Where does this star come from?
Could it be the location at the foot of the Champs Elysées, the idyllic site in the heart of a garden or the honest smile of the waiters? In any case, we did not identify any stars on our plates. Dishes without much flavor (we looked for the taste of crab, a cheese soufflé without much interest, overcooked cod, excessively salty accompaniments). A cruel disappointment for the celebration of a birthday. The many tourists present seemed to be okay with it.
An excellent dinner spoiled by an uninteresting dessert
Very pleasant service, excellent dishes, only one regret with the 4-course dinner ending with an ordinary dessert, a rhubarb sorbet, which spoils the evening a little.
Just Perfect
Really good selection of wine, really really good food and service! We couldn’t have a chance to see the main chef but the taste was above the clouds in every dish.
Magical and exceptional Easter brunch
Quality and delicious dishes. Very friendly and attentive staff. Exceptional egg hunt, the best my son has ever done. Bravo to the hatter, disguised too well and who plays his role too well. Brunch on the counter, in front of the cooks. Best brunch of my entire life. Bravo Yannick Alleno what talent!!!

An unforgettable moment for my 50th birthday. A refined, tasty cuisine, without the need to add anything to the title of the dishes. We found everything in the tastes, and in each mouthful a different flavor, for us, new to starry culture but who are very demanding, we We had a great time, great service and thanks to the manager who was working his last moments, we found him very sincere in his approach to customers whatever their appearance. In fact, we passed by the restaurant by chance and decided to stop there based on the menu that caught our eye. Our outfit actually denoted the atmosphere and the usual clientele, we felt it on our arrival with a particular look. Disappointing attitude of the young woman who informed us about the wine who commented on our choice with a colleague in an amused and ironic tone. Not very classy in this type of establishment, we should learn not to judge people on their learning... which is sometimes misleading. If we go through the door of the restaurant, it is because we have the means to do so, even if we believe that it is not always necessary to order a more expensive bottle of wine. For your information, our personal wine cellar is very well stocked. Except for this little moment which didn't spoil anything because everything else was really perfect. Thank you Mr ALLENO

Wonderful gastronomic experience! Great discovery of whiskey and wine with the attentive sommelier. Taste pleasure from start to finish with the adorable chef Thomas Ruiz who brings a magical moment to life! Pure joy for the scallops, marrow, extraction of Iberian ham and caviar... Exquisite crab starter with surprising flavors. A perfect pleasure among a beautiful, smiling team!

Fantastic experience at the counter, immersion in the teams we watch doing goldsmithing. Class and attention, incredible meal.
Exceptional Even For A Simple Light Lunch.
In an elegant setting where the welcome is in tune with each other, the dishes are deliciously innovative. The butler's explanations are as precise as the cooking. Unfortunately in the winter garden the wind tunnel is almost as loud as the music is unbearable. The 200€/person will not satisfy you.
Disappointing culinary experience.
Unfortunately disappointing. Overall, not very creative cuisine, at least for the Pavyllon brasserie. Not the impression of experiencing a Michelin star. Good but nothing more. We don’t feel the touch of a world-renowned chef. Maybe because he takes more care of his 3-star hotel two floors higher? Impression reinforced after tasting the very good and creative cuisine of Nicolas Carro at Carantec the previous week. A real experience of a Michelin star restaurant which leaves a real memory in the taste buds unlike Pavyllon which does not make you want to return. Damage.

We had such a lovely experience at the counter for dinner on a Sunday night. It was hubby's birthday so I emailed them ahead of time, and they were so cool in seating us dead center of the counter So we got to see the action up close and personal! Typically, we like privacy when we dine so while I knew that while it may not be Hubby's first choice to sit at the counter, we both loved it and felt like it was one of those super unique experiences. The night before, we had a spectacular meal at La Tour D'Argent which we visited on his last milestone birthday So we didn't expect Pavvylon to top the experience and meal, but it was an equally wonderful meal and experience. The food was pretty spectacular especially my langoustine tartare in this buckwheat tuille. We then split the cavatelle with lobster....imagine a sauce of lobster bisque but not as heavy. We also split the lasagne...how do they get the pasta so finely sliced between the layers. Hubby had the most amazing sea bass....it was almost Asian in flavoring. I ordered the hare, which to be honest, didn't love. It was too rich, and the dark mole-like sauce (not sweet and a little bitter) just didn't work for me. I wanted to swap with hubby for his dish!! Dessert was very good...light on its feet so good way to finish dinner. The deconstructed pear tart that hubby ordered was damn good. The service was impeccable, and it was so fun to watch the kitchen and chefs work its magic on our food. We were so lucky that we sat right by the chef assembly area; the head chef was so gracious and stopped by several times to talk to us about the preparation since I had questions. It was one of those special experiences that will turn into a great memory.

This was such a unique and memorable experience to wrap up our Europe trip! We arrived in Paris an hour and a half late from flight delays, and were traveling since 6 am that morning. I was so past the point of exhaustion, I wanted to cry thinking about having to put on a dress and go to dinner, but I am SO glad we pushed through. From the minute you walk in, you are treated with such respect, and everyone from the sommelier to the pastry chefs display such a deep passion for cuisine artistry. We ordered about 10 dishes, and all were so unique and complex in flavor, and watching the chefs work their magic in graceful chaos (btw, highly recommend sitting at the counter) was like watching 20 mini Picassos creating masterpieces.

This app is a catfish and overrun by people programming “bots” and algorithms. It makes it frustrating for someone not well versed in this to have any movement. I thought this would be a fun side hustle, but unfortunately it’s become like any other “side hustle”. Don’t waste your time with this crap. Not a question, just a suggestion. Also don’t pay these fake “gurus” hundreds of dollars to teach you. Might as well sign up for a software class. 😕

Might depend on what market you're in? Some have not been developed yet and some are still growing. Make some reservations ahead of time and post them for sale and get ahead of the bot bids? IDK.
