Ok - so there are MANY very poor reviews. I think I can help others avoid this. 1. This is on Disney premesis and there can be major delays depending on when you get there. This is the same for most park restaurants 2. This place isn’t cheap - and honestly if it’s more than you’re on for table spending I don’t think you’ll be impressed. 3. Their steaks are dry aged. This makes them far more $ and unique. Mostly high end steak houses provide dry aged steaks. The flavor is “funky” and not for everyone. If you don’t like the flavor of the steak that is why. That said - if you DO like dry aged steaks their steaks have a strong dry aged flavor, are cooked well and are are a great consistency. The dips are great as is presentation. I had Brussels sprouts and corn sides and they were both top notch. Service was great and the desserts were good. I recommend cookie and ice cream or chocolate cake. So - if you’re willing to be patient, pay a fair bit and like dry aged steaks I think STK will be a very enjoyable experience for you. If you don’t like (or don’t know if you like) dry aged steaks and it’s a stretch at these prices probably look elsewhere. For the record I love steak but personally don’t like dry aged. I’ve had it at 4 top rated restaurants and I greatly prefer “normal” steak or wet aged.
