Been going here almost every year for the past 5 years.
Service is second to none and everything on the menu is delicious! Martinis are nice and strong.

Be the first to ReplyWhat a huge disappointment.
The waiter made sure to let us know that their beef was the top 2%. I had the center filet medium rare, wife had the same cut, rare. Both of them were like eating gum. How is this possible? Chew chew chew chew. The couple with us had the experience with a NY strip.
Be the first to ReplyWe had a great experience at The Palm Saturday night.
The ambiance was lively, the food amazing, and we LOVED our energetic/joyful waiter (John Jacob).
Be the first to ReplyI went to the Palm with high hopes.
The menu looked great and the prices made me think I was in for a treat. Started with a signature cocktail, the Figaro, which came in the rocks. Bad start, unless you actually like watery cocktails. The steakhouse wedge salad was... delicious. Back on track, right? For my entree, I ordered the pancetta encrusted bone-in ribeye, and it looked good when it arrived. It should have been a warning to me that the waiter said "the bone is here", pointing to the left side of the steak. Not only was the bone not there, it was almost not anywhere. And, I was amazed to find that this particular prime ribeye was lean. What is the point of a lean ribeye? The creamed spinach was good, but the asparagus was flavorless. To seal the $180 deal, the waiter offered to sell me a membership in the restaurant chain. It was like a bad timeshare pitch. The two stars are for the salad, spinach, and a glass of delicious wine. If you go, stick to that and you'll be good.

Right outside the Caesar's casino, nice spot in the Forum Shoppes. Italian restaurant with the usual menu. Well done and presentation of plates is on point.
Be the first to ReplyI love this steakhouse but I have to confess that while
I love this steakhouse but I have to confess that while they are famous for their steak, I only go for their lobsters and key lime pie. Every year I treat myself with a delicious 3-4 lbs grilled lobster "for myself". There're just perfectly cooked, juicy and tasty. Today we had their special 4lb lobster and steak for two. We had Caesar Salad, Wedge Salad, garlic mash potatoes, lobster and steak. Obviously we ended with their delicious and unique key lime pie. I'm not a pie person at all, except Palms Key lime pie and grilled lobster :-)And as usual, Caesar's Palace have always great scenes to view. Year of the dragon @ The Forum Shops. Rhiannon was our server. She was really nice and attentive, as well as her partner. Thank you girls. It was a great lunch and day!!
Be the first to ReplySo the food started off amazing we ordered the lobster
So the food started off amazing we ordered the lobster bisque which was to die for and we also ordered the Chargrilled Octopus I can't even explain how good that was, it was one of the best Octopus I have tried. The shrimp risotto was good and fries were good as well then came time for our entrees both came out and look amazing but as soon as I cut into my steak I noticed it was not well done so I returned it they brought the plate back out and the plate it's self was hot so I think the put the plate in the oven but didn't actually refire it . Well they brought it out again and this time when I cut in to the middle my plate filled with the blood so of course they took it back the last time they brought it out they brought it Burnt it was so hard I could bearly chew it. I know well done is not for everyone but it was really sad they just couldn't get it right so my spouse finished his food before I could even eat my steak and by the time it came it was bearly edible. The waiter was extremely apologetic so was the manager they comp our steak so that was nice of them but honestly I would have rather eat with my spouse instead of having my dish go back and forth from my table to the kitchen. Honestly everything else was great the food was amazing others then my New York strip if you want it well done good luck other wise I think you'll be good they can definitely make good a medium well . Over all I don't think I would go back but if I did that Chargrilled octopus would definitely be something I would order again

This is a wonderful restaurant with great staff, service and food! Fabulous, classy atmosphere and my server William was a 10 out of 10 for his services and style.
Be the first to ReplyOur experience at The Palm last weekend was so
Our experience at The Palm last weekend was so disappointing and incredibly tacky. We had reservations here for about 2 months because it was the only restaurant available that night in Caesars since there was an Adele concert and superbowl weekend. When we were seated our table was the absolute worst table in the furthers corner of the banquet room that they used for overflow seating. This room had cafeteria lighting and no ambiance whatsoever. We didn't say anything but within 10 minutes of seating a manager approached us and asked if he could move our table so accommodate a larger party and that he would comp us a cocktail in exchange for moving. I told him that as long as we were moving INTO the restaurant I really wouldn't mind considering how undesirable our table was. To ask someone to move takes nerve but whatever it wasn't that big of a deal, we moved seats and started ordering. Immediately after our food was placed down the same manager approached us again. Instead of asking "how do you like this table?" he asked us AGAIN "do you mind moving one more time and I will comp a dessert for you?".... So now the manager is reminding us yet again that our comfort and experience is way less significant than the party they are trying to accommodate and that we should be inconvenienced to accommodate their overbooking. To ask once is already incredibly tacky and bold but to have the nerve to ask a PAYING customer to relocate TWICE is quite disturbing. Luckily my husband and I were easy going enough to not make a big deal and we had a concert to get to so it wasn't worth arguing and we just said sure whatever move us if that's what you need to do! Now to the food... the meatball was decent not too bad! My filet was cooked pretty okay also however the "hash brown" which they consider one of their signature dishes was one of the worst dishes I have ever seen come out of a steakhouse. It was literally a mountain of unseasoned skillet potatoes and a dollop of a Heinz ketchup. We figured let's try their "signature" dish since that's usually an indication of what they're best known for and the quality of that dish did directly match the quality of our experience, disappointing and undesirable. Now to the worst part, at least for us. The waiter knew from the start of our meal that we were attending the Adele concert and said she would make sure to get us in and out in time for the concert. However the time spent sending a salesperson to sell us a Landry's membership was valuable time spent that the waiter could have used to take our dessert order. Instead they bamboozled us into adding an extra $25 to our bill to receive a "membership" to a restaurant we clearly will not be regulars at. This delayed the waiter from grabbing the dessert menu and by the time she dropped it on the table we were now 20 minutes late to the concert. I told her we didn't have time anymore for dessert so no thanks but we have to go. Missing the opening of Adele for a restaurant that showed complete disregard for us as patrons was such a disappointment. I wish that I would have stood up for myself and not let management abuse our kindness. Management should consider their policies if they want to consider themselves a "fine dining" restaurant. At this point, our entire meal should have been comped not just some cocktails.
Be the first to ReplyI've been coming here for for many years.
This is my favorite restaurant at the Forum shops. You can never go wrong with The Palm. It's usually not too busy during lunch time compared to dinner. The hostesses are always sweet. They have the best lunch specials in town! I love their pastas, burgers, fish, soups, salads, etc. Everything here is fresh, simple and scrumptious! Good portions as well. The best lobster bisque I've ever had is from here. When I try it at other places it just doesn't hit the same. Every time I come I usually have Kelly and I always receive the best service from her! She is absolutely the best. She is polite, cheerful and always makes sure I'm doing good and enjoying my meal. I always look forward to coming back! :) I also love the paintings of Las Vegas all over the walls.

A pre-show reservation gave us the ideal opportunity to finally try this restaurant. We planned to have a quick and abbreviated meal, but were happy to be treated with care and comfort. Everything timed out perfectly without feeling gaps/lulls.The food was tasty. We ordered some classic cocktails, calamari, a wedge salad, and a veal entree. There is a nice, diverse selection of wines. The dining room is nicely appointed as your traditional Las Vegas steakhouse. Our server, Vinny, was very personable and professional. The support team was very efficient as well. Overall, it was a very pleasant and reliable experience.

Everything was great. Food was delicious. Service was on point especially with our big party. I would definitely come here again.

I have been a long-time customer of the Palm, it's one of my all-time favorite places to eat. We were in Vegas this last week and we were excited to get our usual order, the Gigi Salad, 4 lb lobsters, and their famous half and half. Let's start with the lobster, it was overcooked. For $135 it should be perfect. My son ordered turf and surf, his steak of try and tasteless. The half and half onions, which they are usually crunchy this time were very oily. I'm sorry to say we won't be a customer anytime soon, not when you are spending $480 for three people.
Be the first to ReplyAs a long time The Palm customer starting at the original
As a long time The Palm customer starting at the original in Los Angeles, I've always enjoyed their lobsters. Unfortunately my experience here is not the same nor is the service is friendly. We ordered 2 4lb lobsters which were over done and chewy. We also ordered the surf and turf 8oz steak which as dry and tasteless. Very unfortunate that its not up to par with what the prices are. Tasteless and overcooked. Once we complained, the manager offered to give us free drinks which was good in our eyes, but after 15 minutes and no drinks we got the check and left.

Amazing! The service the staff just outstanding! We visit YAMAVA but the Palms is class 1 no comparison! From the valet to restaurants to the casino itself just classy! Thanks to the staff for everything! We will be back!
Be the first to ReplyUgh. I don't like writing bad reviews. I'm sorry, most
Ugh. I don't like writing bad reviews. I'm sorry, most underwhelming steakhouse I've ever been to and our 4-top table all agreed. My wife and I got the most expensive steak on the menu, $150 dry aged porterhouse. It had zero seasoning (way way way under salted if at all) and mild flavor at best. It was done perfectly and was very tender, just lacked favor whatsoever. When the steak came to our table our waiter was cutting it and accidentally knocked off about a 6oz chunk on the floor. I groaned hard when it happened. He quickly picked it up with a napkin (hiding it because...) and declared it was "mostly gristle". Uh...sorry dude I watched that steak so closely like I paid $150 for it. His action with the steak went with our own thoughts about his service - scattered and jumpy, mumbling, terrible jokes, and talking too much - felt like par for the course with him. I digress. Our friends ordered the $100 Delmonico and felt the same about their steak as we did ours - and part of theirs didn't end up on the floor. The hit of the show, the sides...so much for the supporting cast taking center stage. The waiter said "because of my mistake, dessert is on me" - yet when the dessert menus came we were full and nothing looked terribly appetizing. So, did they then in turn give us a side free? A drink? Nope...nothing. I had high hopes walking in and this review upon walking out. Find another steakhouse in my opinion.
Be the first to ReplyHeard many good things about The Palm from previous
Heard many good things about The Palm from previous co-workers and rated as THE place to take someone for their birthday celebration. We just decided to try it since we haven't had a chance to until currently. The ambiance feels old-worldly with paintings of celebrities and famous people along the entrance wall. Ambiance has a sepia tone feel. Our server was very efficient. If anything blew me away it was the variety bread basket with delicious breads! The cocktails were unique as well. Shrimp appetizer was fairly standard with slightly smaller shrimp. The steak was standard to me as well but the hashbrowns were a unique potato side for steak houses that was really good! Nothing too memorable about the dessert: the key lime didn't taste so much like lime but mostly blueberry since it had a dollop of compote that sort of masked the taste of the citrus. Also I ordered a side of steak sauce but it was missing when I took my leftover steak to go. Too bad the steak sauce is not included but charged as an add on.
Be the first to ReplyEverything was so very delicious.
I am a vegas local, born and raised and I haven't had a steak anything like this one! Truly delicious flavor and melted in your mouth like butter. Got shrimp cocktail as a appetizer and was very delighted it was very delicious but was disappointed that it only came with 4 shrimp for almost 30 dollar appetizer. Would definitely come again but definitely getting a different appetizer that'll give me more bang for my buck. The mixed beverages were mixed perfectly and get you tipsy! Definitely a expensive place but experience was exquisite! Can't dine here if you are penny pinching but a great place to come for a great steak and friendly hospitality.
Be the first to ReplyDined here 7/7/22 for lunch.
The restaurant was extremely quiet and we were seated at our reservation time. Pros: Good food amount for the lunch special of $29 & nice ambiance. Cons: our entrees took an hour to arrive, our server was curt and seemed annoyed with menu questions, and was difficult to flag down despite a slow restaurant. My family all ordered different entrees but I took a picture of just mine, the wagyu burger. This burger was cooked to my liking and was pretty filling but was also bland. I should have ordered the steak sandwich as I tasted my uncle's sandwich and it was very good. I also appreciated that the soft drink, a coke, came from a glass bottle and not the fountain. Overall experience 7/10 as the food & service left some things to be desired.

The Palms was an incredible ,delicious, fantastic meal experience! Our server Ra was knowledgeable, incredibly attentive and kind and had a professional but down to earth touch that made him a remarkable server. He went out of his way to make sure our time at the restaurant and meal was all we had hoped for. He was truly excellent! Everything was cooked perfectly and we couldn't have been happier with our experience!
Be the first to ReplyLocated in Caesar's shops just outside the casino.
We had lunch at the bar. Great service and bartender was very attentive and friendly. The food was good. We had the calamari which was crispy and flavorful. There are some fried bell peppers and lemon that really give the calamari great flavor. The lobster bisque was excellent. The chicken and shrimp Parmesan was delicious, and a huge portion. The pappardelle bolognese wasn't that great. I wish I had just split the chicken and shrimp parm with my husband because it was so huge and much better. I'd like to go back and try some things from the dinner menu. I would recommend this place.
Be the first to ReplyWe ate a great lunch here service was good at the bar.
We had way to much food for lunch the portions are big. I started with lobster bisque it was great. Then we had the calamari it was excellent big portions and they had peppers mixed in we liked that. I had the chicken parm and shrimp. It was huge portions and it was on noodles I couldn't even eat. Great flavors the chicken parm was really good. The shrimp were fried and huge as well. My wife had the bolognese she liked it I didn't particularly like it. They have a huge lobster sliced and grilled on their dinner menu so we will be back so I can try that.
