Incredible experience-The views are breathtaking!
We went on Thursday 30.10 at 12:15pm to the Sky Garden. We loved every bit of the experience! We arrived half an hour early before our slot so that we could queue up and get through security. Security was a smooth and quick experience and it was very
Trip out
Great experience. I’d probably rate as 4.8 as I’d knock a little off due to one very officious and rude guy at the entrance to the queue. But everyone else was lovely. Took awhile in the queue outside but then getting through security and in the

Beautiful Indoor Gardens & Spectacular City Views
My cousin booked an after dinner spot at the Sky Garden. The space feels like a garden in the sky with spectacular views of the City. Fortunately, on the night we went, there was a live band playing as well which made the night even more vibey and fu
A lovely day out
A amazing place to visit and an experience you will enjoy, but try to go early because I went at 12 and it had a really big queue. Apart from that I really recommend it.

To come see the views at the Sky Garden is free, but you do need to make reservations a few weeks ahead. Keep an eye on when they open up dates for reservations. Or the other option is to book a table and prepay for a drink, which is what we did. It
I really enjoyed touring the sky garden.
I booked our tickets a month before my trip, free online. The view is great. We got unlucky and it was raining the day we were there, so the balcony access was blocked off (for safety?) I would definitely recommend this as a touristy thing to do if a
This is perfect place to get great views of London.
The garden areas is nice and there is plenty of seating to relax and enjoy either a meal or drink. Unfortunately, the outdoor viewing area was closed the day we visited. Reservations are recommended, though the security was kind enough to let us wa
Great views.
Great experience, amazing drinks, friendly staff, amazing views of London, great for instagram photos. Had a great time with friends. Will return.
Worth a visit!
A great view of London from high above. Gardens are very lush. Advance free tickets are a must. Elevator whisks you up quickly. Well organized and not overly crowded.
Good view, average everything else - except the price!
You are very much paying for the location and the view when you eat here, not for the fine dining. We had a breakfast which was average and expensive. The setting and the view are excellent though. Also, Stornoway black pudding listed on the menu
Great views
Great views and a nice way to spend the afternoon. Book tickets early as it fills up quick. Bar is pricey if you want a drink while you are up there. Still worth it.
Beware—we were being crushed in the lift going up!
After my friend and I got into the ground floor lift today at noon on Sept 26th, the lift was clearly full. But the young female attendant who was loading the lift yelled out to others behind us to get on and also yelled out, “Push, push, push forw
Very Unprofessional
I had high hopes for Fenchurch Restaurant, but the experience was deeply disappointing. From the start, the service felt off. The staff were inattentive, and at times downright unprofessional—they spent noticeable time staring at our table and gig
Great vibe at Sky garden
Great night. Really lovely vibe and served by Tee at the bar and she was so knowledgeable and friendly and enhanced the experience. Really generous with her time.
We had the Bar Experience in the Fenchurch restaurant.
Food was outstanding. Oysters, wagu tartare mini tacos, ceviche, bbq chicken wings and the best was the fries with Scotch bonnet mayo. The mayo was incredible. Excellent service and the atmosphere is elegant and beautiful.
Disappointing
I visited Sky Garden on Thursday September 11th at 4.30pm. Pleasant customer service and smooth entry (very fast lift). Yes, there were impressive views but unfortunately there were large queues at the bar, insufficient seating, and frustratingly, th
Amazing experience.
Amazing experience. This place rivals the London Eye for sure. We had breakfast in the restaurant and the food was amazing! We spent quite a lot of time there and it was well worth the visit.
Great view
Great atmosphere. Went with friends had super time. Drinks and food was on point. Just it was a little too expensive. Anyway recommended
Over priced, Poor Experience
What a TERRIBLE experience! We paid $350 british pounds for MUSIC NIGHT at Sky Garden. I have one positive comment -- the waitress was helpful, kind and attentive. Now for the not good. 1. We were expecting a LIVE BAND -- and had a mediocre DJ
Poor service, way overpriced. All about the view.
I know this is a tourist thing, but here’s my experience. Reserved a seat at the Darwin Brasserie. Easy ride up to bar an hour early. 20£ Negroni cocktail. Then onto the dinner. Took forever to get served (not seated). After ordering food came bef
Fantastic views at the Sky Garden, but beware any hidden costs, and rubbish service.
The Sky garden provides spectacular 360 degree views of London and the sunny day/evening weather really played a part in getting those fantastic views. However for a venue that is supposed to be free to the general public, they charged us 16 pounds p
Walk high in the sky garden
Best view across London. The lift took us straight up to 36th Floor. We were lucky it was a clear 30 minutes for us to walk around and see all the famous buildings and bridges in London. Full sky view of the Tower of London and Tower Bridge is amazin
Gourmet Caribbean cuisine at the top of Sky Garden!
This brilliant Caribbean restaurant in the sky Garden ( Fenchurch ) is a 5 star experience. Of course the view and ambiance… but the biggest star is the food. Inventive, delicious and diverse. A bit pricey but worth it. We started with rock oyste

Beautiful views!! Definitely worth it if you can squeeze into your itinerary! Plus it's free!!
The atmosphere and location was magnificent.
It's beautiful at night with a 360 degree view of the city. Unfortunately, that was the best part of the dining experience for me. We were unable to get reservations for the restaurant so we arrived a bit early and had to hang out in the open

Total tourist trap, but you still want to do it anyway!
We had a booking for Darwin's Brasserie for 6pm so were able to enter the Sky Garden earlier to enjoy the views and have a drink. Or so we thought! Not sure if we were just unlucky that day, but there were so many other "private functions"
Ripped off
Check your bill. Charged for bottle of wine when had a glass, charged optional service charge. Paid in dark as couldn't pay at reception ( directed back to table) . Had to go back to candle lit table so couldn't see bill paying. 15 service charge .
Great experience for a different breakfast
Unique location with a great view over London. Breakfast at Brasserie Darwin was of very good quality, fast service and Violeta, our service lady in charge, was very nice and attentive. Great experience!
Great views
The gardens are a great way to introduce the city to people of all ages from young children to seniors at the start of a trip. Consider eating at the restaurants! Brunch at Darwin Brasserie was a favorite memory made on the trip.
After 10am for the London panorama
The reviews say to go for the early morning pre-opening to avoid crowds, but don't go until after 10am of you want photos of the panorama of London because the terrace doesn't open until then and shooting through windows and railings doesn't make for
FOOD. HORRDNDOUS!
ON THE EVENING OF 22ND JULY I VISITED THE SKYGARDEN BAR WITH MY SON. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A BIRTHDAY TREAT FOR HIM BUT IT WAS SADLY LACKING. APART FROM THE OVERPRICED FOOD AND DRINKS THE VIEW OF LONFON WAS GREAT. THE BAR FOOD MENU IS SEVERELY LACKI

Amazing experience at the sky garden! Live music, seating but unfortunately the kitchen was closed so that was the major let down of the experience. Still beverages were good, I had a great time exploring the place. It wasn't overly packed either so
Sky Garden Bar: never again
Sky Garden Bar. Despite the exceptional location, The place was overcrowded, untidy, filthy looking. I did reserve a window table and initially was accomodate in a corner just across the steps without any protection from people hanging on my shoulder
Great viewing point
Worth a visit and best to book a ticket online about 3 weeks beforehand (free admission) although you don’t need to book beforehand, but the ticket side of the queue went down quicker. The views over the city are amazing, the bars had quite a queue

Had to stop here, we were lucky the line wasn't long so went through security and went up the elevator. Amazing views from the top which can see all of london. Lounges and restaurant area up top too, great spot to chill out at
It was free, so I can't really complain much.
My group of 8 stumbled to the Sky Garden entrance right as they were allowing people without reservations to enter (lucky us!). It wasn't way too crowded getting in, although it still took maybe 10 minutes to get to the top. The views are incredible

Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Sky Garden London at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the Sky Garden London page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* ElaborateHouse74, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's $200 bid.
* ElaborateHouse74 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to ElaborateHouse74 for any questions Peter may have as ElaborateHouse74 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* ElaborateHouse74 now uses their connections at Sky Garden London to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If ElaborateHouse74 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, ElaborateHouse74 receives the $200 reward which is credited to ElaborateHouse74's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Sky Garden London!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
