This restaurant is fabulous!
We love Spanish food and have been there many times. It is difficult to find good Spanish food in the USA but this place is IT!!! Don't miss it. The corn and the dates have been mentioned in other reviews and don't miss them. This place has everything, good wine, good salads- and all very reasonably priced. We were so full but we wanted to order the empanadas so took them to go. They were great too. As was the leftover corn- portions are BIG, even during happy hour. The service was great and they give you lots of extra treats with your meal.

Based on reviews we chose this place.we were very happy with everything, from the welcoming at the door to our backwaiter and our server and of course the food. Every dish was beautifully prepared and so tasty..morcilla, blue cheese mussels, octopus, salmon. Great wine selection, cute little outside seating and wonderfulservice from Monica and Scarlet. Can't wait to come back.

We just ate at Tres Cazuelas for the first time last night with our 2 teens- what a treat! We ordered lots of tapas and dessert. We enjoyed it all. First off, the food was delicious, we got the blue cheese mussels, scallops (2), bacon wrapped dates (2), garlic shrimp, empanadas, ciabatta bread, creme brulee cheesecake (2), and flan. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious blend of flavors in each dish. They know great food here. Secondly, this is an intimate restaurant that has great ambiance once you enter (you forget where you are until you exit to the parking lot) with excellent service. Monica, our server, was knowledgeable, friendly and helped us navigate our food choices. All of this combined to make a lovely evening for our family of 4. We will definitely be returning with friends & family!
Be the first to ReplyUnderwhelming but not horrible
We were very excited about the menu and the outdoor seating we requested a week in advance. The table they sat is at was in the middle of the sidewalk, not the covered nice patio. Seats were very uncomfortable high tops. 3 of the items we wanted to order were not available. The guac was good. The corn was good. Meat was very greasy and bland. No liquor license so no cocktails. The waiter was very terse and the owner seemed to be fishing for compliments rather than assuring we were enjoying ourselves.

Met with friends on the outside patio for a Latin experience meal. Was treated to table side cooking of our appetizers and desert. Music was limited to inside only. Great selection of wine and you can also bring your own with little to no corkage fee. Menu runs the gambit of fresh flown in seafood to perfectly cooked short ribs. The Tapas menu is intriguing and highly recommend the Dates. Even the corn side dish was a new taste to the palate. Owner of the restaurant is a wonderful addition to our meal making sure everything is wonderful even going so far as to prepare our desert personally table side. Highly recommend this hidden gem.

So, last night we tried a new restaurant, Tres Cazuelas. It’s a Tapas Restaurant located at Spring Mtn and Polaris, next door to the Sand Dollar Lounge. They have a nice wine menu and an amazing food menu. Especially the seafood dishes which they have delivered every Tuesday and Thursday. Make sure you give the ‘Cabrales Blue Cheese Mussels’ a taste. The flavor is amazing!!

I took a few customers here for dinner on a Tuesday evening, a day when I heard this restaurant receives their fresh fish. It has the vibes of an older, rich Latin auntie whose house everybody wanted to gather and eat in. They have decorated it authentic and there was a live musician on the evening we went. The service was amazing and our server provided several wine suggestions. We bought 2 bottles and several appetizers. My favorites were the oysters, branzino and crab cake. I’ll definitely be going back. The owner was also nice enough to introduce himself to our table, explain some of the menu items and welcome us back again.

I was going through Yelp for places near me and Tres Cazuelas popped up. I was intrigued so I told my sister we were trying someplace new. It was an awesome experience! The owner sat and talked with us because we were there until closing. He is very kind and passionate about his restaurant and food. Okay the food... Complimentary chips with pickled onions, sauce and salsa: Oh my goodness. So delicious. And trust the staff when they say to mix all three sides in a bite. Perfect bite. Latin crab cake: I wish we had more because it was delicious. I never would have thought to put a guacamole with a crab cake but it really worked! Chilean sea bass (that nights special): Deliciousness! Came with a tomato and olive sauce and was perfectly cooked. My sister had the other special that night which was a filet with perfectly seasoned mash and a lovely sauce. I wanted to eat her meal along side my own. We also shared a bottle of wonderful wine and tried other drinks after dinner. Such a lovely time and we will definitely be back. And the owner's suggestion of going next door to The Sand Dollar was a great one as well!
