I would suggest avoiding this one
I was there for a weeks long holiday in July 2022, and from the start it wasn't good as they only on the spot told us that men need to wear long trousers to dinner, as it was my summer holiday I didn't pack any as no hotel previously insisted on such a non logical requirement, so had to spend wayy to much just to get some pants for dinner, they claimed no exceptions cause it says so on their website, yet when we booked through our travel agency it said nothing about any such requiremetns nor did I see any on the sites I checked the hotel on, as 99.9% of official hotel websites don't contain any actually useful info just marketing. The staff also didn't seem to be genuinely nice but more forced nice. And then the worst part the room, while it looked nice, the wifi was spotty, the beds were extremely hard and very uncomfortable, probably the worst beds I have ever slept in and worst of all we paid extra for a sea view room and the insolation at the entrance to the room was abysmall, if it looked at the garden or anything but the busy road 5m away from the entrance it would have been fine, but it did face the busy road so falling asleep was hard as you could hear every car, bus, scooter or truck passing by, combined with the "bed" I came back home more tired than I left. The food was OK except for the usual very expensive drinks at lunch and dinner and the beach was very nice. In conclusion: Horrible room, expensive, non logical pants requirement, but a nice beach. Save your money and go to the Blue Sea beach resort which is better in every way and cheaper.

I would like to say thank you very much to restaurant, specialy to Mr.Kostas who make my stays more healthy and comfortable. Also a special thanks to Marie and Stephanie from Guest Relations - both are the best. The management of the hotel should take care of them because they are really professionals and very nice people - that why the clients will be back on your hotel and will spread the best information. Thank you
Be the first to ReplyLovely hotel, lovely staff!
Enjoyed a fantastic restful week at this lovely hotel. Our wheelchair accessible room was ideal - spacious, tastefully decorated, plenty of storage and a large bathroom with roll in shower with shower chair. It even had a sea view which is a bonus as in our experience most adapted rooms seem to overlook streets or bins or roof spaces! Only negative was grouting around shower area discoloured and water tended to seep out of shower and we had to use towels to dry floor as it was a slip hazard. Also corridor carpet could do with replacing or a deep clean as several stains visible. Hotel and grounds clean and well kept. Pool areas also - plenty of sunbeds around pool and also on the beach. Beach had wheelchair accessible sunbeds! Breakfast was extensive - catered for all tastes. Loved the omelettes, smoked salmon and even Prosecco every day. Dinner was themed each night - some themed rather loosely though! Lovely salad selections and desserts and cheese. Enjoyed a drink and a sandwich at the beach bar at lunch. All staff were cheerful and efficient - thank you to all those in the restaurant and at the beach bar. And special thanks to Stam (and Milka and the team) at the Lobby Bar who made our evenings. We enjoyed pre dinner drinks and a chat with him every night and then returned after dinner for the entertainment- with Stam providing plenty of his own! Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Being our favourite place, this will be our 17th year stay in this beautiful relaxing hotel. On our arrival at the hotel reception desk, we were greeted and checked in by the receptionist who was most helpful and very polite and arranged for a welcome drink whist we were waiting for the bellboy to take us to our room, who was also very polite too. By choosing a deluxe superior room, with full sea view and balcony made the holiday more perfect. The room maid was excellent and always made sure our room was kept clean and spotless. The towels in the room were changed twice daily. The food in the hotel was excellent, with so much variety of dishes available for all to eat. There is waiter service in the dining room 3 times a week, including some theme nights. There is also the à la carte restaurant you may wish to try during your stay which is excellent food too. The waitress, Maria in the dining room as always was excellent, but we always asked for Maria through personal choice. The staff and waiters at the Beach Bar and the Myphos Bar all gave an excellent service. We found them all to be very polite and helpful with a good sense of humour. There is a lovely guy that generally comes down on the beach daily between 12.00pm and 12.30pm selling good fruit at a reasonable price which we can strongly recommend. The hotel is situated on the beach and is set in the perfect location. You can visit Rhodes town and Faliraki either by bus or taxi. If you are a fit person, you may wish to walk down to a small shopping centre called Epsilon which is about 20 minutes’ walk where there is shops and bars. Faliraki which takes about 20 minutes. Bus fare cost 1.60 euros to Faliraki Centre and 7.00 euros to 12.00 euros by taxi. Lastly, we would like to thank Stephanie for her hospitality, and customer service throughout our 2-week duration. We are so much looking forward to the next holiday already booked for 2023.

Dropped in to the Pool Bar for a cold beer and some cocktails and what a delight it was to be served by Thanasis, Eleni and the rest of the gang there. Always very friendly, polite and a great laugh and are clearly valuable members of the whole Palladium team. We will definitely be back. Yamas!

Be the first to ReplyAmazing hotel, amazing food and most importantly an amazing team!
What a fantastic hotel, I can’t recommend this hotel enough to people who are looking for a family holiday or adults looking for a break in a luxury hotel on the beach. From the moment we checked in to the hotel as a family of four after a late night arrival we were greeted by Maria the Guest Relations Manager who showed us to our rooms and ensured everything was just right. As first impressions go you get a great sense of excellent Customer service and are welcomed by warm and friendly staff. The overall look of the hotel is of a very high standard, clean, high quality with a luxurious feel. We stayed in Delux Sea view rooms and in the morning from the balcony we we were met with stunning views of the beach and Aegean Sea, which is breathtaking. The rooms are spacious, of a high quality, with tea/coffee, fridge, large tv and great Wi-Fi plus excellent air conditioning, which given the temperatures reached 38C was definitely needed. The Pool was great always at the right temp, very clean and has a great design. Aqua fit is always a popular choice at 12pm. The pool bar is another great feature that serves lovely food. There were always plenty of sun beds and umbrellas around thought the day. A shout out to Elleni at the pool bar who was friendly, welcoming and always quick to serve, and thanks to Vasili for showing me how to pour the Erdinger Weiss beer! The direct beach access is literally 1min walk from the pool, and again has plenty of sun beds, canopy’s and shower facilities. Definitely recommend bringing snorkels as you can see lots of fish! The water is crystal clear and has a gentle pebble slope into the sea, being sea shoes. Breakfast was extremely well catered for, so many fresh and cooked options, local Greek specialities as well as usual favourites. Kostas and team do a great job to ensure everything runs smoothly and is happy to tailor or make something for you that isn’t already there. Highlights are the traditional Greek coffee, the local specialty dishes, real Greek honeycomb, omelettes made to order and of course unlimited Prosecco ! Dinner under the direction of Athanasios (Exec Chef) was of the charts in terms of variety and quality. A fantastic dining experience. From starters to marina to desert there are so many dishes to try. Thank you Athanasios for the recipes, I’m going to try them when I get back home. The themed nights worked really well, as there is something for everyone, this was a huge hit for my family. Another shout out to Maria who always ensured we had our fav table and looked after us really well though out our stay. There was great evening entertainment by the beach bar, you get a lovely breeze of the sea and recommend the cocktails! The hotel has a great gym and indoor swimming pool too which was great to cool off when the sun got too hot. The location of the hotel is perfect for trips to kalethia springs a must do for snorkelling. As well as into Faliraki or to the water park. Also recommend a trip into Lindos but do it in the evening as too hot during the day. A must do is St. Paul’s bay which has beautiful calm waters and a stunning bay. It’s a short bus ride (bus stop just outside hotel) Into rodos old town with plenty of souvenir shops and bars and restaurants too. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families and adults alike, it ticked all the boxes that made a fantastic holiday. Thanks to Alexandros GM and his entire team for all the happy memories during our stay, already looking forward to coming back next year.

September/ October Holiday Staying at the Rodos Palladium Hotel in Rhodes 2021.
On arrival at the hotel desk to check in we were greeted by a polite and most helpful female receptionist who then afterwards arranged for the bellboy to take our luggage to our room.
Again, the island of Rhodes and the hotel had strict rules in place which enabled us to have a safe and superb 2-week holiday.
The new toilets and changing facilities are available on the beach which makes a vast difference.
I wish to send a big thanks to all the staff for their excellent service throughout our stay especially the waitress Maria who gave us an exceptional service to our table and the staff at the beach bar Kostas, Athina and the staff at the Myphos Bar.
Thank you to Sebastian and his family at the Mama’s Kitchen bar for their warm hospitality.
I wish to express my sincere thanks to the Guest Relation Manager, Stephanie and Babis, Director for their hospitality and customer service. Stephanie was always hands on to help with information and with any issues that may arise.
Hope to see you all again soon – Stay safe
Excellent service and good value for money
I had a pleasure to visit Rodos Palladium Hotel in October 2021 and my visit was very pleasant and enjoyable. The hotel was clean, excellent daily room service, very polite and helpful staff, happy and friendly waiting staff. The variety and quality of food was exceptional!
I would like to thank general management for caring about your guests and making sure that everyone feels special and looked after at your premises. I wish you the best of luck during this difficult time and hope to see the same standards next season. Thank you!
Autumn holiday
Rodos Palladium was an excellent choice with 2 kids. The room with the sea view was very nice. The service of the restaurant, and pool bar is good. The room services is very quick and nice. The cleaning ladies did their job excellent. This hotel was the best choice in this area because it had a very nice garden (all the others in the near does not have a rich green garden like Palladium) and the beach was very nice and clean, the water was excellent, and there was a water sport installation next, but not to close to the area where you relax. The SPA was over my expectation, because the treatments were very well composed. Highly recommended to choose one of their treatments. All the suff in the SPA were very nice and very attentive.

The hotel had a mix of family's, couples and singles. Staff always helpful, The rooms good, clean and a fair size.
there was a good choice of food and theme nights of different country styles.
The 1 thing that really impressed me was 1 of the owners helping out in the restaurant and the regards the staff had for him.
Beach are and swimming pools for sunning and swimming, including a child area.
Amazing holliday in a great hotel
Rodos Palladium hotel exceeded my expectations. Clean, everything looks new. Good room service. A comfortable good size room (the cheapest type), beautiful sea view, a big furnished balcony is a nice bonus to the leisure time.
Breakfast with champagne, good choice of food. Everything's tasty. Delicious pastries.
The water in the sea was warm enough in the second part of October for enjoying swimming.
Thank you very much Rodos Palladium team.
A little tip - to take a taxi without the receptionist's help would be 3-5 euros cheaper.
Executive Pool Suite 5001
The room was modern, clean and spacious. The pool is fresh water and quite cold, refreshing in the sun and too chilly in the shade.
Food was of a good standard, it is a buffet and has great options - exceptional salad bar and friendly restaurant staff.
We didn't use the main resort pool but it looked really nice and not too crowded around it.
The private beach was nice, particularly great to watch sunrise or go for a run at dawn - the cabanas are nice and water was clean and warm.
The cleaning staff are efficient and do a great job of refreshing the room.
We are going to stay next year with a larger group and I would recommend to anyone.
The only slight (I mean tiny) downside is having to provide card details twice and being summoned to reception to deal with it. This is to highlight just how good the stay was that this was the only thing I could highlight.
Almost 5 stars . . . .
Almost 5 stars. The location of this hotel is fab. Beachfront (mind the stones entering the sea) with own sun loungers, however, they do go very early. The pool always had plenty of sun loungers, but the pool is freezing and was unpleasant having a dip, such a shame as it’s beautiful. The hotel is a short bus journey from Falaraki, which out of season we loved, it has some amazing restaurants and some nice bars. The bus was €1.20 each and takes about 10-15 mins. The taxi returning is €7. The bus stop is right outside the hotel, and you can also go to Rhodes old town, which took about 20-30 mins and costs €2.40 each, a taxi to return is €15.
Turning to the hotel, the staff are amazing, super friendly and very helpful. The main areas of the Hotel are nicely decorated, including the spa, which gave us fab hot stone massages. We were upgraded to a superior room in the main part of the hotel, which was spacious and well decorated, the bathroom could be updated, and be careful in the shower as the tub is very slippery. The bed which was a super king was very comfortable. We did have a standard deluxe room on the day of checkout, whilst nice, I would pay for the upgrade to the superior as it’s much nicer. There is a mini market in the hotel which is fab for drinks and food. The hallways to the rooms and the main restaurant needs updating. The food for breakfast was very nice, plenty of choice, but does get bust at 09:30. All the food we had was lovely, we eat at the Poseidon beach bar, which had the best tzatziki I’ve ever tasted! We also eat at Thalassa on our last night, which not only is the most beautiful restaurant with a sea view, but the food was super yummy. All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel. The only reason this is not 5 stars,is it needs updating in places and the pool needs warming up. Thank you for an amazing holiday (after not travelling for 20 months).
