Favorite restaurant and highlight in Palma
My favorite restaurant in Palma As always, it was a wonderful experience with great service and a fantastic menu!!! We were all (6) thrilled & couldn't agree on which course was the most delicious... :) A large and good selection of wines in all price ranges, as well as perfect advice. Each course is a work of art and is lovingly explained by the service. A treat for all the senses and for me always "THE highlight of Palma"!!!
sensational experience
We have eaten on several occasions and this time I decided to invite a friend. Wonderful lunch menu, really surprising, the sea bass and lamb spectacular and the dessert delicious. Very special place in the center of Palma where you can enjoy a lunch or dinner with family or friends. Very friendly and professional staff. We will return without a doubt. Congratulations to all the team.
Marc Fosh gets the kibosh
Overpriced, somewhat unimaginative food overall (some good dishes but you are paying a lot for this), in a place that lacked joy and soul. Slow service, tired 1990s decor. Some really disappointing and highly contrived dishes that could not beat a finely grilled piece of quality meat. These sorts of restaurants feel a terrible relic of the past. I do not recommend. I don’t understand how this gets a Michelin rating.
Good, but not what I expect for this price
Very nice and stylish ambience, very professional service. The reason why I gave only 4 of 5 points: From a restaurant of this calibre and aspiration (and price tag) I expect a consistent top level quality. We had the „Aromas del Mediterráneo“ menu and there were two courses where they failed to deliver: 1. I know that hare is very firm and intense but it doesn’t need to be that full of sinews; 2. the tuna cheeks were „killed“ by the black beer sauce which dominated the whole course. The wine pairing was very good.
Great food and service
Excellent place and cozy. Really good service and the only minus was the fish dish which was raw, but it was exchanged. Super good guidance on wine. A place I can highly recommend,

Food, atmosphere, service: Simply perfect! This is a stunning restaurant in the middle of Palma. The menu changes regularly and we have never been disappointed
Worth a stop and maybe even a detour.
Big fan of their more accessible lunch menu. Every time I've been here, it is impeccable service and great quality food. Depending on the season, some ingredients might be more or less appealing, but it's up to an individual's taste
Solid upscale cuisine
We had a pleasant evening with very friendly and attentive service. Nice welcome, but unfortunately no aperitif was offered, we were only asked if we would like water. OK, then we'll just start with water... The menu was well-balanced in terms of taste and very good throughout, the plates were beautifully presented, the wine pairing was perfect. What we missed a little were highlights or surprising taste experiences, both in the menu and the wine. Overall, though, it was solid, upscale cuisine without any faults.
Great experience
We had a fantastic lunch here - the food was fabulous right from the sobresada through to the deserts. The service was impeccable - friendly but efficient. I would throughly recommend Marc Fosh for a special occasion, or just for a great meal out.
Great lunch, great service
Every year, when we are in Mallorca, Marc Fosh is a MUST. This time we came for lunch and decidet for the big Menue Marc. Each course was wonderful in taste and for the eyes. Mike and his team made fantastic service, which we really enjoyed and his recommendations were great. We like that good mood and atmosphere in this restaurant as much as the food!
Extremely disappointing experience.
They started the tasting menu with 4 sweet dishes and it completely ruined my palate. Most expensive restaurant I went thru for a mediocre experience. I went to two other Michelin Star restaurants and they were great (Adrian Quetlas and Quadrat). Michelin star was given on 2002 - the chef was not even present during our tasting menu. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Marc Fosh was my first time doing a tasting menu like this and I was completely blown away by the experience. We had a larger party that they were able to accommodate on a fairly short notice. We also had a bit of an eclectic group and I'd never traveled with one of the couples. One of the men sitting near me made a bunch of unnecessary comments and stupid jokes to our server and she handled him with more professionalism and grace than I would have. The courses were mostly phenomenal. There were a few I probably wouldn't go back for seconds but what do you expect when you serve "eel ice cream". Loved it and highly recommend the experience to anyone in Palma.

Having a meal at a Michelin Star restaurant is a rare experience and Marc Fosh sets a standard that you cannot forget. The flavors are a fascinating and an unexpected mix that are complimented by colors and presentation that I personally have not experienced anywhere else.The service and attentiveness made my entire family feel welcome and at ease. We soaked up the atmosphere, enjoying everything from the decorations to the temperature. It was the perfect foodie experience. My family and I will never forget our meal at Marc Fosh and we hope to someday return and experience it again.I wish to thank the entire Marc Fosh team for making this experience something my family will hold dear to our hearts.
Surprise engagement trip
The best restaraunt we have visited and we have tried a large number of Michelin restaraunts with taster menus. The service was outstanding and the attention to detail was phenomenal. The description on every dish along with the in depth discussions had in reference to the wine made everything so special and devine. The head chef also proved that he clearly had the title due to what he could put together on a plate that ouzed with flavoring. Also he came out to introduce one of the dishes which was one of our favourites which was a difficult decision as everything was so delicious from each plate. If you want an experience then we would highly recommend visiting Marc Fosh, This was a surprise trip after my proposal and it is a memory and experience we will have forever. Beautiful meal and experience
Our 50th Anniversary on the actual day we dined - so we wanted something special - we were not disappointed. We added the premium wine pairing - certainly the best wine pairing we have every experienced. Overall well deserving of its reputation - better than many London top rated Michelin restaurants - easy to recommend and return
Not as good as first time
It’s the second time I visit here , last time was lunch and the taste was amazing ! That’s why this time I am back for dinner menu ! The service is very calm and distance this time , which is ok , but the meal this time is really more conservative and blend , no surprisingly combination of flavor A bit pity this time , but I think next time visiting Mallorca I will still give it a try cause I am sure they will make it better !!

* MaternalRecord73, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* MaternalRecord73 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to MaternalRecord73 for any questions Peter may have as MaternalRecord73 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* MaternalRecord73 now uses their connections at Marc Fosh Restaurant Palma to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If MaternalRecord73 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, MaternalRecord73 receives the $200 reward which is credited to MaternalRecord73's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Marc Fosh Restaurant Palma!
