I couldn't find a way to send this review and message privately to the management. They are part of Caesars Palace and don't have their own website. We were there on a Tue night, first day of CES, but honestly, it wasn't that busy for our 615p reservation. Our main waiter was awful...barely made appearances, didn't even pretend to care that we were about to spend $700 on dinner. The wine captain/som was actually really good. She recommended a great bottle ($$$) that we enjoyed. But when she walked up to our table with a bottle that one of her vendors was clearly pushing, I felt like I was at the Olive Garden. No offense OG. Shrimp cocktail app was warm, almost inedible. The worst was the Ribeye Cap. We both ordered it because we both appreciate that this is the king of cuts. It was marginally overcooked. But the worst part was it showed up on a bed of mashed potatoes with gravy on it. Now I know it was really a cab reduction of sorts. But if I wanted a sauce or seasoning of any kind on my $110 steak, I'd ask for it. At least mention it on the menu. It ruined the steak. Despite the bad service from our main waiter, everyone else was great so we tipped generously despite the bad food and 'won't come back' experience. Do your homework before falling for the schtick at Stanton Social Prime.
