I have been to the Crossing two times now and both visits
I have been to the Crossing two times now and both visits have been fantastic. This visit was to celebrate a birthday so we did the chefs grand tasting. We were not disappointed. The restaurant is somewhat small so reservations are recommended. Service is quality with both servers and assistance helping out with Plate delivery and keeping your table clear. The food is always an experience here and allows you to step out of your comfort zone and enjoy every moment of it. I would definitely recommend the wine pairing with it
A unique and lovely gem!
For years I’ve known about The Crossing and I have no idea why my husband and I haven’t gone. I think like some people you get stuck in a rut and don’t venture out of your neighborhood perhaps as much as you did when you were younger. Well, today I learned a valuable lesson. It was my birthday and I made a last minute reservation. First, there was our waiter Jake, who was possibly one of the kindest, warmest, most wonderful new friends I’ve made in a long time! A true pro, he was handling the whole room by himself and didn’t break a sweat and didn’t seem phased and didn’t seem too busy to talk to us. I could NOT get over him. Most importantly, our lunch, each of our lunches, were the best we’ve had in a long time. And for a restaurant of its caliber and for what prices are today and for the QUALITY of what we each had, I felt it was worth every penny. My husband had a Caesar salad with the most wonderful, LARGE shrimp, cooked to perfection. I had an incredible piece of salmon on top of a melange of delicious vegetables and under the vegetables were silky, mashed potatoes with a light, beautifully done lemon sauce. For dessert!! Each offering by the way sounded better than the next. We ordered a lemon Semifreddo(an Italian sort of frozen custard), with a scoop of raspberry sorbet on top and the most delicate, delicious candied lemon peel which made it look fanciful! It was such a great combination!! This is beginning to look like a college paper in length- so I’ll conclude by saying I can’t wait to go back. The Crossing is small, charming and VERY SPECIAL.
Great Food.
Friendly, timely service Fine wines. Can be a bit noisy later in the evrning.
I have been going to The Crossing for more than 25 years.
I have never had a marginal meal there. Every single time the meal was at least good and the service was acceptable +. I really look forward to their specials of the evening. Love the way they pair different dishes and create good taste combinations. Also love that they continually have new interesting soups for me to try'. Always have thought that St Louis is a " great soup town' and The Crossing does its part. Try this relatively small Unique gem if you have not. You will appreciate how cozy it is.

The food is exceptional. The service is excellent. You won't be disappointed.
Great service and excellent food
We have been here many times and they have always taken great care of us. The beet salad is excellent and either the tasting menu or ala carte are both great choices This last time we chose tasting. Veal chop was very good and my wife had porchetta that she enjoyed. The service is excellent and I’m pleased to know they use beef tallow to cook with. A healthy choice and no seed oil

Amazing Food but not Pretentious
The Crossing is an amazing restaurant with even more amazing food. My sisters and I chose the 4 course tasting menu w/ wine pairings. The presentations were all beautiful and the food really was some of the best food I've ever eaten. I have not one single complaint about the whole experience. Our server, Joshua, was super attentive and patient, and very knowledgeable about both the menu and the wines. It's a little pricey, but not overpriced, definitely worth every penny. I highly recommend The Crossing, and I will be back. Excellent celebration restaurant too.

Restaurant Has Doubled Menu Prices
Very poor way of handling business. Their regular 4 course dinner is $65 per person. We made a reservation for Valentine's Day evening in December. We were not told when we were making our reservation nor a few days ago when Brooke from the Crossing called us to confirm our reservation that dinner prices were more than doubled from $65 per person to $135 per person for Valentine's Day. The new pricing was just uploaded to the website within the past 48 hours. If we would have known that dinner would be over $350 (including tax and gratuity), we would have booked somewhere else. Now they have us trapped two days before Valentine's Day as there are obviously no Valentine's Day reservations available anywhere. Now our only options are paying over $350 for dinner or not being able to go out on Valentine's Day, which is an event we've planned ahead for since December and have been looking forward to.
Loves this place.
The food was so good. We ended up doing the tasting menu, which I think is probably the best value. The cocktails were so good, our waiter was terrific, he was wonderful with suggestions, and he gave really great descriptions of all of the food. Would definitely go back 10 out of 10. One thing to note, and it's absolutely not a criticism, I think they have all male wait staff. I've just never seen that before in a restaurant and I thought it was interesting. But we loved it and we can't wait to return.
Absolutely recommended! Great!!!
Ambience 1a Bartender also waiter 1a Food was amazing!!! Wine 1a Calm top quality Thank you for this wonderful and enjoyable evening! We'll be back!
A destination
The free dip was delicious and the cocktail I ordered was perfectly paired with it; the four course menu was awesome, especially the FOIE GRAS and the best Quail I’ve ever had. The wine pairing was a wonderful value. Given the chef’s sensibilities I’d be happy to order the full tasting menu when time is not a concern.

That's what AT sponsorships are for - and you are only paying 25% in the first year and then less in year two and three.
I beliebe @EternalAnt36 was sponsored by @PerceptiveWash44 and is now doing $25k/mo.
You can write on the top sellers profiles (type 'Top 10' in the searchbar) and then tap request sponsorship button after you found the guy or gal like to work with!
