so good but I really hope the owner sees this and has a talk with his staff. It's not just the overweight guy who is rude, the entire staff is pretty awful.
Be the first to ReplyGreat old Italy atmosphere.
Food fresh and flavorful. Wonderful service. An LA institution.
