the place is 3/4 empty, and yet the comments on the cuisine are good. That's right, the cuisine is good, tasty and modern, the blends of flavors well balanced, without excess. the cooking is perfect (turbot, rack of pork). The dessert peach is, however, a little floury, whereas this year the peaches are particularly juicy. the Vacherin is excellent. the wines are decent and affordable, many are around €50. the room tastefully decorated and furnished, retains its old bistro layout. So what happens if we consider that the Japanese chef who knows his job must have ambitions? (not a star though) Some explanations may be: - Rue Crozatier located in the trendy Alligre district is particularly deserted in the evening. It's not Rue Cotte next door. - But above all there are the prices: 75€ for a 3-course menu with supplements of 3 to 10€ for almost 1 dish out of 2. which brings us to a final bill of more than 100€/person. it's a little too expensive if we compare to the competition, especially in the context of inflation which is eroding purchasing power. 60€ or 65€ without extras would certainly be better suited.
