The food is delicious, friendly staff
Great food, service patchy & inconsistent but overall would recommend. This place is always full every time we walk pass it & the food is the reason why. We had 2 children with us and they loved the food too. Highlights were the tortilla/ Spanish omelette, octopus, aubergine meatballs.
Be the first to ReplyGood and will go back
I ordered tortilla and pan con tomate. Both deceptively simple to make ... unless you get it wrong. Both were good, in fact the tortilla was very good. Good buzz in the room, friendly staff, smart maitre'd, I'll be back. I've had less good versions of both of these in Spain.

As a regular of many years I wrote a negative review last year. After many months I decided to give it another go and am happy to say after two visits the quality of the food coming out of the kitchen is back to being very good and much enjoyed the tortilla the beef dish the chicken dis and beetroot salad amongst others, their wines and beers are also very good .Staff were excellent on both occasions . Thank you Brindisa .Glad to be back.

Me & my mum are big Spanish food fans, we’ve been here lots of times. The food was fantastic as always we will return. We ordered tomato bread, croquettes, gambas pil pil, padron peppers & potato bravas.
Be the first to ReplyDelicious dishes and great atmosphere
Great atmosphere, quick service and incredible food! We had a few dishes and best were the fried goats cheese with honey and king prawns. Will definitely be coming back!
Be the first to ReplyDefinitely worth a visit; great tapas with a twist of creativity, made with passion!
Great, friendly servic at London Bridge. Delicious at a very reasonable price point. Slightly different to standard tapas, with it’s own. Top marks for presentation, colour, style and delicious to savour! Would definitely recommend!
Be the first to ReplyGreat service
Great selection and service as usual. Mid afternoon visit so not too busy and retired to the bar afterwards - no palaver which is good to see. Highly recommend

Amazing!!! Absolutely superb! Great food & excellent service @ reasonable prices - we loved it!!! The location is on the corner just by the Market. We were made to feel very welcome and had a lovely relaxed lunch - would THOROUGHLY recommend

What a fantastic place. Consistent food quality, service and atmosphere. Must give a shout out for Antonio, with his enthusiasm, 5 star hosting skills that had a very busy restaurant running very smoothly. He's a great asset to the company. Thanks and we will always be customers.
Be the first to ReplyThe best Jamon Croquettes I have ever had!
WOW. Came here as I love tapas and a quick google search showed it was 4 min walk from the hospital, through borough market. And am I glad it was! It is situated on a lovely street corner with plenty of seating indoors and out. We sat out side because of the lovely weather and it felt like we were back in Spain. The resturant had a great atmosphere for a Thursday Lunchtime, with lots of people enjoying some food in the sun. Our waiter Anna was amazing, attentive and friendly. She offered recommendations and made sure we new exactly what would be on the plate. We decided to order - Steak, Tomato Salad (with pesto), Jamon Croquettes, Patatas Bravas and Sangria. It was delicious. The best Jamon Croquettes I have ever had, including those in Spain. Sangria was refreshing and smooth. And steak was the perfect balance between rendered fat and tender meat. I can’t wait to return at the next opportunity I get
Be the first to ReplyDisappointing
Have been wanting to try Brindsa for quite some time and as we were passing through Borough Market we saw an empty table and wandered in. And there we sat with our menus for a good ten minutes. No drink order taken, which would have softened the blow for a while. Eventually I asked if we could order some food. The girl said yes then wandered off to clear some tables. A Spanish man took our order; memorised is never a good idea!! Literally a minute later some garlic prawns were put on our table. We had ordered prawns but they weren't ours he told us when he came back. But you can have them on the house. Food was tasty, my favourite being the croquetas. Service was unpredictable and unorganised. So disappointed and very underwhelmed.
Be the first to ReplyLost its touch
Sad to say that this previously really good Brindisa now disappoints . I realise its not easy to get the right staff at the moment but the quality has gone down enormously. On the last two occasions even the simple tortilla wasnt done well and the outside almost burnt looking leading me to think it had been reheated in a pan and dry .The Meat dishes are still good. This is a heart felt note hoping the owners will look at this once impressive branch as dishes are being served up which should not really be leaving the kitchen .
Be the first to ReplySuch delicious tapas
This has got to have some of the best tapas that I have had outside Barcelona .we had a carafe of white wine that went perfectly with our garlic prawns and chicken. The menu is not vast and the items that they do have are cooked to absolute perfection .The staff were excellent.

Amazing service and lovely people. Delicious tapas and value for money. Good ambiance be it indoor or outdoor seating.
Be the first to ReplyExcellent food and very attentive staff
We went to Brindisa to celebrate a work event and had the most wonderful time. Great recommendation of wine and food from the waitress (Sarah) who looked after us throughout the night, Prices are a little high, but the food quality is worth it. Looking forward to coming back soon.
Be the first to ReplyVery poor traditial Spanihs food
I have been to Brindisa London Bridge several times and I visited it again last night. We were nicely welcomed and the service was attentive the restaurant was quite full and the doors were opened as it was a nice evening. We were given a glass of free water as we sat down, the person who served the water made not eye contact or even say good evening. The waitress were nice and friendly. We ordered a bottle of quite expensive (£45) Ribera del Duero wine, again the same same person who served the water brought the wine, very cool and unfriendly. We order four dishes, let me give you the review. Broccoli salad, testy and nice, price OK 7 out of 10 Roasted Mackerel really tasty and well cocked price OK 8 out of 10 Croquetas de Jamon 3 for £6.00 WHAT A JOKE AWFUL, NO JAMON AT ALL AND I am convinced that they were frozen, the tasted like nothing, 0 out of 10 Patatas bravas very disappointing too very hard outside and not very tasty at all the price was OK but the quality of them was BAD 0 out of 10

Absolutely love Tapas, but we were really disappointed with the food. Table was that small struggled to order more than one tapas at a time. Which was our downfall. Ordered the meat platter at £25. Nothing special but would have been better if waitress had advised it came with nothing, no bread or olives….anything would have been good. So when it arrived we asked for bread. £4.50 took that long to arrive we had eaten all the meat. Then we had another dish which was average again. Can’t remember what else we had after that, I wanted to leave. Even our red wine was cold. Not nice. Overall would not visit again. If your paying premium because your in London at least make it tasty.
Be the first to ReplyPretty good - staff a little down at heel
Lovely food as always. Chippy staff! As always the food and atmosphere was generally lovely. Funny little bit of attitude from the staff - eg. I gave a phone back to them that the previous customers had left on the table and the waiter was pretty rude to me!? Weird… Also, I commented that the razor clams were over cooked (we ate them, they weren’t horrible) and got another little sarcastic comment from the waiter from hell! 😂 Other than that, all great as always, staff could do with a little bit of cheering up - perhaps they are not treated well!? Lovely as always, smiles optional and always appreciated! Lovely food
Be the first to ReplyAmazing place!
We had to wait a little bit to have a table but was worth it the wait! We were sitting on the high tables, our waitress Olga was so lovely, she recommend us a nice rioja and also some food, we took her advice and everything was outstanding! Specially the gambas alioli and the fries goats cheese! We will be back soon!
Be the first to ReplyBeautiful food, gambas al ajillo were better than any we’ve had before, even in Spain. Charming service too. A treat.
We had one of the best lunches we’ve had in a long time. Fabulous tapas, sitting at the bar, delicious wine too. Service was charming and we left wanting to come back asap!

This was the first time we had eaten here and we definitely weren’t disappointed. The service was excellent and the tapas incredible. If you like authentic Spanish Tapas, this is the place to go! The food is sourced in Spain and is of fabulous quality. It’s not the cheapest, but who cares if you get a good meal? We ordered the arroz negro, jamón ibérico, pan con tomate, pulpo, and fabada and it felt like we were in Spain!
We will definitely return. Thank you Tapas Bríndisa!
Fantastic tapas in Borough Market
They always fit you in and are honest about the wait for a table, we had a cheeky drink in the Market Porter before the app let us know the table was ready which was ideal. Food and drinks fabulous, love trying new dishes but the Huevos Rotos is outstanding and we ordered it again. We also tried the grilled goats cheese with honey , very tasty! Can’t wait to go back.
Be the first to ReplyOUTSTANDING, well worth a visit or queuing for. The broccoli is 'out of this world'.
I have never been in until today as there is often too much queue which is a good sign especially in Borough Market! But we got lucky today at lunchtime.
My friend and I shared the tortilla, gambas, grilled broccoli and potatos bravas.
The tortilla is so tasty, juicy and rich, the gambas full of sliced garlic and chillies which is heaven to me, but the gem of the meal was the broccoli which was as good as my visits to Ottolenghi in terms of flavours and I love Ottolenghi; chargrilled with pine nuts, chillies, maybe truffle oil I think it was it, had that extra depth as well as flavours.
Just amazing.
Service was fast and friendly, we did not have desserts, as we went for ice cream at 3Bis (another local winner). Note: it is quite noisy inside as music is loud, so not ideal for a romantic quiet meal, but really best for food with friends, IMO.
I know and love Brindisa products for years, I indulge with their hot chorizo and large butter beans jars I buy from the Brindisa shop, only 2 blocks down. A must visit too.
10/10
Tapas
Close to the boroughs market this is a busy place. Lots of seating indoors and outside. A good selection of Spanish Tapas dishes. The pork cheeks were very good. Get a window seat and enjoy the people watching at the market!
Be the first to ReplyDelicious but a hassle to get a table
The food is excellent and the staff are charming. But WHAT a hassle to get a table. They do NOT take reservations, neither on the Internet nor on the phone, even in advance, even for a deposit. You must show up and wait in the neighborhood until they text you-at which point you have just ten minutes to get back to the restaurant. I do
understand why the restaurant would need to function this way but it doesn’t start the evening off on a relaxing foot.
