Nobu Atlantic City Reviews
I made a reservation for Thursday night at 8pm.
I noted that they close at 9pm. You can park at the Ceasars parking garage and they will give you a parking validation. The restaurant was trendy inside. We ordered a sashimi platter, two sushi rolls (yellow tail and spicy scallop), the yuzu lobster and the black miso cod. The sashimi platter and the sushi rolls looked very impressive. I like that they included many pieces of perilla leaf! I thought that the lobster was decent. It was fried and came with about 7 pieces. Nobu is known for their black miso cod. The sauce was too sweet, like eating candy fish.
We ate here when we were in town for a concert at Boardwalk
We ate here when we were in town for a concert at Boardwalk Hall, it was a last minute booking and I didn't realize it was going to be Tapas. The restaurant itself is clean and fine for a casino restaurant, some of the windows need repair or cleaning, but the ocean views are still appreciated! The server was attentive and cordial, as were all the staff. The food and drinks were good. The price is very high which is why we won't likely be back soon. There was nothing wrong, just over $300 for a few plates and a couple of drinks isn't something we need to do too regularly! After we left I realized that we could have made do with some of the larger plates only and that would have been enough.
First time at Nobu.
Eat sushi and sashimi a few times a week and was so looking forward to it. Ordered 2 omakase . Unfortunately the sushi was average at best . The cooked portion of the meal was above average but I was there for the raw fish. Not sure if this is specific to AC or if this is the norm. Sorry, disappointed
I have been to many nobu locations before.
So i am very much a fan of the chain. Fondly made it to the one in nobu hotel in Atlantic City. Great place. Atmosphere very chill. Not crazy busy. But it was Thursday and stormy weather. Good we ordered was amazing. I just wish they had more on the menu. As other nobu restaurants usually add their own specials. Staff friendly. Service quick and efficient Ordered small tacos. Very fresh. Said was great. Sashimi was amazing. Will return and hopefully they have more to offer.
Went for happy hour.
The server was knowledgeable and made great recommendations. Even the bussing in between apps was top tier. Drinks were great! Will be back soon.

We came in last month for drinks and came back to try the food! What a great call! The food was so delicious and came out quick and hot. We had exceptional service at the bar and already made plans to come back in October.
First time to nobu and had a great time.
Had a Reservation, and quickly seated All the food came out quickly and tasted fresh. We got sushi, and some apps. The truffle corn app was literally one of the best things ive ever tasted, WIN. Ambiance was great, temperature was nice and the views were stunning. If you're in the area, and don't mind spending a bit more this is a great option.
Nobu is the greatest Japanese experience on this earth.
Anything you order is fantastic.. be prepared to spend a lot of money, but it is worth it
We had a great dinner at Nobu during a recent family trip.
Given it's a big name in a casino I was worried about how the food and service would actually be but we were very pleased. We easily got a reservation which I do suggest, and request a table near the window to view the ocean and boardwalk. They serve their food family style, and the waitress recommended some options and we were very pleased with it all. They do have a Happy Hour type menu only available in the lounge so be aware of that. Some of the standouts were the tradito, crispy rice rolls, edamame choclo, black cod miso, and spicy scallop roll. But truly everything was great as was our service!
Nobu makes phenomenal sashimi-based dishes that look
Nobu makes phenomenal sashimi-based dishes that look amazing and taste divine. Service was imperfect, but the food was so great that we did not mind. It is amusing that this high-end sushi restaurant is nestled within such a low-class casino hotel.

My boyfriend made a reservation a few weeks ago for our three-year anniversary and requested a table at the window. When we arrived at the restaurant, the gentleman informed us that the other woman was checking to make sure we got the correct view and stated that "It would be a great one!" When the woman came back to take us to our seats, it was nowhere near the window. She asked us if we would like to wait a few mins for a table by the window and then she spotted one that was open and went to check(not sure with who or where.) She came back and stated that the table was already reserved. We took notice that the people that got that table were an older couple behind us when waiting to check in for our reservation. It didn't make much sense to us and a proper explanation would have been appreciated. On to the drinks and food- The drinks were good and the food was mediocre at best for the price that you're paying. I would never mind paying that much money if the experience/food was worth it. The one positive about our experience was our server, Holly. She was so kind, efficient and helpful. We love experiencing new restaurants together and I don't regret going but we both agreed we would not go again.

Absolutely horrible! We came here on a Wednesday night with a 745 reservation for 6 people, we checked the in at 740 and were told it would be a couple minutes. After waiting about 25 min we decided to try and get a drink at the bar, year right! The bartenders didn't even acknowledge that we were there. After finally be seated (at a table that was open the entire time we were waiting) and then waiting another 10-15 min, we put our drink order together in. 45 min after the drink order was placed, we asked how much longer it would be to get the drinks and were told "maybe 10 minutes". How does it take that long to get a drink. At that point we made reservations somewhere else and left. For being such a high end restaurant this experience was absolutely terrible!! Definitely won't be returning.
On this trip to Nobu, I went for the TANOSHI HOUR happy
On this trip to Nobu, I went for the TANOSHI HOUR happy hour. It is Wed - Sun from 5pm to 6pm. During this hour, they have discounted drinks and sushi in the bar area only. It's a beautiful bar area with comfy chairs. The bartenders were very friendly and helped me pick out which Sake I would like the best. The avocado rolls were very tasty. And the sake complemented the rolls perfectly. Definitely will go back to try other menu items in the future.
Good hรดtel with great location
Great location, no doubt. Itโs right in the middle of the boardwalk. The only 2 complaints is about the service via phone and the bell boy serviceโฆ 1) Tried to call for help as the safe wasnโt working and we were on hold for over 30 minutes. 2) We brought 2 folded bikes in cases but the bell boy wouldnโt touch it. We had to carry it ourselves. The good news is that we erected the bike and rolled them to the room even going through the casino
Worst casino experience
Casino looks nice, that's about it. Service is the worst I have ever experienced in Atlantic City. No one cleaned my room for 3 days, they fumbled my confirmation and my children and I waited for 2 hours to check in after completing the check in prior to arriving. Take your business elsewhere.
Love the vibe in nobu.
Love to sit at the bar have a cocktail and sushi roll. Or any of the appetizing dishes
Quick getaway
Clean rooms, pleasant staff, liked everything except having to pay for the pool. Isnโt that why we pay a resort fee ??
Not a good stay this time
This experience was not too good as others we was told at 730pm our room was ready at 730pm was not able to get keys out machine. Waited on line 45 minutes to be told our room was not clean the room we were giving was not the deluxe in which was ready or what we chose. Then while waiting on line the customer service representative let someone that couldnโt get their keys either skip the line while everyone else was considerate and made the line. Then he dismissed us when we complained about it. Unexceptionable . And I still rated a 4 cause we never have problems here.
Great weekend with My Husband!
Everyone is so nice at horseshoe bossier City if we come to gambling it's always at a Caesars resort. Ceaser is the best with comps and customer appreciation! My spouse and I always enjoy hanging out watching the band on Friday and Saturday night's. It's a awesome break away from the mundane.
Not a good Experience
I bought a package deal, hotel + 2 show tickets to โHook.โ Despite email instructions given, the front desk informed me that they had nothing to do with the show tickets and I would have to go the box office. After waiting for the box office to open, their computer system did not have the capability to process the show tickets with the package deal. Staff initially said I would have to pay for the tickets and the โdealโ was only the option to upgrade the tickets. It took around 45 minutes and two supervisors to deal with this problem and finally they were able to print the tickets. Unacceptable. Purchased a smoking room. Horrible. The room did not have a vent system and the air quality was terrible. The entire floor was smoky. Lesson learned ! Called front desk to request a late check out. Was informed it was $30 per hour. Forget it. Wanted to go to the pool on day of check out. Was told No, it is only available during booked hours.
Nice room at Centurion Tower
I stayed at Centurion Tower Premium King room, it had a very nice remodel and was a lot nicer than some of the other tower rooms of a couple years ago. Nice view of the ocean. Great lighting with lights behind headboard, under bed table, big lighted closet. Nice tiled shower, separate toilet room. Bed was comfortable, pillows not as much but not bad. With the offered discount my room was $101 total mid-week. Where can you find a nice room on the ocean for that, Super8 hotel is usually more. I don't use the casino, I'd rather walk the beach/boardwalk and get meals in town, so I don't pay the slots/expensive meals 'tax'. The coffee shop in lobby I like. I'll catch the jitney to play poker at Borgata. Great room, great deal.
Alenes vacation
The pool was extra and I wasn't told. It was not right to do a future vacation stayer.stayed. I would nevercstay here again or recommend here.
BUGS
I woke to bed bugs in the bed, i called the front desk, after waiting on hold over 25min. I decided to take the comforter with bed bug down to front desk. I talked to the attendant & supervisor, the attendant was talking to me with a nasty attitude neither one of them was helpful or really concerned about what was going with me waking up with bed bugs. Which tells me this is a routine thing at the HARRAHS Hotel. I did take pictures, I won't be staying or spending any more money at the establishment. The Customer service is awful
Epitome of Greed
Have you visited the pool at Ceasars Atlantic City? Well, you will encounter the epitome of Greed if you do. You cannot even dip your toes in the pool unless you pay $30 for a chair or $80 for a lounge chair!! But hey, just keep charging extra for everything, especially free things like the pool at other hotels, and more people will go elsewhere to enjoy their gambling experience!
Loved the food especially the edamame & baby corn starters.
Tacos were great too. Do not recommend the Brussels sprouts
I had dinner last night and it wasn't great.
The food was lackluster and off. The tacos were soggy /rolls were overstuffed with rice/mushroom salad with lobster was plain not good. I hope it was just an off night bc I really love the menu !
Got food poisoning from non-raw food when my wife and I ate
Got food poisoning from non-raw food when my wife and I ate there. Ruined the show I went to that I spent a lot of money for tickets. Called the next day and they just didn't care. The manager basically said there is nothing they can/will do. Shame on you AC Nobu I only hope this isn't how you treat the rest of your customers.
Not Much Different from Standard Centurion Tower Room But a Pleasant Stay
If you're new to staying at Caesars, NOBU is very nice. If you've stayed at Caesars before, in the Centurion Tower, NOBU is laid out about the same except there are a few "touches". Check-in was in a separate area (near VIP) and the staff was very accommodating. We were given warm hand towels and tea. The Room, as I stated above is laid out the same as any other Centurion Tower room. You do have a couch and table (instead of the small table with one chair) along with an upgraded coffee maker, K-cups, and small coffee cups w/spoons. The bathroom is just about the same as all others but you do have a vessel sink and upgraded toiletries. We did have a king bed, panoramic corner room which has two large windows. This allows for an ocean view as well as a view of the marina. It was a very nice, quiet stay but I would've expected more of a "step up" having stayed in this tower several times over the years.
This is not Nobu quality - Go to Oceans
The reason for the rating of 1 star is very simple - this is not the quality of a nobu hotel and does not provide nobu service. It is located in Caesars hotel on the top 3 floors of the Centurion tower - without a separate lobby or check in you are stuck with Caesars service for everything. The separate nobu check in area closed by 5-5:30pm and is also really just the high rewards Caesars check in. To start the room was okay but felt like Caesars with black instead of white as the main theme - the hotel just opened and the dresser was falling apart - aside from that it is a pretty standard upgraded room at Caesars. I had the panoramic ocean and city view King room which is the best offered - absolutely not impressed much better to go with Oceans Casino The location is all okay as it is inside Caesars this means the prostitutes and thugs who run them share your elevators entries and floors - the same selling people as a service is located on the top 3 nobu floors as well. There were gang members haze fighting outside the Centurion entry in the casino area and the security is as scared to intervene as you would be. They continued into the elevators and security was going to allow them in the same elevator as us. Very disappointed for Nobu @Robert DeNiro. Now the service is the worst part. Again stuck with Caesars service this is absolutely unacceptable. The staff is rude and incompetent - unwilling to help - and if you call after 9pm the phone will ring endlessly. I waited for 45 minutes and nobody picked up for wake up call request. There are signs for vending and soda machines - these new floors do not have the vending machines for water - went downstairs to the 39th floor and had to spend 3.75 for a 8 ounce bottle as they charge at Caesars. Upon checkout before 11am they printed my receipt and never checked me out - I have not received rewards and my initial deposit along with $80+ extra was charged two days after checkout and there was plenty to be covered by the extra pre-authorizations that were held for the food ordered. I still have the pre-authorization for the food which makes no sense as they were authorized within 1 hour from checking in. This makes no sense. Since I didn't receive any rewards for the entire gambling experience due to unknown reasons with no help from Aniqua at Rewards or the other man there(both extremely rude and aggressive would not even give name when asked) I happened to go to front desk to make sure that I will receive the rewards for my stay - this is where I found our I was still checked in 4 hours after checkout - ridiculous and unacceptable. Each member at the front desk of Caesars which is Nobu check in as well is absolutely horrible - they should all be fired for what they let go on in the casino and on hotel grounds as well as the interactions with guests. This is including the supervisor, the worst of all of them. Do not go here this is not Nobu quality. It is a gang sucking scam. Trip typeVacation ยท Family
Went for a quick trip to AC.
Decided to try Nobu. ( our favorite AC restaurant Buddakan had sadly closed during Covid). I had the Black Miso Cod and Baby Artichoke salad which were both delicious. Hubby had the Shrimp and Lobster in Spicy Lemon Sauce. He enjoyed the dish however was disappointed that at $55 it was literally 3 shrimp and 2 bites of lobster. All in all a nice dinner.
Nobu is an experience.
Our reservation was honored on time. The staff is friendly & professional. The drinks are tasty and the dishes are delectable. Be prepared to order a few dishes if you're after that full feeling. Hope to come back for another special occasion.
Everything we ate was so good and I forgot to take pictures.
The ambiance was great but the music was a tad loud. Joel was our server and he was very attentive and provided great service. We had the miso soup, baby corn, miso eggplant, shrimp tempura, garlic shrimp and donuts for dessert. I'd recommend everything we ordered. Can't wait to come back and try more dishes.
Had high hopes for Nobu, only to be disappointed.
My husband got the Shrimp And Lobster with Spicy Lemon Sauce. For $55 it had 3 shrimp and two bites of lobster. Two tequilas on the rocks $30 with minimal amount of tequila, And mostly ice. Definitely would not return.
Opening weekend at Nobu Atlantic City
We were fortunate to spend opening weekend at Nobu Hotel Atlantic City. The rooms were brand new and beautiful! Everything was so crisp and clean. The VIP check-in with tea, chocolates, and warm towels was also a very nice touch. One of our rooms was not ready at check-in, which was no issue for us. Within the hour, we received a call from a front desk agent that it was ready and even offered to deliver the keys to us in the casino. I couldnโt be any more pleased with our stay!
Amazing! The service was great like always! No where can
Amazing! The service was great like always! No where can compare to nobu!!! The wagyu tacos are out of this world, all the sushi is great I always get shrimp tempura it's amazing. The drinks are delicious l, everything about this place is just perfect ! Wait and of course the crispy rice is also a must !!
I can't recommend this restaurant enough as everything from
I can't recommend this restaurant enough as everything from the vibe and service to ofc the food was amazing. Our server's name was Pimwee and we will request her every time going forward as she was super friendly and incredible at her job, def an integral part in ensuring that our dining experience was top notch! While my husband and I are both vegan, Pimwee literally went thru the entire menu and let us know the tweaks that the kitchen could make in order to veganize the dishes. She was awesome! And while the food is pricey, it's worth every penny. From the crispy rice avo bites to the cauliflower with dill sauce, each plate was better than the last. 10/10! *Only advice is to have a separate vegetarian/vegan menu
Oral symphony!! A magical experience with each plate.
Plated as they are ready, fresh and bright not order conscious. Brilliant thanks Chef! David Bello really shined an exemplary mixologist. Totally ruined my whole Yellowtail Jalepeno experince Waygo actually gave me an emotional moment so silky
What can I say except everything was amazing.
I sat at the bar and the bartenders made sure I was taken care of. I had the happy hour menu with Brussel Sprouts and of course had to have sushi. I can see why Nobu has its reputation. I also liked the restaurant decor.
The food was delicious and the vibe was on point.
This is a wonderful establishment to celebrate your birthday or a special occasion. Amber was our waitress and she went above and beyond to make sure that my sister had an awesome birthday. The food was top tier and the dessert left me wanting more. Check out Nobu and tell me what you think, enjoy!!!
Love the atmosphere and all the dishes I was able to enjoy
Love the atmosphere and all the dishes I was able to enjoy - everything was super tasty. Great date night vibe.
Can never go wrong with nobu.
Came here after trying to get a reservation at Izakaya and they were all booked up. We got a spot the day of on Christmas Day at Nobu for 6 people which was really great. The waiters were all so attentive and really made us feel special. The only problem was that they had a shortage of sake and only had one bottle available but luckily for us it was one of the 2 options that we were intending to order. We ordered a bunch of the classics and tried a few new items such as the special boneless short ribs, baby corn, and artichoke salad. All were excellent as of course were the crispy rice and sushi rolls. Surprisingly enough the vegetable roll was one of my favorites. They add a shiso leaf inside which gives it such a refreshing taste to a normal veg roll. Really really delicious. We ended up with a 600 something dollar bill and were so shocked by that we all thought it would've been at least 900$ minimum. Definitely will be back as we enjoyed every second!
We were staying at Caesar's for a birthday get away and
We were staying at Caesar's for a birthday get away and decided to celebrate at Nobu. We made reservations on open table and at the time it only had open seating for the bar area. When making reservations be aware if you don't cancel 24 hours in advance you will be charged $25 per person. Upon arriving for our reservation at 830 pm it wasn't busy at all so they sat us in the dining around where there is a view of the ocean. It was night time so there wasn't much to see. We brought a bottle of champagne with us knowing there would be a corking fee but we did not expect it to be $50 so we opted not to open the champagne but they were nice enough to still set it on ice for us so we could enjoy it later. We ordered a spicy tuna roll, miso soup, and the grilled salmon. All of the food was delicious. I know miso soup is so simple but this was the best miso soup I've ever had the broth was so rich and packed with flavor. The salmon we ordered was cooked perfectly and we ordered both sauces on the side and put both on the salmon. All in all we had a great time and may even try the one in Malibu CA when we get back home.
The food was amazing.
The location is attractive. Went for my birthday and had a 7pm reservation. Waited over 1/2 an hour to be seated and observed other groups getting agitated with the staff over their seemingly nonchalant attitude about the wait. Also observed some people arrive and not have to wait (although having the same number in their group as I did). The hostess acknowledged my birthday when I arrived, yet the waitress did not (no offer of a complimentary slice of cake or other dessert), although she was very pleasant. A restaurant experience starts as soon as you walk in and isn't exclusively about the food. Chart House AC needs to do better.
The overall experience left us underwhelmed.
Not only was the food poorly executed (lacking salt and acid), it took forever... We ended up canceling the remaining order and left - the bill for two with drinks $450. Not how I remember Nobu from dining in Miami and Houston. Once I asked for the manager (shouldn't have had to ask) they comped a sea bass and said the kitchen was struggling (on a Wed). We won't go back or recommend it to anyone.
Loved our experience at Nobu! The restaurant is beautiful
Loved our experience at Nobu! The restaurant is beautiful and has an intimate feel and we loved windows that look out of the casino. As for the food, everything was absolutely delicious. The lychee martini's we ordered was our favorite drinks! The appetizers were cooked to perfection and the sushi and the black miso cod were absolutely amazing. The desserts were delicious as well, just overall the food was amazing. The only thing is, the portions are small, so definitely order enough! Our server was super helpful with suggesting dishes and made our overall experience really nice. In summary, the quality of the food is great. It's pricey for sure, so definitely an occasion type of dinner to make a special night!
Dined here over Presidents Day Weekend.
Second time visiting in the past three months. (Love having Nobu in AC.) Food and drinks were exceptional. However, service could have been better. Pacing of the meal was way off (lots of dishes coming at once then long waits before the next round of dishes). Not something you expect from a high-end restaurant. Hopefully this was a one time thing? Service issues aside, I'm still a big a fan of Nobu and will definitely be back.
Disappointed, the food was good but they messed up our bill
Disappointed, the food was good but they messed up our bill twice making us late for a show. I probably would not have noticed but the bill was $240 for a few glasses of wine and some appetizers. We probably will not go back.
This was amazing from start to finish.
Nobu is located in what was previously the diamond club/ laurel lounge. If you're familiar, you know the view I'd fantastic. We were seated at a table for two with one of us. Me. Facing the window. The tables are a bit close, but so many places are like that now. The menu and suggested order of eating as well as recommendations were presented. We started with the lychee martini and a mango passion. The smell of the mango drink was heavenly. Both tasted fantastic. The restaurant is tapas style. They recommend a few cold items to start. I cannot stress enough. You must try the crispy rice and spicy tuna. This was definitely one of the top two items we tried. More on the other top item later. The other item we tried was the spinach salad with shrimp. The must dressing on this was quite tasty. Followed by our hot item. We should have shared one, but there were two items we wanted to try. The beef tenderloin and spicy garlic shrimp. The beef tenderloin was good, but I wouldn't say it was the highlight of our meal. The spicy garlic shrimp had asparagus, zucchini, delicate squash, and broccoli. It was quite spicy and delicious. This is the point where you'd normally enjoy the sushi course. We were already feeling quite full, so we had to pass.We decided on the brownie for dessert. It wasn't really a brownie, but whatever it was made both of our eyes roll into the back of our head. ;) I didn't get any pictures. Since it's a nicer restaurant and tables we're so close I didn't want to drag my phone out. It's a bit pricey. It came to about 230. Our current fav was Morton's steak house, and nobu definitely is right up there with Mortons. It was about 2 hours from start to finish. So allow some time to enjoy!
came to nobu for a girls night and had a great time! lychee
came to nobu for a girls night and had a great time! lychee martinis here are a must We started with some tacos, lobster ceviche and yellowtail. The yellow tail was incredible, fresh and melted in your mouth and a good amount for a group of 6 girls We then got the miso cod, brussels and the beef. The miso cod was the best dish of the night. The flavor and the cook was perfect. The beef was also tasty but the Brussels were a little on the salty sideWe ended with some rolls which were tasty but nothing too special Overall it was great service, food and ambience!
Great food, service, and views at this Nobu at Caesars in
Great food, service, and views at this Nobu at Caesars in Atlantic City. Stephanie was especially knowledgeable about the menu and guided us thru our order while there. Each course was explained to us and presented with care and elegance. I'd certainly recommend eating here for a fancy dinner and especially after hitting it big on the Super Bowl!
