Little Pearl Key West Reviews from The Last Year
My wife and I had the pleasure of dining at Little Pearl
My wife and I had the pleasure of dining at Little Pearl and it was truly a delightful experience. The cozy atmosphere tucked into a neighborhood made for a charming setting for our evening. The seafood was incredibly fresh and expertly prepared, leaving us thoroughly satisfied with our appetizers and entrees. What truly stood out to us was the impressive wine list that the restaurant offered. Our servers were incredibly knowledgeable about the selections and helped us choose the perfect pairing for our meal. Their professionalism and attention to detail made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend Little Pearl for anyone looking for a delicious meal in a cozy setting with exceptional service. We will definitely be returning in the future.
Friendly service, creative menu, excellent wine selections
Friendly service, creative menu, excellent wine selections and cute ambiance. Most of the culinary options in Key West felt a bit basic, so this was an amazing find that exceeded expectations!
Sushi waffle, shrimp wontons and halibut entree were
Sushi waffle, shrimp wontons and halibut entree were excellent. Conch salad and limoncello cheesecake disappointing. Reasonably priced wine list. Very friendly, excellent service, comfortable atmosphere. Definitely recommend.
Our night started out perfect from the moment Patrick
Our night started out perfect from the moment Patrick introduced himself to us! We are foodies and love a great meal and this is a place we stumbled on this morning during our bike ride. I only wish it was earlier on in our trip because we would have definitely visited again. The atmosphere is inviting and the fact that there are limited tables makes it an "experience" as opposed to dinner. Patrick gave suggestions for wine that paired perfectly with our selections of food for the evening and he was engaging and always had a smile on his face. Wonderful qualities that we enjoy when heading out to dinner. He was also kind enough to share other restaurants in the area for breakfast and lunch that we have not tried. We will certainly be back when we visit Key West next year. Thanks for allowing us to be the first to try the new menu and for making our experience top Notch!
Key West’s quantum leap
Greeted at the front door by a warm spirit named Dan with a glass of Bordeaux was just the beginning. Located in an old craftsman house on the corner of a charming Key West neighborhood, the tasting menu included a zesty Pink Shrimp Tiradito followed by Maine Mussels with red curry, kimchi, and scallions. The main - Blue Crab Ravioli in saffron tomato bisque. On the cutting edge of a gastronomic adventure but with all the charms of Key West. Little Pearl is a triumph.
DELICIOUS and elevated
This was a special treat! A very interesting delicious 4 course meal, totally curated and presented beautifully. The portions were smaller so that you wouldn’t be stuffed at the end of the evening. They were kind and welcomed us (6 adults, a 10 year old, and a 5 month old baby!) all with smiles. Best dinner of our trip!
Key West Highlight!
Husband and I arrived for the 5:00 seating. The restaurant seats around 30 people. It is a chef's tasting menu, you have 3 choices for each of the 4 courses. There is an option to add on some additional items. We added the ceviche and some oysters. I would have loved to try all the add ons! For the first course, I had the plantain soup. It was an interesting combination of flavors, like nothing I have ever tasted. Husband had the lobster nuggets-you can't go wrong choosing those! Next he had the mussels-I don't care for them. I chose the octopus and this dish was hands down the best dish I had on the trip! For the third course, he had the local catch which was grouper. So fresh and delicious. I tried the ravioli and they were luscious! For dessert we chose the lavender ice cream and the cannolis. Absolutely perfect! The service here is amazing. The restaurant is laid back, but with elevated cuisine and service.
It was a very intimate location! The food was amazing.
Unique but wonderful. Especially enjoyed the choices. Staff was also very pleasant.
An excellent 4- course chef's tasting menu at this
An excellent 4- course chef's tasting menu at this intimate, three seating, high end restaurant. Everything was cooked optimally with a few noteworthy dishes that left a memorable impression. First course was the Pink Shrimp Tiradito. Highlight was the sweet chili that still has enough noticeable flavor even when it sits under the kick of the spicy wakame. The shrimp texture and temperature allowed the components of the sauces to have good contrast, allowing you to identify the ingredients with each bite. The second course was their preparation of octopus and polenta. This dish left my mouth singing praises to the staff. As a general non-enjoyer of octopus, the combination of the perfectly cooked meat with the sweetness of what almost tasted like teriyaki left me craving for a bigger dish of it hours after leaving the restaurant. My favorite dish of the night! The third course was what the restaurant dubbed "pig wings". This tender meat slid right off the bone into some Japanese sweet potato puree of excellent consistency. The meat alone was good and cooked to perfection but it really got its full flavor profile when mixed with the sweet potato puree. And the final course was a cheese dish. While the cheese was pretty good, I felt like I would have gotten a more unique taste from the matcha cannolis my family ordered. Not much else to say about it. The waiter and staff were very accommodating for someone in our party with serious health restrictions. While they weren't able to alter the menu, they were very knowledgeable about the ingredients, preparation and sensitivities of each dish and how it might affect said guest. We really appreciated their patience and help. If you're willing to throw down the money on this pricier, limited seating restaurant then I highly recommend a visit.
Beautiful quaint atmosphere with top quality food and
Beautiful quaint atmosphere with top quality food and service. My wife and I went while visiting Key West and this was our favorite by far. A bit pricey, but 100% worth every penny as we enjoyed four courses of delicious variety, great wine and wonderful service. I cannot recommend enough. Call for reservations!
The flavors were excellent and original but the portions
The flavors were excellent and original but the portions were small. I realize it is four courses so you want the portions to be sized appropriately but my husband needed a snack after dinner. We had the following: 1. Lobster nuggets (good), plantain veloute with crab (excellent) 2. Wedge (good), mussels (excellent) 3. Day boat grouper (excellent) 4. Cheese plate (excellent), cannolis (good) It was a little disappointing the wedge salad was the only alternative to seafood with course 2. My husband doesn't like octopus or mussels and asked if he could sub a first course dish. He was told that was not allowed. Service was good but not overly attentive. I would have ordered a coffee with dinner but was not given the chance. The couple next to us got their main course before their second course. They had to tell the wait staff what they ordered. I would return again for the flavors but I hope the fish portion is bigger next time.
The wagyu was over powered by the fried dough.
The tuna had no flavor, the short rib was dry and chewy, the wasabi had been sitting so long it tasted root, the udon had no flavor and feel apart in the bowl, the crudo was chewy, and when I said something they said "oh ok". I have had no problem spending a lot of money on dinner but I want it to be good. Honestly I am really annoyed I wasted my time going there.
Waste of time
I am more mad that I wasted my time than my money. The wagyu was over powered by the fried dough. The tuna had no flavor, the short rib was dry and chewy, the wasabi had been sitting so long it tasted root, the udon had no flavor and feel apart in the bowl, the crudo was chewy, and when I said something they said "oh ok". Very delicious, creative, and fresh food.
When I went tasting course was $85 per person. Super fun experience. It's a small dining room so it's not quiet, but as soon as our food came we were just happy as clams.
Disappointed with some aspects.
Ok for the most part. Our waitress was so distracted. Never checking in and never pouring our wine. She kept dismissing my questions. The menu was first night and she knew nothing about it. The wedge was a piece of iceberg with what tasted like ranch. Disappointed. The fish and cheese plate were very good. Felt a bit rushed. Would not return. Many better choices.
Yummy and Romantic!
Walked by this spot on the way back to our hotel in the afternoon and ended up canceling our original reservation so we could go to Little Pearl instead. We were only in Key West one night and are so glad we decided to go here! Such a quaint, romantic spot - the weather was perfect, the atmosphere was cozy and relaxing and the food was incredible!
Exceptional Meal
Went here on a recommendation. All our meals were superior. Shrimp, snapper, grouper, prawns, steak. Everything was incredible as was the service too
Cool lil restaurant for a special occasion.
What a cool place with a great atmosphere. Came here for our 24th anniversary dinner while visiting Key West. Chef menu was on point. Bottle of wine was exquisite. The servers and staff were very nice and attentive. Price, not for the faint of heart. Overall experience was very nice!
What an awesomw dining experience
What a wonderful dinner Eveeything was amazing. Wait staff was excellent and knowledfable about dishes. The experience was amazing. Definitely a hidden gem that needs to be more exposed.
Worth every penny!
My wife and I had a delicious meal there recently. You can tell that the chef put a lot of thought into creating the menu. Service was impeccable, even down to replacing our silverware after every course. Highly recommend!

That's what AT sponsorships are for - and you are only paying 25% in the first year and then less in year two and three.
I beliebe @EternalAnt36 was sponsored by @PerceptiveWash44 and is now doing $25k/mo.
