A worse patient friendly medical office likely does not
A worse patient friendly medical office likely does not exist. They are incapable of helping patients organize visits in a logical and customer friendly fashion. To get your hearing checked, you will have at least three separate appointments all on separate days. This is just stupid and is actually suggestive that someone is going out of their way to make health care unfriendly at this office. Then when I asked for the same Doctor of Audiology I had before I was told I couldn't see her almost like she had the 'cuties' and I was forced to see a recent graduate who I don't believe gave me a good test and wasn't able to explain the results. I'm writing this as I am on hold trying to reach someone to cancel an appointment and schedule another to make up for the lousy appointment last week. I was finally transferred to voice mail!? ARGH What a hopeless organization.

The doctor I saw was very very nice but I learned nothing to help the chronic sinus infection I have, unfortunately. quick swab showed nothing, so I am back to square One! Probably wont be back.

If you use the hearing department, be sure you get a receipt! If you don't you will probably get unauthorized charges on sports wear!!!!

Mallon. I wasn't quite sure what my illness was coming in but knew I wanted an expert opinion and help figuring it out. Dr. Mallon was helpful diagnosing and treating it promptly and explaining what was going on to me. I was glad I made the appointment and will come back again if I have any other ENT-related issues!

Went to ENT Associates in the hopes to have my deviated septum fixed but after speaking with the front desk and being told several times that the consultation will be completely covered by my insurance I was blind sided by a $400 bill. $400 for a 5min consultation on an issue I already knew about was a huge slap in the face. When I wrote to Dr. Scott Green about the issue he only responded with sending me a follow up bill. The front desk and Dr. Green might seem nice in person but it's all a scam to take every penny they can from you.

Called was able to schedule a new patient appointment within a week. Everyone from the person I spoke with to schedule my appointment, the office check in staff, the Medical Assistant, Dr. Mallon and the Audiologist were kind and considerate. I was seen in a timely manner as well, wait time was maybe 15minutes before I was called back. Everything was explained, no questions unanswered. I didn't feel rushed through. Even when scheduling a return appointment, my schedule was taken in to consideration and accommodated. Couldn't be happier that I was referred to this group.

My daughter goes here for audiology services and mapping of her high-end cochlear implant. We like her audiologist, but it seems like their customer service is below par everywhere else. The office staff and reception are rude and seem to believe patients are a bother. It's hard, if not impossible to get an appointment conveniently fitting in your schedule. When you do get an appointment, make sure you block out an extra 30-45 minutes to sit and wait because this office overbooked like an airline.

Great experience, front desk staff very cordial and fixed insurance mix up promptly. Dr Mallon was very thorough and most importantly listened to my concerns and provided proper diagnosis. Alleviated my concerns about needing surgery great facility and staff highly recommended. GO NOLES!!

I was referred by Mother in law. The office is clean and staff friendly. I did not have to wait very long to see Dr Greene. Dr Greene listened to my issue and suggested my next course of action. He is very easy to speak with and he explained the reason breaking it down so I can understand. His nurse was suppose to come in a show me how to use Neilmed but since she was busy Dr Greene took the time and showed me how to use it. He was my second opinion and by far the best. Thank you Dr Greene and Staff.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and made the process easy. Dr. Greene was thorough in investigating my throat issues and promptly prescribed medications that fixed what had been going on for a month. I wouldn't recommend any other specialist.
