Sales without a record

I've had a few sales that don't end up in my portfolio sales history. As a result, there's no record of it for me to be able to contact the customer or request a no-show fee. The only reason I know they sold is because I noticed the funds appear as recent transactions in my deposit account. Can someone please look into this? I've tried to contact support about my specific issues and don't get a response, and it really causes issues when I get no-show fees that I get charged with.
