One of the worst customer service ever , Its like they are the customers not you! when I complained to the supervisor she asked me if i ever worked on hospitality before insted of making me (the customer happy). The photographer lacked etiquette; he took photos, claiming he'd publish the video, but didn't. He shares pictures of other girls just because they dress provocatively, unlike me. I never consented to my video being shared! Why not inform me from the beginning? On top of this, I contacted the restaurant, and no one responded. Honestly, your lack of manners is disappointing. I won't return. Many places surpass you, starting with urla, and other equally sophisticated establishments like urla's restaurant. Neither the food nor the PiƱa Colada (which tastes like water) is pleasing at all!

Hands down the best experience I've had in Dubai! The staff were all incredible and the food was amazing. Still thinking about the flavours in the Nammos salad and truffle pasta - to die for!

The menu is arguably the best around with something for everyone and everytaste. The seriously high quality of the produce coupled with the presentation makes for a fantastic meal while being highly social in terms of dinning experience. The team, ambiance and music are what brings this place to life for me. Never a bad time to be had with Dubai now finally delivering a seriously impressive European inspired experience. Simply put...go!

My recent visit to Nammos left me deeply disturbed and disappointed. On our way out, we encountered a distressing sight: live lobsters trapped in ice displays whilst visibly struggling to escape and clearly suffering. When I inquired about this cruel display, the receptionist's indifferent response only added to my shock. It's appalling that Nammos justifies this practice as aiding in lobster preparation, showing a blatant disregard for the sentient nature and capacity for pain of these creatures. Even more troubling was the reaction of the receptionist. While discussing the issue with some employees who shared my concern, I witnessed the receptionist reprimanding them, stifling any dissenting voices. This authoritarian response made me feel as though I was in a restrictive environment, where speaking out against anything was discouraged. Nammos' treatment of lobsters is not only insensitive and heartless but also unnecessary. In many parts of the world, it is now illegal to cook lobsters alive, let alone subject them to the prolonged suffering of being frozen before being boiled alive. As someone who values compassion and opposes needless animal suffering, I cannot in good conscience recommend Nammos until they discontinue this barbaric practice. Furthermore, the oppressive atmosphere created by the receptionist's behaviour is unwelcoming and unacceptable. No customer should feel prohibited from engaging in open dialogue with staff. Until Nammos/Dior addresses these issues and demonstrates a commitment to ethical and humane practices, I will be avoiding this establishment at all costs.

bad servicd, bad food very bad food. not worth it at all. overhyped !!!!dont go to luch if you really want to go save money and just go sit on the beach which is really beautiful and have a nice coffee. lunch is very expensive and not worth since the food is so bad

Further to my below review, after the company forcing me and my friend to settle a 1600 AED bill (all the mains we did not even eat). I was phoned by the Nammos about my review, declined a refund of the food we did not eat. Despite a refund easily possible and was offered to come back for dinner. Why would I come back to this awful establishment? Horrible place, the management do not care. I would never return.

It was my second time in Nammos (first one was last week) I didnāt really like it first time but I saw how many people want to get a table there and talking about the place so I thought maybe I should give it another chance. Wellā¦ second time turned out to be much worser than the first. Last week I (only) had to eat an absolutely cold yet very expensive steak because waiter forgot the sauce and although I asked 3 other waiters to hurry up and bring it -still I only got it 10-15 minutes after the steak arrived so by the time steak was obviously cold, ok but it was not so bad compared to my second time there - today. Starting from the beginning we got a table surrounded by smokers (cause the restaurant doesnāt have a separate area for smokers so if you want to sit outside and enjoy the weather, beach and the beauty the place has to offer - you are in trouble if you are a non smoker) tables are literally inches from each other, so if someone on the next table smokes - it all goes in your face. Service is extremely bad, our waitress was girl from Greece so we thought she would know about hospitality but we were wrong. She was pretty impudent and intrusive. Was rushing us and although we just arrived she gave us the feeling we must eat within 20 minutes and leave. This was annoying. I understand people are waiting for the tables but itās not a cafe where one has a cup of coffee and must leave asap. Itās a āluxury restaurantā where you spend thousands of dollars for a lunch so, excuse me, but I believe people deserve to sit peacefully for an hour or even two. But the rush of the waiters and the atmosphere of the place says āeat fast and goā Music is so loud that it is absolutely impossible to talk even if you seat inches from each other. So the place is definitely not for romantic dates 80 to 90 % of stuff is pretty arrogant and look at you from up to down no matter how many diamonds and brands you have on, and itās not the kind of service you expect if you came to spend a lot of money. To sum up - I think most of the people go to Nammos because of its name not because of the food or service or atmosphere -cause non of this is good. Food is very salty by the way- all of my friends noticed that. Although I have to admit steak was good (if it wouldnāt be cold) People come here to show off and say āIām in Nammosā but in fact - itās not good there. Unfortunately. Although the place is very beautiful and green, they couldāve done a stunning restaurant there with the best food and service butā¦ didnāt happen :(

I visited on the 19th of January. As soon as we arrived we were seated fairly quickly, the gentleman who seated us was polite and made us feel welcome. All serving staff and waiters were exceptional, they took our orders immediately. One of the waiters even took his time to let me know the drink I ordered was very sweet and if it was to my liking, which I thought was very considerate of him for asking. They waited until we finished our starters before bringing in the mains. All the starters were tasty and fresh, you can tell the olive oil used was good quality. We opted for the baby chicken for our main course. After we finished the waiter even asked if we would like the food packed as we couldn't finish the food. Overall, this was a really good experience and I would definitely come back again.

Pleasant experience for a Pacific island family from New Zealand. Service was excellent especially from Natalia who was knowledgeable on the food dishes and where it was sourced from. We ordered the lobster, which cane as a salad and grilled. Very good and tasted a but different from home! I had the pasta and it was OK...salad portions were huge but worth it loved the dressing. We enjoyed drinks on the beach and was a nice environment to finish off the night with. Great to see the Dior store on the beach! š Would recommend for people who like the finer things in life.

Negatives: We had a table booked and still had to wait over 50 mins, some staff were a little blunt when we were asking how much longer we would need to wait and didnāt even say sorry. Food also wasnāt anything special especially considering how much you were paying. Positives: Atmosphere was cool with good live music. Setting was really nice with good interior and nice view of the beach.

We arrived to nammos and proceeded to the table, the music was very loud, we asked to move outside which we were advised was full however we can be moved after drinks / starters. No one come back over to the table to move us. Next thing is, we had to ask 2 x colleagues to bring the drinks and food menu as we were sitting there for 5-7 minutes and no server to be found. Eventually a gentleman come over and assisted us with our first order and I actually had to ask him if he was our server for the evening as we didnāt even receive a basic introduction. When addressed this to the manager later on he said āthis isnāt something that we doā. A very poor standard for such a āhigh class restaurantā Then, we was told the grill was ābrokenā so half of the menu was not available - absolutely shocking for a night of service . We ordered quite a lot of starters and felt full so cancelled 1 x pasta main with a random colleague that we had to flag down as no check back was completed to the table. However, 10 mins later both pasta dish arrived and we asked to remove the one we cancelled as we wouldnāt be able to eat it. The waiter advised not possible. At this point the night was completely ruined and we requested for the bill as we just wanted to leave. The bill arrived with both dishes of pasta on (both pasta dishes we did not even touch and left on the table as we were just done with the restaurant at this point). We requested to speak with the manager of which he took 10 minutes to come over to us. The āgeneral managerā who gave us a fake name had a really bad attitude and told us the dishes cannot be cancelled even with notice. You would think as a gesture of good will considering the awful service we received that Nammos would be willing to remove 1 x dish from our check. We was refusing to pay for the bill and eventually got forced into paying the full bill in which we were very angry about. Overall, the whole experience was awful. I will never be returning to nammos. All they care about is the number of covers they do for the night, the money they are making and not the service. Can get better personalised service in Wagamamas.

We were so looking forward to visiting to celebrate a friendās 40th birthday.
We booked in advance, a table for 4.
How disappointed we were.
On arrival - the reception area was carnage with lots of guests standing around the check in desk.
We were checked in as our reservation was 9.30 and asked to wait in the āwaiting areaā
There were so many people there we ended up on the corridor by the wine and meat fridges.
After ten mins we queried what was happening and could not get a straight answer about the delay and were asked to simply wait. After a further ten mins we went to ask again . (Imagine about 30 people just hanging around a foyer)
We were then asked to move from the corridor to the āgarden areaā where we could wait again for our table. We asked about a drink where we were told to take a seat in the garden area and we āmightā be able to get a drink.
Another ten mins and we were asked this time to take a seat outsideā¦ to wait again for our table. That we had reserved this was now 10.15 and without a drink to explanation.
The restaurant was busy with live music. There was a buzz but in the mix of people complaining they didnāt have a table and had been waiting.
The hosts donāt care, the staff seem downbeat and it was chaos. Yes we could have left but it was a special occasion and had looked for to the food.
We were the. Taken to a seat outside, this time on the beach, on the sand. We refused to be seated there and chose a table that was on more solid ground! This time we actually got a drink.
At 10.30 we got our table outside. A cramped table for 2 (there were 4 of us)
We all decided to make the most of it and not let it spoil our nightā¦.
At midnight we got our main course food. 2.5 hours after our reservation. 1.5 hours after being seated. 30 mins after starters. The food was good. But just too late. They did however move us to a larger table for our main course.
Whilst we got a discount on the bill we didnāt get an apology or explanation.
The staff seemed to accept it. This seems to be just what itās like at Nammos.
Not somewhere we would recommend or go to again.
Forget Money! Don't Waste Your Valuable Time
You need to tackle the heavy traffic outside of the hotel. Once you've arrived to have a nice dinner with your friends; Surprise;
1. Even if you book the table you have to wait a long time to get your table.
2. While you are waiting for your table, nobody will update you about the status.
3. We ordered very basic food in the beginning of the dinner which took at least 45 mins to be delivered.
4. Ordered grilled octopus which came an hour later which was super cold. Most probably, it was waiting for waiter to deliver it to the table. Come on! this is fine dining restaurant if you see the bill at the end.
5. Asked for ouzo which was served after we had escalated the issue to the manager roughly after 50mins.
6. If you take your car with you (not possible to find taxi on Saturday evening), get ready to see your car in front of the venue after 50mins. Even our safe driver complaint the venue at the parking area since he had to wait the same amount of time with us.
We agreed that no more plan will be arranged in this place again.
Do not go there
If you want to be insulted go to this restaurant . they have no respect for their customers . even if you have reservation you have to wait for at least 15 to 20 minutes . I do not mind waiting sitting on a nice chair but not standing all this time
I am really surprise where is the ministry of municipality to see how they use the walk way to put tables less than 50 cm from the kitchen . it is very dangerous for the customers if there will be fire
This restaurant is not looking for customers comfort they are looking to make as much money before the government of Dubai find out what they are doing
I am planning to send a letter to Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid office to send inspectors to see the situation because I do not think he will accept having in his town this type of restaurants
Terrible experience
We booked the table at 10 oāclock outside. When we arrived receptionist told us the there is 15 minutes wait till our table is getting ready . After one hour they said they can not offer outside table . We had to sit inside.
30 minutes wait for drinks to be served . The bottle of red wine cork is broke while the server was opening it . He argued with me for several minutes to not change a bottle as i asked to chnage it.
I believe due to being very busy there was no management or looking after customer .
Disaster!!!
I have been Nammos more than 10 times and recommended every tourist to visit there to have one great night. However, last 2 experiences were total dissappoinment which lead me to write this review.
I will definitely not go to Nammos anymore again and will not recommend anyone to go.
1- First of all even if you have a reservation from months ago, they tell you they do not guarantee the place of the table and first come first served but when you go there even if there are available tables in main dining area they tell you these were reserved (hello??? I have reservation too and you tell me that I cannot pick a table) and give you a table very far from main dining area. I think they keep these tables for the ones who were allowed (!) to pick a table.
2- Portions were much bigger last year but now it is almost half of it.
3- you have to wait for a salad to be prepared for 2 hours (not kidding)
4- I do not even mention about the missed orders, wrong billsā¦
5- last years, live performance was much longer and they had dance performance as well but last 2 times I visited, live singers only sing 2-3 songs and then dj comes in which is not a good one.
6- there is a time limit to sit for 2 hours but at the end of the 1st hour, waiter starts to harras you to leave. (Not kidding, I have been told to leave while I was eating my food)
Do not go there, do not waste your time, money to lose your temper.

It has bad service and no body care about your request and manager is so rude at least restaurants itās not like every thing so Bad.

This place clearly doesnāt care about their customers or the huge amount of 1 star reviews saying the same complaints over and over.
Let me go through the Nammos check list.
1. Arrived on time but told we would have to wait 10-15 mins.
2. After 30mins asked a passing staff member for an update and was dismissed.
3. Went to the front desk 1 hr after arriving to enquire about the table.
4. They admitted they had forgotten about us and offered (a party of 3) a table not big enough for 1 person which was also joined to another party.
5. Waited another 10 mins for an alternative table which was also too small for 3 people.
6. I asked to speak to the manager, who only explained that they are very busy and offered a drink to make up for the wait.
7. After 40 mins the apology drinks never arrived. The menus never arrived. Our order wasnāt taken.
8. Wasted 2hrs of our lives.
9. Leave annoyed.
At all points above, the staff look annoyed at being asked to do their jobs, they ignore simple requests, and offer no solutions only repeating āthis is the way it isā.
Even the manager couldnāt force them to get 3 drinks within 40 mins, what hope has a customer of having a decent experience

Great place, amazing food. Cray drinks. Beautiful vibe. Great location. Best place for sundowner in Dubai. Keep in mind they are always busy so reserve well in advance. Pricey but worth it
