So, gone are the good old days of extravagant, bottomless champagne brunches in Las Vegas. The bottomless champagne (or any cocktail) is now $30 additional. The choice of dishes is mind-boggling, though. But for the price, their is an old saying, something like, you can never eat enough to pay for the cost of the buffet? That's so true in this case. They had crab legs, prime rib, ham, beef roast plus maybe a hundred dishes from salads, charcuterie, Mexican, Chinese, Japanese, fish, and all kinds of American classics. Honestly, I ate so many crab legs that I didn't have room for too many other items. What I did have was good. Plus, they had starfruit and figs and a few other things that were new to me. Service, of course, was excellent.
