Great Falafel - always a tough experience tho
Been going to Taboon on/off for almost 20 years, service can be a bit confusing and can be very unwelcoming to people who aren't from a certain religion - but as a rule I never let terrible racial abuse come between me and good falafel!
Ignorant Staff and Attiudes
Terrible Staff and very Ignorant Made an order and said i was coming from East London to collect. When i got there the staff member said I put thim in the basket earlier and somebody else must had bought them. Said he would give me the alternative for the same price as what i had ordered. Went to pay and colleague said we cant do that. Would not had come otherwise. Rubbish service and Useless staff and No customer service

Very very disappointed to get home and find that my usual packet of pita breads have shrunk by about thirty percent but still at the original price. Not only am I getting a much smaller pita it also means that it takes a smaller amount of filling.

I have some reservations coming up tomorrow that have gotten lots of views but haven’t sold yet. I haven’t made a sale yet since I just joined this week. I keep lowering the price, but am worried they won’t sell. How long did it take you to sell your first reservations? And did you have success being reimbursed by AT for no-show or cancellation fees? Just looking for a little reassurance. Thanks!

You should probably cancel prior to the cancellation date per the cancellation policy. I would imagine you would only get reimbursed for a sold listing if you happen to be charged?

My first sale took about a week. But as the other commenter said stay ontop of your cancellation windows. There’s no reimbursement for those so make sure you cancel in time then just try again.
