Reserve Cut New York Reviews from The Last Year
My go to spot in New York.
The food and service is consistently excellent. I absolutely love the ambiance and the entire experience from start to finish. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I absolutely love coming to this restaurant from the service of the staff to the delicious meals that they prepare. This had definitely easily become my number one restaurant in New York City that is Glatt kosher. We're always ordering different steaks and my favorite appetizer Hass to be the beef ribs, braised and barbecue sauce with the edamame on the side absolutely delicious. If you've never experienced the food and ambience, you definitely have to try it at least once. It's

They are crazy they got mad at me for tipping 18% and not more turns out the waiter didn't put the extra tip on the receipt but how can you get mad at someone for not tipping more then they are forced to
The restaurant is beautiful.
The food was OK, my favorite thing was the brisket tacos. They were amazing.
I was a guest at a birthday dinner on Monday, Jan.
15th. It was a 60th birthday celebration with 30 women. We all dine at this restaurant often, and usually enjoy it very much. However, that was not the case on Monday. The food was really poor. The soup was served cold, the sushi was very simple, the salads were not enough. The main course was very basic and was served warm, not hot. Needless to say that the host paid a lot of money for the table, but everyone was complained and was very disappointed. She felt really badly that her guests did not enjoy the VERY expensive dinner. What a bad expensive!!! I'm not planning to go back anytime soon.
Foods good, but so are the other 500 steakhouses in NYC.
insanely expensive. very nice restaurant.

Reserve Cut in Fidi offers a unique kosher dining
Reserve Cut in Fidi offers a unique kosher dining experience, renowned for its exceptional steaks and wagyu. Although we deviated from the steak menu during our late lunch, the sushi selection proved to be a delightful surprise. The standout was the tuna truffle roll, a harmonious blend of flavors that showcased the restaurant's commitment to quality and creativity. While I missed the renowned steaks, the sushi at Reserve Cut left a lasting impression, demonstrating their versatility in delivering a memorable dining experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at Reserve Cut and will probably never go back. I have dined at this restaurant a number of times in the past and had fairly good experiences. However, things have gone down hill. First off, the staff screwed up my reservation and then tried to charge me a $300 fee because of their mistake. Then the lamb chops I ordered were inedible; they tasted spoiled. A woman and Victoria at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. There are many better choices for high end kosher cuisine in NYC where you will be treated better: Tabernacle, Barnea, Noi De Carne, to name a few.
Extremely underwhelming food and poor service.
This was our first time dining here. Made reservations through Resy, got seated, and immediately felt judged. You'll notice most of the other patrons are Jewish and wealthy businessmen in which the only customers the staff looks forward catering to. So if you do not look like them or have someone of Jewish descent in your party, be advised. Our server not only got our order wrong, he judged us for not ordering more than a single steak for the table then completely ignored us the entire time. The servers assisting our table cleared our plates before we were ready and we were not offered another cocktail. When one of the staff did notice our drinks ran low, we asked for the cocktail menu which was brought to us, then taken from us before we even got to put in our drink order. Things we ordered/tried: Yellowtail carpaccio (never received and instead got the wagyu carpaccio) Wagyu carpaccio - good, but nothing special Beet salad - good Wagyu tartare - delicious Halibut - bland, don't recommend 26oz bone-in wagyu - tender, but tastes whatever Passion-jito - good Gentlemen's sour - good

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
