I've been a fan of the Lunasia franchise since Alhambra for years, but I would like to leave some updated intel. 1) The ambience is very clean, modern, busy, very enticing and lively. It's a must for families, parties, and friends. Love the decent decor. (9/10) 2) Staffing is friendly, but only at a certain point. Here are my service related experiences: A) Reservations are allowed for parties of 10 or more, and 20% gratuity will be charged. If your party decreases under 10 before the reservation, you are automatically put in the wait-list and have to wait despite the reservation already made. Hosting staff is friendly, but the policy was odd. (7/10) B) You don't get a server after being seated, you have to order the food and look at the menu through their QR code system. They give you tea and water. Tea is automatically charged per person regardless of whether you want it or not, this is quite deceiving unless I am not familiar with Chinese restaurants. (5/10) C) Water, soda, and sauces come in disposable paper cups and plastic sauce containers with lids. If you want sauce besides Sriracha and soy sauce, you will get little small plastic containers. Fried food dishes and sauce containers are on top of your food when served. Reminder, this is a dim sum high value decor looking Chinese restaurant. (2/10), do not bring special family, guest or dates to this place unless they are ok with this style of service value. D) They are busy, it is very hard to get attention from staff when you need to order additional things. Once you do a big food order, the QR code doesn't let you order properly after, unless this was a platform system error received. Again, no dedicated server assigned, you have to ask around. E) It is 3pm, the restaurant is not busy anymore, a staff who never checks on us leaves the bill. Wait another 5 minutes until we paid. While finishing our food and packing leftovers ourselves, then the cleaning bussing staff asks us to leave so they can clear this zone since they need to prepare for dinner service. We were not done but asked to leave sooner after paying the bill. (-9/10) It's embarrassing to boast and bring people here to experience this. 3) Food: A) Food is dim sum style, whatever is ready comes to the table with high speed. (10/10) very efficient! B) The quality of food is delicious. The presentation is cafe style, minimal, it's not worth Instagramming. (7/10) I hope this review will bring light to the practices of Lunasia and for customers to reflect on such business practices.

Food was great!!!! The place is too far from us but it's worth the drive. Will definitely go back.
Came here for to-go orders for Mother's Day.
Absolutely horrible do not recommend online ordering on holidays. I placed my order for pick up at 12PM and it's 1PM and I'm still waiting. If you're backed up, you should stop online orders, DoorDash, Uber. Front desk is useless And is overpacked with nowhere to stand. Food was also cold because half the order was prepared and sitting there while the other half was not ready. Inside is also really loud. Terrible service on holidays. Would not recommend.

Me and a friend came to have brunch and let's just say we order way too much and brought leftover home lol service was great and the food came fast ! Will come again
I love this place! the pricing is super fair.
The menu is huge and I haven't eaten anything I wouldn't recommend. My favorite is the rice rolls with Chinese doughnut inside. Service is OK, the waiters can be kind of direct but I think this is typical for alot of traditional Asian restaurants. Gorgeous interior, perfect for dim sum breakfast/brunch. Lots of dishes appropriate for family style dining too with a lazy Susan!
Ordered take out for a 12:15 pm pick up however waited over
Ordered take out for a 12:15 pm pick up however waited over 45 minutes for the pick up time. What's the point of a pick up time? At least push the pick up time to a realistic window so there aren't a million people waiting in the lobby. Terrible service.
Always a treat to stop here.
Came on Mother's Day waited no more than 5 mins to get seated. I like that everyhing is electronic and you order from your phone. Everything's comes out as it's ready. Parking lot is crazy always. Definitely a great spot to stop in for some good eats.
Food - excellent food very tasty Service - bad: waiter
Food - excellent food very tasty Service - bad: waiter came back with paper menu orders yelling some orders unavailable and he did not want to keep coming back and forth between us answering the kitchen. Demanded us to order online by scanning the QR code. For parents with babies - no baby diaper changing table in the woman's restroom but only in the man's restroom. Welcome on board, Dads.
Three of us had lunch here and we ordered half a roast duck
Three of us had lunch here and we ordered half a roast duck (too salty), seafood tofu soup (too much starches ), jumbo pork, shu-mai, steamed chicken feet, sticky rice wrap, steamed B.B.q pork bag, Sakura egg York bun, pan fried turnip cake and deep-fried Chinese donut(not crispy), all foods are tasted ok, but kind of price. Staffs are not that friendly.
