This was our first ever visit to the red lobster as we were staying at endless summer resort. Myself and my family absolutely loved it, the food was delicious and our server was fab the cocktails were huge and it was really reasonably priced for what we had. We were fortunate to have Lisa serve us today. She was very attentive and very patient with my mother and provided excellent service and took the time to make sure everything was perfect.

We had the privilege of dining here, and our server was amazing--definitely deserving of a 10-star rating. She was very attentive and welcoming, especially considering we had two children with us, and she was just on it. I ordered the Chicken Cajun Pasta, and my husband ordered the Snow Crab Legs. Unfortunately, they were out of chicken breast, but Jessica suggested substituting it with fried chicken, and WOW, it was amazing! Overall, the food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the environment was very clean and welcoming.

we visited the red lobster in early May 2024 and found the service to be fantastic friendly and very attentive. The food was also great. It was very hard to find anything wrong and we thought the price was very fair considering the amount of food that we had, that was all cooked perfectly

I shared a dish that had shrimp, lobster and salmon, served with broccoli, baked potato with cream cheese filling and bread! We ordered a mushroom and seafood starter! Everything very tasty. You left very satisfied! Total bill with two more drinks (margherita + beer) came to 74 dollars

Bad service was amazing, horrible, I absolutely do not recommend it. It's a shame because the franchise offers good food, but the service is very, very bad. Unfortunate!
Still tasty
Red lobster is always good. Never been disappointed. We’ve been here twice in a few days and two tail lobster dinner was delicious. Served hot fresh, properly cooked and those biscuits are to DIE for! I would venture to say it’s time for a much needed cosmetic upgrade as it’s truly showing its age. It’s time to lighten it up for sure. Everything else was good, as per usual.

The food is just ok, the biscuits took 40 minutes to come to our table, the drinks took longer, we ordered soup and appetizer, never was asked if we Wanted anything else. The manager never came to our table which was next to the bathroom, and the waitress was complaining about having 7 other tables. It took an hour to get our appetizer. This was the worst dining experience ever.

Perhaps it is one of the most renowned places in Orlando in the Convention Center area to taste the goodness of shellfish. If you then choose the dish with the whole range, from prawns to lobster, you can't help but lick your chops. Service in line with American restaurants To return

Pleasant location. As for the lobster dish, we were happy because it was good, although the side dish was perhaps a little too abundant. What disappointed expectations a little was the meat which, when served to children, was really too peppery, almost inedible. The waiting time was one hour. Friendly staff.

This place is perfect for an informal dinner with large groups of friends, it's part of a chain, it certainly doesn't pretend to be elegant but the food is excellent and the lobsters are really tasty, the staff is very friendly

Very disappointed with the red lobster this year ,I've been going there since 2012 and my god has it gone down hill is an understatement, first of all they have a guy taking pictures of the event [ dinner ] and I told him I'm fine I don't need any photos and he said they are free ,you get a a complementary picture but with his persistents I said OK take the picture ,then he comes over with the complementary photo and I said thank you and his reply was one for 20 and 2 for 30 dollars, I said no thanks and he just turned with no reply very rudley and walked away ,bit of a scam I thought myself considering the phone camera technology we have today, service was average and very pricey ,food average ,wouldn't recommend again

Made reservations for a milestone surprise birthday celebration and was attempting to check in w/ the guest of honor by my side. Made it a point to ask the maître'd not to speak too loudly as it was a surprise reservation. Not only did this (woosah) person blurt out the details & ruin the surprise, but this douche found the slip funny somehow. Tried to make the best of what I knew was a bad situation about to get worse, and thanks to a poorly staffed night, the food didn't make the night any better. The ONLY saving grace was our server Zuri, who was an absolute sweetheart. This goes to show just how a very small group of people can either make or break a business.

It was absolutely wonderful! Our waiter was so cute, knowledgeable and attentive. We were so exhausted from a 4-day grueling conference, that he really made our day. We devoured the biscuits, so he instantly brought us a new one basket. He had amazing recommendations as well. And was very honest about our questions. We really appreciated that. All of us were really out of it, so we forgot to take the printed receipt. I just called them to find it for me for my company expenses. They really made an effort and went through all the receipts of the day and emailed it to me! I would give them 7 stars if I could.

My husband ordered a steak with mashed potatoes which were creamy and delicious and who doesn't love Red Lobster biscuits, but the real standout was Queen. She is a phenomenal server. She was attentive and so sweet. If you go to Red Lobster, I highly suggest sitting in her section.

Avoid this establishment at all costs! Ordered endless shrimp and a steak, took about 40 minutes to get it. Were given 3 baskets of bread to compensate. Waitor just makes excuses. They weren't even 1/4 capacity. Ask for more shrimp wait another 20 minutes only to be missing half of what we ordered. Food was good, everything else was just terrible. I talked to the manager after dinner and expressed they should eliminate the camera man coming to the empty tables and hire another cook that can provide real value. Your employees rely on good management and ownership, this establishment appears to have neither.

Friendly staff but unfortunately very superficial, as is usual in America. Attention 2 out of 5. Food was good apart from the over-fried fish plate. I wouldn't recommend it, but if there's no alternative at hand, OK.

.. yall are sleeping on Red Lobster. I usually stay clear of it because it always smells old and the food is gross. But, I went tonight with family ( their choice) and was pleasantly surprised. They've updated their decor and ditched the carpet, everything feels nice and clean. Server (Queen Qu-e) was phenomenal and attentive. Appetizers were good, they brought back the stuffed mushrooms which are an all time fave. Entrees were sub par but good for a chain. Brussels sprouts were really good. If you're in the mood for something simple, try it out again. Those cheddar biscuits are just as delicious as always!

It's a shame Red Lobster isn't making enough money that they have to take it out on their customers . They give their employees a raise and make the customers pay even more for the small shrimp portions. There is no more taking food home. For me this is a turning point for me. Theres closer restaurants with better policies.
Delicious seafood at fair prices
Monday afternoon - it's not busy We are seated in the nicer room at the bar. The barman is also our waiter and very friendly and competent. This man lives his job and is a great host. The choice of seats is a bit complicated, as the tables in the booths are very high and close to the benches. But the person who places us finds something nice in the corner. The dishes are quickly chosen - we decide on the daily deal: "Lobster with shrimp" $20 plus a side. 1 coleslaw, a baked potato. The barman brings our draft beers. American draft, of course... But well chilled and delicious. Suddenly he comes with a sample of a self-designed drink "Wiches Mix" a bit sweet, but a great gesture. The starter consists of spicy cheese rolls made of very fluffy dough. It's so delicious. Then the main courses. A nice lobstertail, served on the crust as usual InsiteOut and a bowl full of shrimp in plenty of garlic butter. Everything is well cooked and tastes delicious. All in all, a delicious meal with nice service. If you choose the daily deal, you get great value for money. The main dining room is a hall with little atmosphere. We'll be back (Wednesday is the DD lobstertail with steak) ;-).)

We love Red Lobster! Even when the server took extra time to get to us, we felt the manager and the team worked together to get us taken care of. The food is always delicious and I usually have leftovers for another meal! The atmosphere is very comfortable and pleasant, so we enjoy eating here.
Fumble it
We were in town for an event and picked this location because it was in walking distance from the hotel. Plus, they were not busy at all. I already know Red Lobster is the Denny's of seafood restaurants but figured we'd give it a try. Had a party of 8, all of whom are good tippers... We started the experience with a server who took drinks, app & entree orders. He asked if checks were separate, which they were. This would be the last time we seen this guy. Someone else brought the food out and took drink refill requests. The refills never came. I ordered the surf & turf, The one with a 10oz NY Strip and Maine Lobster Tail. My entree arrived missing the lobster tail... I told the server who brought the food and she said it would be right out. I found it odd that the tail would not arrive with the entrée as a complete dish. I went ahead and started my meal. About five minutes later she came back to say it was still cooking.... A lobster tail does not take that long to cook... it finally arrived when my meal was complete. I told the person that brought it how nice it would've been to have it when I had my dinner but now I was done and no longer interested. They did take it back and remove it off the bill. I guess the server sent the manager over but the manager didn't really seem to care much about the situation. We decided to ask for our checks so we could leave, since everyone was finished with dinner. The manager came back with the check. Not separated, as requested in the beginning. And the first server literally asked if we wanted to separate checks. So we hung out for about 10 minutes more waiting for them to separate the checks and bill us so that we could leave. Imagine going to a seafood place and not getting the seafood with your order... they literally left off the lobster at a place called red LOBSTER! I knew there was a reason that I hadn't returned in the last 20 years. And I will never be going back to ANY red lobster.
Best food with the best service
Me and my now fiancé (proposed whilst there) had the best food with the best waiters.. the food was absolutely top notch, steaming hot, and mega delicious. We had the ultimate endless shrimp which I highly recommend And we were served by 2 servers named queen and Tristan. (Not only was it his first day, but it was his birthday) and he was really knowledgeable about the food, ON HIS FORST DAY! Super impressed, and queen was very warm and accommodating aswell Can’t wait to return!!

I have a notice stating that my bid has been accepted and is awaiting transfer. The reservation is for the 18th, but the “moderator” said he will confirm booking by the 28th. Is this an indicator that I may not have a reservation?

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
