Down the Pier in the Rain
Sadly, my planned day to visit this Cafe was on a rainy day and the wind along the pier ruined my umbrella (hotel umbrella actually). The interior on the cafe is small. You order at the counter and display a number on your table and they bring you your order. I got tea and the fried egg sandwich. It was big and very filling. I could have done without the salad though. It is expensive just like the restaurant so bear that in mind. But it was better than the restaurant too.
Be the first to ReplyLate Lunch on the Pier
We stopped here for a late lunch, we wanted to be on the water and go somewhere with seafood. We were not able to park in the lot since their credit card machine wasn't working, so we parked across the street where you could pay with an app, much better option as we decided to shop at Aviator Nation and loved it, even stayed for a drink at Dreamland. I highly suggest checking this place out. They do not take reservations for lunch, so there was a line, event at 2:00, but it was a Saturday, so we had time to spare. The hostesses were great, they were on top of the line of people asking how many in the party and inside or outside dining preference. There was never an empty table for more than five minutes, they are very on top of their turnover. There were three of us and we sat outside on the pier, it was great, service was great all over. I had the crab cakes, my husband had the nachos, and our friend had the fish tacos; all were very good. The food was nothing amazing, but I did not have any complaints, the crab cakes are almost all crab, so that was a nice surprise. Drinks were odd, so we opted to try something new, I had the coconut, my friend had the mint, and both were really good, glad we each tried a different one. Overall, the view and eating over the ocean was a great way to spend lunch. I'd o back, but if I'm in the area, I'd probably try a few other places on the water first.

This restaurant just wasn't my cup of tea. Neither me nor my husband found the food to be very tasty. The service was great though and it is probably better suited for vegetarians. The prices were OK for a touristy area and the view was wonderful.

First it’s a great location and atmosphere located on the pier in Malibu. Great ocean view and breeze! I had the best Greek salad ever! A small salad wrapped up with cucumber and served on a block of feta and watermelon. Was unique and delicious! Enjoyed it with some champagne. I highly recommend
Be the first to ReplyPerfect location and really good food
This is a good spot for lunch on the pier. I've also been there for dinner and the food is really good! I will be back.

The location couldn't be better. Splurge for the $15 parking (your meal will cost more) and you can relax and savor the pretty good meals they serve. Our breakfast was yummy, the coffee was hot, and the service pretty good. We ate outside and the fresh air, the water, the pigeons, all made it a lovely experience. Tables are not crowded together and the menu has lots of choices.
Be the first to ReplyThe food is t cheap but tastes good and the view is very nice
Sat outside facing the ocean for a nice lunch. Both our crab sandwich and lobster roll were very good, although they came with potatoes that were just average - a bit too hard and bland. A lobster roll at $33 isn't cheap but this might be the price to pay for fresh seafood with a view.
Be the first to ReplyBeautoful and Average
Went with friends to the Malibu pier. The view and the fresh summer air was really amazing. We decided to have lunch at Malibu Farm. The service and staff were very efficient and friendly but food was decidedly average!!!
Be the first to ReplyNice view, good breakfast
Friendly staff. Nice food. The cafe is placed on Malibu pier. We enjoyed our breakfast and came here twice. Nevertheless a few more vegetarian options would be great.

We expected the food in the cafe to be overpriced and average due to its terrific location but in fact the food was excellent value and delicious. And the view is unbeatable.
Be the first to ReplyRude service
Very good and fresh food, but the service is rude and cold. Aggressive birds outside although the view is lovely. Dirty restrooms.
Be the first to Replyupstairs, outdoors, great view
Decided to walk up Malibu Pier and have brunch - did not disappoint. Big plate of scrambled eggs and salad with a latte. Great view. Watch out for the birds!
Be the first to ReplyGreat view skip the cafe
Great location. Food ok. Overpriced. Order at counter and they bring it to you ur table. I was lucky to find a parking spot close by and didn’t have to pay the $15 at the lot at end of pier. I ordered egg sandwich, huevos rancheros, coffee and fresh oj. It was $56. It’s a little obscene. View was great. But u can bring your own sandwich and sit at the pier to eat. I say skip and save alot of cash. Take a walk on the beach too, go down the steps by the parking lot and you are at the beach. The surfers are there too early morning catching waves. But again can be done at the pier without eating at the cafe.
Be the first to ReplyUnbeatable location with amazing views
You come to Malibu Farm for the view, that's the honest truth. The food is definitely good but if it was on a random street in LA I certainly wouldn't have gone there. Having said that, I certainly am happy I ate there because the view is absolutely amazing right at the end of Malibu Pier on the ocean. The service was great and the food was good. Yes it is overpriced but you are paying for an unbeatable location & more of an experience. Would 100% go again, a true California experience.
Be the first to ReplyNeat Location
The restaurant is on the end of the Malibu Pier and has a rustic charm. You order at the counter and the food is brought to your table. The service when you order and when the food is brought to you table is very friendly. My wife had the Swedish Mini Pancakes (with whipped cream and berries) they are very different from American pancakes, much lighter. She thought the pancakes didn’t have any flavor and they were a little pricey for that amount of food. I had Farm Scrambled Eggs (with seasonal vegetables, baby potatoes, focaccia) large portion. I enjoyed having a mixture of broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini and green beans and a small arugula salad with the eggs and potatoes, a little different but good and rather balanced meal.

It is a nice ambiance and food is good. We tried it for lunch. The pier and Cafe overlooks at Malibu State Beach and it has a nice view of the ocean itself. Their service and staff was excellent. I recommend it for a nice dining.
Be the first to ReplyBest brunch spot, amazing food!!
Favorite casual place for breakfast or lunch, we love it here! You can’t go wrong with any of the menu items, but breakfast sandwiches and burritos are our favorites. :-) Staff is lovely, coffee is strong, the ambiance is best in town (you can’t beat sitting on the pier!!!). Best brunch spot in Malibu!! :-)
Be the first to ReplyAmazing Quesadilla
How can a quesadilla be amazing? Well this one was! The Green Avocado Quesadilla. From the ‘flour’ tortilla to the serrano chili sauce, every bite was absolutely scrumptious. Filled with fresh avocado, every morsel was fresh and delicious.
The atmosphere on the lanai was lovely, the wait staff friendly and helpful. Dining for lunch on a road trip south, it was worth the horrendous traffic encountered on the 1.
