When we returning to Rio is was number one on my list to eat at again but the service went significantly downhill and none of the food stood out as anything special. Ceviche was watery and the plates were small.

Exceptional food and service!! I had the Wellington and some kind of tuna dish. Both absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed the drinks as well. If you are in RIO Nosso is an absolute MUST. Highly recommend. I loved the variety of choices in their menu, I felt like they were all very unique - and equally as delicious. I went with a party of 15 or so and everyone was very happy with their meal.
I went on an off day for the kitchen.
The food was just too salty. I didn't finish my appetizer because of the heavy salt, although the flavors were definitely there. I also had to send back my pasta because it was just too salty and inedible. Since I wasted my money with the appetizer, i kindly requested they redo the pasta with less salt so I could take it home. It was delicious the next day. Again, the flavors are there and I could tell the food had potential to be delicious if maybe the chef that day just tasted what they were sending out. The ambiance and service were good as well, although they had what seemed to be one waiter per floor. And when it got busy, the service became slow and inattentive. My drink of choice was delicious and I immediately ordered a second glass. I just wish they didn't fill it with a giant ice cube because only a small amount of the drink was left in the cup as a result. Overall, I can see why this restaurant had solid reviews, I think I just happened to be there on an off night.

Nosso is what you get when you have a great kitchen and a very good bar program almost working together. It's so close to being an amazing establishment, but they seem to settle for great. The food is wonderful. The filler mignon was perfectly cooked. The gnocchi was perfectly cooked. Every sauce was decadent. Even the seemingly simple falafel and humus plate was nearly next level. You'd be hard pressed to find food this good at this price. The drinks are also good, but there needs to be coordination in flavor between the kitchen and bar. The drinks and food don't compliment one another, but individually they're great. If they can bridge the gap they're a next level establishment. Until then they're "only" great. Service staff is attentive and helpful. They do speak English and accept credit card. You don't need reservations if you arrive as they open or shortly after.

One of the best meals we had during our week-long trip to Rio! Even though there was a bit of a language barrier with our waiter, he was so kind, attentive, and provided great recommendations. We pretty much ordered one of every entree, multiple appetizers, and every dessert. Everything hit the spot!! Our favorites included: - Duck fat rice - oysters - ceviche: so fresh! - grilled octopus - squid ink pasta with scallops - steak with gnocchi .. really you just can't go wrong! The high ball and milk punch cocktails were so delicious, and we also got a few bottles of wine for the table as recommended by our waiter. The ambiance was chic and perfect for our celebration/fancy meal in Rio. Because we had a group of 6, I (easily) made a res online about 1.5-2 weeks beforehand. Love this place so much, would highly recommend to anyone visiting!!

the user has and how many percent of their transactions resulted in them issuing a refund.
If there is no user posting that fits your schedule, you can bid on your preferred time.
Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to NOSSO Ipanema at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the NOSSO Ipanema page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* PerceptiveWash44, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* PerceptiveWash44 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to PerceptiveWash44 for any questions Peter may have as PerceptiveWash44 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* PerceptiveWash44 now uses their connections at NOSSO Ipanema to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If PerceptiveWash44 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, PerceptiveWash44 receives the $200 reward which is credited to PerceptiveWash44's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at NOSSO Ipanema!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
